I've watched a video on the same issue beforehand, created by a popular influencer which was almost 30 minutes long, where I gained absolutely nothing out of it. And I must say that this one here helped! 10 minutes of my time - and I don't regret it. I immediately felt better :) Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing this class on EFT. I practice it every morning, extending the tapping to my arms, legs, and back, even massaging my fingertips. Little by little, you get to see the benefits.
Amazing! I was looking for an EFT video to send a friend, and came across this, not knowing it was one of my FAVORITE teachers and humans of all time! Hello Cheri and thank you for yet another healing tool for people! XO
Thank you so much for gently and thoroughly explaining this exercise. Your voice is calming and I appreciate the instruction. I’m grateful to add this technique to my toolbox. Thanks again. ❤
thank you so much. it helped. my OCD's are: something someone said and I play it over and over again in my head. while trying to say those words I have new songs that play in my head when I try to focus or I'm stressed about something. I do movements with my fingers. I do a line on my arm rest when I'm sat on a chair and then I undo it. over and over again - since I exposed myself. I'd like someone else to talk about theirs. thank you.
I touch all the doors in my house before I go to bed. If I do something to someone (e.g. smack there butt) need to do twice each side) if I look behind me need to do 2/4 times each side. One similar to you iuess
I need to know details. All details. I replay them in my head over and over or I’ll constantly talk about it / think if it. Song’s constantly play in my head on loop.

Often we create resistance to a teacher/ therapist/idea as a way to block our healing journey. Remember we have developed hardwired thinking over many years and our ego often has a tough time in wanting to let that go. Tapping first on that resistance can be a good way to help us move forward. It has certainly helped me on many occasions.
For me, this was actually soothing and easy to follow. Not every video is for everyone, for sure. Hope you find something that's a better fit for you!!
This was true to me too when first started it. Problem was that my stress was so much that I needed to force myself to do it over and over. Finaly after each one it felt like I was perling an onion until it started too soothe me.
Let me start by saying that this is solely my opinion. It's part of being "woke" to other's pronoun preferences. We are born male and female. Changing how we're addressed doesn't change that. If people choose to live the opposite of what their DNA, physical appearance may be, that's fine for them. The rest of us shouldn't be compelled by society to define ourselves to keep from being ostracized. It is a sad state that we've found ourselves in.
For those of you that says it’s slow - just simply increase the speed by x2. This video helped me a lot

There’s a difference between calmly speaking & being tortuously slow. I could not stay long enough to be instructed.

Adjust the RUclips speed easy
What's with this she/her business?
That’s pronouns. You can google „she/ her“ and you will understand
Let me start by saying that this is solely my opinion.
It's part of being "woke" to other's pronoun preferences.

She is extremely slow.I watched most of the vedio on 1.5x thinking it is normal speed 😂
seriously putting pronouns on your screen
Total nonsense
