Well they have to prove to me they have changed I. What broke the relationship. I made lot of changes myself in the areas I needed to.
Ok so my ex broke up with me and took me back after one week. We tried it again and she put close to none effort in and I oberpursued she broke up with me again 6 months later. After two months no contact she texted me and told me she is sorry for treating me like that. What should i do now? I want her now to put in effort

Tell her it would be nice if you would put in the same effort as I do 50-50 relationships

Just a quick Question, I know you recommend to never contact the dumper ex until they contact you etc, For my sins I had a quick exchange of messages via social media with my ex over Christmas upon which she thanked me for the message and and suggested perhaps we could stay in touch as friends..
She hadn’t used her social media accounts to much since we split up around 3 months ago but I noticed last Thursday she updated her profile picture with a new selfie…
Since then she’s been very active on her media account and seems to be logged on loads which tells me she’s got a lot of spare time on her hands and maybe she’s board or who knows. At first I thought maybe it was to grab my attention but if that was the case she could contact me?
Iv been missing her and thinking about her a lot more over the weekend and I’m tempted to reach out to her out of curiosity..
I guess you don’t recommend this? Is there anything I could or should do?
I’m just feeling a little more pain from missing my ex than usual.
What should I do?
Do nothing and don't take a low ball bid like friends no no no. No more contact stop with the social media stalking erased and block move forward and please for your sake don't have hope it will kill you inside.
Stop with contacting her any gifts or pics should have been already put in the garbage.
Move on do not look back
I can forgive but I will keep an eye on her especially on her phone, because she cheated and monkey branch me so phone email should not be secret but open to each of us to rebuild the trust
