- Attorney General William Barr showcased one of his hidden talents when he took center stage at an event at the nation's capital Wednesday morning accompanying the Pipes & Drums of the NYPD Emerald Society in a rendition of "Scotland the Brave."

William Barr was a piping adjudicator in the 90s. I used to play for him regularly as a beginner kid. He was always friendly. You have to be absolutely top be an adjudicator.

I would agree that this country is in a constitutional crisis. However, I believe that crisis started in 2008 under the Obama administration and the goons he put in charge of the various executive branch agencies. Did you not have a problem with the Obama administration using the IRS, DOJ and FBI to undermine and punish his political opponents? Did you have a problem with the FBI spying on an opposition political campaign, falsifying warrants to the FISA court in order to do so? Do you have a problem with law enforcement and intelligence agencies orchestrating an attempted coup against a legitimately elected President? You see, I would be against that no matter which party was behind it because America is more important than any political party. I hope you would be against it too. I'm not sure why you are against AG Barr's investigation into this unconstitutional and lawless behavior on the part of the previous administration and its holdovers.
By the way, my function is to call out people who make claims that are unsupported by the facts.
America and Scotland have such ties spanning hundreds of years, can't wait for us to grow our relationship once Scotland becomes an independent nation again (Thank You for enjoying parts of our culture!).

Those familes that remained either supported the lairds new goals fully, or had already moved to the cities. The lairds were British UK supporters to the core, kept all the land to themselves, so the politics that evolved after 1855 and in the 20th century is quite different than Scotland before 1840 and quite different to the goals of Scots now in America.
My cousin I wish you well in your endeavors to separate from England, but of my cousins I've met, the political temperament is the polar opposite of Scottish Americans today.

When it comes to lawlessness and destroying the judicial system, Trump isn't smart enough for that - he needs a good lawyer who can summarize an 1800 page report down to 2 pages and reach a conclusion not reached in the original (Mueller Report). Firing first rate government lawyers.
And why did I read that Barr visited the prison where Jeffrey Epstein was kept, shortly before his death. Fixing all kinds of things Mr. William - whatever King Donald wants. I often wonder if the people in the UK and Ireland know how often the Pipes are played and enjoyed in the US. I’m in Texas and have friends of Scottish ancestry who wear their kilts to special occasions.
