Extraordinary! I've been using some of your other vids for a couple of weeks; they feel great, but the results aren't necessarily quantifiable. But this one blew me away! For years I've been waking up at 3:30 and fidgeting for an hour or more, despite infinite cups of valerian tea, herbal and chemical sleep aids, hypnosis, ocean machines, etc, etc. ONE tapping session with you and I slept like a rock from 11:30 until 7:30!!! My daughter asks for this tapping regularly. She loves when he says, “Goodnight” like it’s just the best. It does help her get to sleep and stay asleep, it seems. She’s 11. 😊
I'd never considered doing tapping for this until today. I've been using anti depressants to help with sleep but sometimes they aren't as effective as they have been in the past. I did a meditation to connect to my higher self and she told me the sleep issues will end when I decide they do. I didn't get what she meant then I thought to look up tapping for sleep. Saving this video to do again when it's bedtime.
I feel so comforted by your presence in this video, Brad! I do this video almost every night and it makes me feel less lonely and safe enough to go to sleep. You have exellent bedside manners! :)
If you have a super hard time winding down like me then you will probably still need to tap while lying down. I was tired after doing this but found myself getting active again mentally when lying down, like my mind wanted to race again. So I did deep breaths and patted my chest and repeated I wanted deep restful sleep and also visualised napping during sunset (my ideal setting) and after 20 minutes I did manage to fall asleep and wake up not feeling exhausted! This really worked for me and will be doing it from now on. Thank you Brad!!! :)
after breaking up with my ex I had terrible cptsd, insomnia, just terrible sleep. This really helped me. Now I am back at these nights and back with eft. thanks. Eft has helped me a lot over all

Brad I have been recently doing EFT Tapping, and I must tell you that I used your tapping video right before I went to bed last night. You made me yawn lol. I woke up this morning fully rested, and I even remember tapping in my dreams (since I added I would have beautiful dreams). While I was sleeping I worked through some issues.

Thanks. You had me half asleep, and it's not even time for me to go to bed yet! But I foresee that this may be useful, as I tend to "do a lot of work" mentally during the night. Of course, when I get up, unrefreshed, in the morning, all the things I accomplished in my mind haven't been done at all.

Good idea to send subliminal sleepy and cozy messages with the setting and yawns. :) This past week I've been waking up in the middle of the night, which is unusual for me. And no matter how many hours I sleep (up to 11!), I haven't felt rested. So I gave this a go last night, in addition to all the best self-care practices throughout the day and night which I know help me sleep, and still no change. Sometimes there are various factors affecting us, and it just needs time to shift. I will practice this video each night for a week though, and update my experience. After all, it can't hurt, and it's not like 6 minutes of tapping is difficult. :) Wishing restful sleep to all my fellow earth walkers here!

I suffer from severe insomnia and well in January i missed 20 days of sleep. Not in a row but started with 3 days and then 2 to 3 days slept ok. And then another 3 days until I got 20. This month i missed 6 already.. so I’ll definitely be trying this tonight because i need to sleep like a human again.
Hi Brad Happy New Year🎉 used this tapping few times and each time I feel I have a consistent deep night sleep! I never able to achieve this for a long time but this tapping just changed everything.
I love this video. It didn’t work too well for me last night probably because it’s very hot here. I have used a few times and wish I could use it now as I feel like going back to bed. I will try one of the other videos to perk me up a bit! This work is great however I am a psychiatric nurse And I use it with my clients. Some of them don’t get it, but often it’s to good effect. My kiddos get scared at night...just general anxieties that rear up at bedtime. I introduced my 9yo to tapping and he asks for it now when his mind is in overdrive and he gets scared of even putting his covers on. He really resonated with this tapping session and he zonked right out. Thanks Brad!
Yawning was great, I started yawning it was really helpful your thing was I couldn't stay asleep I fell asleep finally but couldn't sleep more than about 3 1/2 hours so it was a positive option so thanks and gratitude
