    A great exercice , it works all the body , plus you did some wonderful stretching which gets the tiredness away from the muscle. I love it so much.

    browsed through the many aerobics and I like how you succeed to engage and explain it very well. Will try to sync with the music on my own soundsystem to enjoy the beat better. thanks for posting ...keep on sharing your passion.

    have you ever coregasmed? can you show how to calm heavy breathing down after intense cardio workout by getting yourself heavy breathing?
