      @@TheAnxietyGuy1 I CAN RELATE WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

    • @heaven7360
      @heaven7360 3 месяца назад

      I can relate. My anxious state of mind and emotion has gotten to the level of really affecting my life and drag on my spirit. I am an older person so have lots of things to remember and my future seems so scary and I feel weak and vulnerable. I imagine though a person of any age can feel just as vulnerable due to their own life's circumstances and personal experiences in their lives.
      It's important to know so many ideas that can help change our perceptions. I am trying to realize the temporary nature of the intensity of anxiety and fear and life changes in general. I should remember this as I've been on this earth long enough and gone through some very intense experiences. I do remember them SO well...all the fear, the worry, the hurt. I know though there was also relief, healing and moving on as well. I don't always focus on that...especially at this point in my life when things have really built up.
      Keep trying my friend and in doing so I believe strength will build up more and more and you can be able to cope, and focus on what is good inside and around us. It IS there!! You obviously are not alone and I hope you keep searching. It is work as everything feels so overwhelming I know. I feel so threatened as you seem to be. I know trust is inside us both...the ability to trust and be patient and learn the meaning of strength and will.
      Maybe do one positive thing during your day...something that really feels maybe a bit hard at first to focus on but if you can succeed...it's a victory. Today I made it through the morning and got up even though I was feeling the worst fatigue and as if it was impossible. That was my one victory and tonight I found this video and gave it a try and feel just a bit better and distant from my concerns. I hope you made it through this video and found some solace too. You are for sure searching for a better way just being here and being able to share your scary and disturbing moments. I hope it was just a little bit of a release. I don't think feelings go away overnight or even in a week but keeping on with some discipline can only lead to change...I want to know I can make a choice to do this.
      JOY!!

    Got a major heart op coming up in 2 days I have listened to this recording once already and it has already resonated. “I am safe”, and I am seeing myself in surgery when I say those words. I will continue listening over the next 2 days and see what else I can find but I have found this first listen has calmed me down. I already have BPD and severe health anxiety so the last week I found out about this has been horrific. But getting closer and feeling even more anxious, I will use this along with other relaxation techniques until I get in there. God bless you for making this incredible recording. I am safe, and I will be ok 🙏

    Ciao Dennis,
    This session is excellent. I practice it twice a day. It is quality food for the heart mind and soul.
    However, It does take discipline which I am notoriously short on, I am a writer and a chronic overthinker.
    But as Marcus Aurelius, the philosopher king, said: "to grow daily is our job as human beings."
    So I keep on keeping on.
    And nobody said it would be easy.
    Thank you for your expert guidance

    So I get it bad to where I don't want to drive or things are happening to my heart etc. This at first was giving me anxiety in the beginning not knowing where it was going to take me. I kept at it and I'd say at the part end. I was at the bottom of the hill it felt like a shell around me keeping the anxiety out. It was still there but wasn't making my heart race. As it continued I started to feel less races and heavy and relaxed. I do feel that it might have triggered a release. I will try this twice a day to see how it goes and do a follow up review 💯💯💯 thank you

    How often do I need to listen to this, to start having more calm, instead of anxiety? I've loved it, thank you ❤

    I've got questions. Ive had depression and anxiety for 15 years. I've also been relying on medication and using hypnosis for the same amount of time. My anxiety has a lot of moving parts, so I start getting those anxious feelings just trying to figure out how to make this all go away. I've tried so many techniques and types of therapy that I'm running out of options.

    I have generalised anxiety disorder and panic attacks. Can this stop them? I want to travel the world, be alone without fear of anxiety crushing me and I don't want to go back to gibbering mess I was. I want control 😢
