    Dont know how i found this..never even heard of tapping. But this 46 yo every morning panic anxiety due to hormones is killing me. I did this and i went from a 9/10 with anxiety to a 5. Thank u. I dont wish anxiety and panic on my worst enemy.

      I'm right with you this is what I always say! It is so hard to carry, God give all of us who struggle with this the strength to endure it and may healing wash over us all.

      Yes i had anxiety during menopause also.. its terrible!! Supplements for adrenal gland fatigue might help, the raw glandular type works best. Stress burns out your adrenal glands causing anxiety

      Magnesium helps anxiety alot.. get the right kind.. there's 7 kinds. Magnesium also help depression

      I started hormone replacement when I was 54 and I highly recommend it. When I first started peri menopause and and into menopause I wasn’t having any symptoms but I slowly realized that by ability to handle simple stressors was slowly decreasing to the point where anxiety and fatigue became a huge problem. A month after I started hormone replacement everything went away and I was back to normal

    This morning I woke up at 2 am and slept restlessly for a few hours. I’m recovering from chemotherapy I felt too sick and nauseous and icouldnt find the the tapping video I wanted but instead. I felt so sick I was tapping and crying at the same time. Ready to give up. When this video finished I felt much calmer. Then I realized I wasn’t nauseous or in pain. Tapping truly allows us to be responsible for our health. Cancer is so overwhelming share this video if you know someone battling it. It’s so helpful. Thank you Nick

    Suffer from childhood trauma. My counselor had introduced me to tapping to practice it every day. This helps so much with my anxiety and I put this in my tool box

    Hello. My therapist has mentioned this technique and your videos several times. Like most things in my life, I put it off-until now. I am 61 years old and I don't like feeling the way I do anymore. Whether it's my weight issue, stresses of work, coping with caring for my elderly dad, or dealing with my toxic older brother and the ways I feel after speaking with him, my mental health is priority #1. I've finally found the strength and courage to follow along with you and it has immediately made me feel calmer. I have already added your app to my phone so I can turn to tapping when I feel overwhelmed and my world is crashing down around me. Thank you.     Thank you for this tapping meditation! I have suffered from subconscious anxiety for two weeks - resulting from a panic attack. The meditation doesn't completely take the symptoms away, but it allows me take a back a little more control of my situation. Thank you! To anyone else dealing with this, I send healing, calming and peaceful vibes your way. You will conquer this and be the better for it.

    I can’t believe the difference from tapping. I feel like I’ve just taken a calming pill. This was my first time ever doing this and I feel so sleepy and relaxed. I’m so happy I discovered this

    Following this video makes me calm down everytime! I don't understand how it works, but it does. At the end I almost feel like I have taken a valium? Wish I would have tried this earlier, it really helps me deal with my anxiety and panic attacks ❤

    I never comment on videos but this has been one of the most powerful meditation experiences of my life. I feel so grateful to you and to the universe for letting me know I am not alone and I am not lost. Anxiety and overwhelm doesn't have to rule my life.     Thank you for this. 4 hours ago my body and mind were experiencing high stress and resurfacing of passive SI during some conflict with a family member (i chose to speak up about a need for more quality time, and it was met with hurtful defensiveness). After a good long debrief talk with another supportive family member, I could still "feel" the cortisol in my body that needed to be addressed, as it is past midnight and I know I wouldn't be able to sleep. I took some melatonin, followed a muscle relaxation progression video, and decided to follow this guided eft video. I went from a 6 to a 4. With deep gratitude, again, thank you for this video 🙏🏽

    Been under allot of stress lately. Fighting with family etc. I did three rounds of this and holy shit. Noticed a huge difference. My head was tensed etc and felt more relaxed than all the other tapping videos I've came around to. I hope you got one on anger and social anxiety and shyness. Dealing with toxic people etc. Im gonna be sleeping well tonight. :) Trying to find relief before I go to my doctor so I can get on anti anxiety medication. And meds for my moods so I can work. :(

    Wow I never heard of this until I was searching for a way to work through panic from nausea. It had been going on all day and I did this late at night where the anxiety was so bad it felt like my heart was going to burst. By the end, I was so relaxed and calm I fell right to sleep. Amazing!!!

      Incredible to hear the relief you received from this. I was a but skeptical at first but tried it a few times when I was having nighttime anxiety and not sleeping. It really does calm me down.

    Chose to concentrate on worry about a upcoming operation, but found this tapping meditation really dealt with having to much to do! However, the effect was calming and I still managed to let the worry go. Thank you, Nick, for the brilliant content you post here,. It is a massive help. Take care. 😜🙏

    That was lovely and effective. I tapped off and on for a few years but never consistently or very thoroughly. Now I see I need to keep going. I felt lately I was going to drive myself to the hospital with stress. I get it now. Never give up and never give in. Thank you thank you thank you. I do what it takes.

    I have a pretty stressful job, a lot of pressure. I’ve been tapping for a few sessions now and it has made a noticeable difference. This is probably one of the better solutions in calming my stress vs the many I’ve tried. I look forward to these sessions, I feel good again.

    Thank you! I’ve had laboured and constricted breathing for over three hours and tried other tapping meditations on RUclips but this is the only one that helped. I love the app but was not even able to afford it when it was put down to the super low price of 40 some dollars. I really appreciate what you do for free here and on the app and hope to someday be able to afford it ❤️❤️❤️

    Thank you so so much for this you just helped me work through a major panic attack. I have Panic Disorder. For years I'd end up in the ER thinking I am dying from a heart attack or something, but after finding Tapping and a few other tools I can now find my way back out of my panic attacks. Whenever I practice tapping consistently my anxiety is less and I experience less frequent panic attacks.

    Thank you for sharing this. I need to develop the self discipline to use this daily. Literally years ago I used it successfully to clear nasal congestion so I could fly from Austin TX to my home on the East coast comfortably. Also to rid myself another time, within 5 minutes, from hemorrhoids that never returned. Both felt truly miraculous, yet I've not (yet) continued to use it for my emotional issues, of which I've struggled with for far longer. Feeling overwhelmed today I looked for this & went from a 9 to a 6/7. I'm promising myself to be consistent now. I'm putting reminders on my phone, my frig, my mirrors, & my front & back doors. Again, thank you! ☮️💞🙏

    This is the first meditation I’ve ever found helpful. Tapping is brilliant - the whole sitting in a quiet room thing and staying still to nothing but birds chirping is not for me lol.
    I have ocd and my mind is too loud so that is a big nightmare for me. I’m also super fidgety and the tapping helped my body feel more at ease. Awesome instructor as well I love your voice lol.

      You need to start with dynamic meditations. Check out Osho and the psychology behind. For modern mans mind is different than of the human from past. It is insanely stimulated. Good luck ;)

    It's really helped me , especially at the point where you said , " if you were at a 7:00 and you're now out of five you are shifting" because I still feel anxious but it improved a bit. Thank you Nick

    I have been a member of the tapping solution for almost a year and have truly enjoyed it. It has helped me immensely when nothing else I tried for over 5 years would. One thing....Nick, you many times say the words too fast. I realize you only have a certain amount of time, but it will not benefit if people are rushing to get thru it and keep up with you. I found this particular one, very difficult to do and will go back to my app. I do think that you need to try and slow down for those who are not yet accustomed to tapping. Blessings.

      The more you practice this one, the easier it gets. You'll also start remembering the words without having to look at the screen. It's so worth it!

    Friend recommend me to your channel years ago and Introduced me to Tapping on your channel when you were really young when I watched a video for tapping. When I graduated high school in 2010. Was using it to help with my panic attacks etc. Dang you've grown. Time flies. Think you were in your early 20s? Been ages. Time flies. Thanks for the help. :) 31 now. :) Sorry if I got my dates mixed up. Lol. :) Thank you for helping me and others. Think I saw the one for social anxiety. Think you were a kid back then. It was on your channel. :) Thanks for the help over the years. Founded Brad Yates channel after yours and been doing tapping ever since. ^^
