    Oh Michael, I didn’t even know what I needed. I woke in the middle of the night, tense, hurting ( been training a husky that’s never been taught calmness, or had any direction), and he truly wound me up.
    My head still hurts, but I feel much better and just heard a hawk give a call ( even though I live in urban San Diego). It added to the rap for sure. Much love to you for your calm and oh so kind voice as well🥰!

    I like your style and your videos have helped me as I explore EFT tapping, I am very much a newbie! Before this practice I was crying about missing the past and stuck in my head ruminating. I had the passing thought to tap, desperate to find relief I chose this video and it brought me back into my body and brought me a sense of calm. Thank you 🙏

    Followed for a while and love everything you do. Feeling overwhelmed by so many big life issues it’s hard to know where to start with what to tap on. There’s so much info and videos. If you have several very different difficult issues going on do you concentrate on one for a while tap on that then go onto another? Or do you do them all simultaneously? Is it more effective to stick with one video for several weeks? I don’t feel I’m getting anywhere so have stopped tapping because I’m not sure of the above and have got confused 🙃 really hoping you have time to answer. Thank you 🙏

      Yes, it can get overhwleming because of so many options. It comes down to your "targeting". A practitioner is basically someone who will help you work more effeciently and hit the big targets in the least amount of time.
