I’m dealing with a breakup a month and a half in. This has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve gone nc and she’s the one who texts me at least once a week and I am trying so hard not to say the wrong things. I want her back but she seems set on her decision. Not losing hope

Long time that. Similar happened to me after 10yr marriage. She went off with a much older guy im talking like 20yr age gap. I got with a much more attractive woman eventually but its worth having 6-12 months focusing on yourself initially. Should give you huge incentive to level up.

here the same 10 months of no contact, and he lives 2 hours away. During these months he showed a few signs that he struggles with the breakup. Tomorrow its his birthday but I wont reach out.

Me too. My ex ghosted me after challenging him to step up his game cause we live 13 hours away. He blocked me on Facebook, messenger and changed his phone number. I broke NC twice since March and now, we are in 42 days no contact. But it's just weird cause there's more people watching my story that is not included on my Facebook friendlist since the breakup. Then two days ago, someone texted me, telling me to click a certain link. I did not click it yet. Cause it seems so suspicious. Made 15 letters for him. Planned to send it this month. Good thing I didn't cause that would've been so awful. I'm in a different place now compared three months ago. I was so depressed, can't think, can't eat, can't function well. But now, I'm stronger and I feel much better. I still love him, but I'm just not sure if I still want him in my life. I'm nine years older than him. It's his birthday next month.
