    I’ve lost 40lbs from doing this as well as adding my dumbbells routine afterwards. And a well balanced food plan. ❤️

    My blood pressure level goes to normal anytime l follow your cardio routine section .

    Day 1: I did most of it but the routine of the aerobics was kinda boring me
    Day2 again did most of it but I find the workout kinda boring since it repeats idk I’m just use to cardio dance
