    Started at 8 finished at 2. Tapping just seems to work for me. Had no sleep from 7am one morning until 10pm the following day. Didn't try calculating - couldn't think straight think just over 50 hours awake. Alex Ortner - life saver. Need to start tapping on a regular basis.😢

      Yes and I also listen to a guided sleep meditation to help me get back to bed in the middle of the night. I wake up in the middle of the night every night

    If it's just a matter of "switching off" might work, but in my case it's tinnitus and nerve pain, I haven't found anything to help yet, not even pills, but I'll give it a go!

      This is not in the app but we have LOTS of other Tapping Meditations on sleep in the app :)

      You might need to do it a few times, or make a note of what comes up as you're doing the tapping so you can work on that later.
