I've been using Andrews clips for over 12 months now and it is the best thing I have come across to help with my depression anxiety and panic attacks. I listen to them a lot when I am not feeling the best. It's instant relief from my symptoms and even though I still have panic attacks start now I don't go under with the racing heart anymore it is incredible what the guided hypnosis can do. My doctor explained panic attacks to me and shared that I could not be physically harmed by a panic attack, but it certainly feels as though you can. I’ve been struggling with massive panic lately. It gets so bad I get hospitalized. Yet the VA will not take it seriously and prescribe me anything to help. So I’ve found the only way to manage this is to listen to your videos when I lay down. It takes me away from the awful panic and dread I feel and puts me to sleep, allowing me to escape the fear and dread that awaits me when I’m awake. Thank you for your work.

I have been doing Claire Weekes acceptance method for recovery from anxiety. I was told that meditation would slow down my recovery . I really enjoy your meditations, you have a perfect voice for this. So I was wondering what your thoughts are. I think this could only help me. And also can you listen to these more than once a day?
I've always found hypnosis and meditation with my clients dealing with anxiety extremely beneficial. Listening more than once is fine, nice and relaxing and positive words and suggestions are always helpful.

I am new to finding your hypnosis, and you may already have one; Are there any sleep hypnosis that you are doing or have done that do not have a loud commercial at the end of it so a person can drift off to sleep? Thank you.
Don't worry if you do fall asleep because the subconscious mind is always listening and never sleeps, so as you continue to build the habit of listening, it will be beneficial, and here's why.... during the early stages of sleep your brain continues to hear information and it will be processed preparing a response and helping you to make decisions whilst you sleep. Hypnosis is a natural bridge to sleep and your subconscious mind is most active when you sleep, so if the last thing you're consciously aware of is positive for your self-development, it will help you condition your thinking to focus on those changes you desire. Repeating the process creates stronger neuropathways in your brain for the positive outcomes you want. Whilst helping to weaken the neuropathways associated with your unwanted habits or behaviours.

I'm feeling very vulnerable right now after the election results and their threats to take my retirement income and Medicare. I'll have to sell my home and maybe leave the country to survive. All this while trying to recover both from long covid and adrenal exhaustion from stress of this. I gave up watching the news as it makes it worse; I long for any good news at all.
