    Nicole! I've been following yor weekly schedule for a few weeks now without missing a beat. Today Ive been having terrible period cramps and was contemplating not doing my work out... boy I'm glad I did anyway. I am positively DRIPPING in sweat and I feel so warm and fulfilled.     I was diagnosed PCOS and starting to get back to exercising since november 2023. I gradually tried your videos from 3 minutes to 5 minutes. Then I tried your 10 minutes workout.
    Last week, I tried 20 minutes but couldn't make it and only 10. But today, I MADE IT! 🎉 Although I haven't seen a weight loss, I feel stronger and my stomach flatter. Thank you so much, Nicole! I love your workout so much, especially your cardio and HIIT series! ❤

    I love your channel Nicole, thank you for all the videos 🤗 While the shorter videos come in handy for days that I don't have much time, I prefer the 30min plus sessions, because I feel like I do a better quality warm up in the beginning and cool down/stretching at the end of the session.
