So many aerobics for beginners are 1) way too fast and 2) way too difficult to follow the steps. This video is just right for beginners. It's a good pace, her instructions are clear and easy to follow, there are no squats and there is no jumping, and it's FUN! I thought at fist it was too easy but by the end I had worked up a good sweat and was breathing hard. The time flew by!
What lovely feedback! ❤😅
It's not
It's too confusing I the second half 🥲
I agree too fast, so I just set my pace fast and try to keep moving. I have never been good at the two-step or line dancing. I think it's more about keeping yourself moving. I like the exercises.
I want 80 90s aerobics to make a big come back!!!
ditto
YES! I used to LOVE doing aerobics in college. Lost 25 pounds that way and finally reached my ideal weight--and it was so much fun. But now, I can't find a gym that offers just normal aerobics like this. It's all "zumba" or "combat fitness," or some other weird aerobics replacement that does technically qualify as an "aerobic" exercise, without being specifically traditional aerobics. Bring back regular aerobics!
@@iamSketchH Yep! My thoughts exactly! I was thinking I must be the only one who felt like that. There's nothing so good, in my humble opinion, as good old-fashioned aerobics. No gimmicks really helped my weight like aerobics.
💜💜💜 could not agree more.
@@iamSketchH I agree so much. The only person I know who still gives these classes is my old instructor and I moved away, so I can't go there. But I watch him on social media and I wish so hard I could take his classes again.
After months of trying to find an aerobics that I am comfortable with and can improve upon without feeling uncomfortably hot and sweaty, this is perfect, loving it, not too hard and gives me a boost going to start going through them all.
Thats so great to hear. Carlie is a great Instructor.
Finally a beginner cardio workout that is actually understandable and at a normal pace. I could only do 15 minutes today since I don9t have much space for the double steps and also my legs hurt really badly after my intense workout from the past 2 days. Still good! Will definitely do this daily for a while, not planning on doing the full thing immediately as I am obese and trying to lose weight, therefore I need my body to get used to all the sudden workouts😅
This is great! Way to keep the UK fit and thanks sharing across the globe for all.
I'm a teenager of the 90s and I was feeling sluggish I turn this on and just got into it thanks phenomenal 😎 Good memories.
I'm 79 years old and do regular exercise. This was perfect for me. I kept my heart rate up and got in some good ab work. Thank you so much!
Marcia from Berkeley, California
Wow.. I'm almost 50 with no movement except going to work. My first time to exercise in years and I barely finished 15 minutes. It's really inspiring to read your comment.
Great.
As a 64 year old man who used to ( 25 + years ago ) go to many aerobic classes, workout with weights and still practice martial arts, I've been finding it very frustrating trying to get back into aerobic exercises. The mind still thinks I'm as fit as I was, the body knows different.
This class was a perfect restart, the tutor is personable and clear in her instruction and the workout was just right for me. Demanding enough to feel like I was having to try, aerobically and mentally, but not so hard that I felt disheartened.
I'll definitely be taking this class again, and hopefully moving on to more advanced sessions.
Thanks.
I hear you. I guess I'm young compared to you. I'm 50 now. But I also used to enjoy aerobics when I was much younger and now that I lived in Thailand, the language barrier definitely presents a used problem in aerobics classes. Same as you, my mind thinks I'm very young, but my body says different. It was nice to get back into Aerobics again today.
I will definitively take aerobics sesion with Instructor line. She is really good to explain how to do and she is not making the course full of "bla bla" to keep her audience. She is just perfect. Love it !
I'm South-Korea aerobics teacher. your video help me well. Thanks
Just found this exercise video simple and effective. Good job instructor you're a good teacher. You have encouraged me to get up and go daily. Thank you
That’s great to hear Ann 😊❤
I enjoyed it. Thank you.
This was great! Easy to follow for a beginner.
Good exercise and great explanation! I am 52 years old, a beginner and Dutch but it was easy to follow so my compliments
Just for those who are interested:
I burned around 215 calories with this workout.
Really enjoyed this intro to aerobics - I haven't done a lot of cardio lately, so this was a great way of easing back into it. Thanks for a great start to my morning!
You are a perfect teacher and this video is perfect. I do this program every day. Thank you!
Thank you for the lovely feedback ❤
Day 1 of trying this aerobics class. Instructions were clear and understandable. I didn't realise how unfit i had gotten over the last few years. Going to push to do this daily until i can complete the whole thing. Only got as far as knee raises today
Day 2 - did the grape vine section.
I found your channel today. I cant tell you how happy I am. Ive always been too uncoordinated to do aerobics classes in public without feeling excessively self conscious. Im so so so grateful for this workout! ♡♡♡♡
Glad you found out videos. Carlie has lots more you can try on RUclips and our website. 😅
This is satisfying for me. Not too many of the same simple moves and lots of add on's to keep the brain in gear. Nice, pleasant young lady with good encouragement. Thank you ; really feel like my goals were accomplished here.
That’s lovely feedback Annette ❤
Another excellent NHS video. Well done to all concerned.
Aerobics is my favourite type of workout and just loved this. Feeling amazing after ages. Got a bit confused in the middle with the mix ups and was happy with the stretching and toning at the end. Lovely music. Thank you
❤
2 Jan 2022, I just did it after huge meal....feel so good, this low impact aerobic perfect and suitable for me....please bring her back love this COACH !!!🥰🥰🥰
Thank you very much. Easy but also demanding. I enjoyed it very much.
Very much like Rosemary Conley - clear and consistent.
High praise indeed 😊
That was great fun. It was easy enough to follow. I missed a few steps here and there but I'm sure I'll nail it after a week of following along. Thank you.
I have done this exercises watching tv just to see how difficult it is. I have ms and some exercises cause me pain in my head; but not this one. This was amazing!!! I’m feeling great!!!
I was looking for a workout that won't kill my knees and decided to give this a go. It is absolutely what I was looking for! Friendly instructor, well explained and easy on your joints!
Carlie is a great instructor, glad you enjoyed 😊
I enjoyed this so much. Got me motivated again to keep fit. Will join in many times now. Great instructor too and very nice and friendly. Thank you so much
I struggled to follow this as a first timer. The beat was slightly out of sync with out movements and focusing on that and that transitions was a bit much. As an intro for a bigger person, this was a bit much but I'm going to master this routine and put it to me own music so I can keep with the beat.
🎉 I’m starting today thanks
Loved this exercise, did the whole 45 minutes after a long work week 😀
I love this so much! She is so enthusiastic and clear! I have been so couch bound during Covid and was worried about getting back into an exercise routine. This is surprisingly doable, even for someone like me who has really let fitness fall by the wayside. Thank you so much!
❤😊
A bit long for an actual beginner but it's nice to see old school aerobics making a comeback.
Great workout this morning.
I love it. Easy to follow the steps. Thanks!
Thank you for the wonderful instructions. A wish for many blessings.
Thanks for this aerobics exercise, it really helps me a lot. ❤🎉❤🎉❤

VERY good for beginners, well done!
Thanks so much making this class freely available. Loved it!
I have zero rhythm but I’m going to give this a try!
This is a great initiative, thank you.
Such a good workout for beginners.
Thank you so much.
Yhe instructor is lovely
Excellent 💎💎💎
❤
Great workout! Thank youu! 😍
I was once a hard workout person, but not now. I returned to try HIIT with no jumping but it ended as I almost faint. So now, I've to find something that is lightlybut not too light to recover my strength first, and I found this vdo. I LOVE how there is no jumping as my right foot previously has a bit pain, and still now. And the instruction isextremely clear, steps are very easy to follow. I like that you provided options for each step, I followed all the hardest except when it comes to abs exercise at the end. At first, I planned to play another kettlebell exercise, but when there is an abs exercise her, so, it's all good for today, haha.
Thanks a lot for your clip!!
Amazing workout 😍😍😍
❤

Great workout
Great exercise ❤Thank you so much ❤❤
Very good work out.
Excellent workout!!! Thank you so much for posting it!
This was perfect 👌
Carlie is a great instructor! Just wish there would be a next level session available as this was a bit too basic for my taste.
That's why it's listed under BEGINNER category Hanna.
ruclips.net/video/ZCbOZyLeQoQ/видео.html The intermediate version
Excellent thanks! Wish I'd discovered this sooner 😁
Never to late Mandy 😊
Great energy but not easy to do in a small space. Move also change very quickly so momentum is hard to keep up having just learned the moves.
Thanks 🙏
You are WONDERFUL
It was pretty complicated for me but kinda fun too. It requires good coordination and a lot of space. Next time I'll try "Wake-up workout 45 minutes"
I like it. Thanks
Thank you so much for this video! It is easy at first and a bit harder in the next part, so you do have some challenge at the end ; It does not require a lot more than your computer and your willingness to do it and the prof is super clear and seems really nice. I am glad to have found this video to start again to do some sports :D
And above all it was fun!
Omg i had such an amazing time working out with you
😅❤ Carlie has lots more videos on the NHS RUclips and over on InstructorLive
❤
That was really good (says my 73 year old body)! 😊😊

I absolutly love it! I am a beginner and on other videos i can not follow... 🙌
🎉🎉🎉Love the video
THANKYOU😊🙏
Was amazing! Best workout I've ever found! Just what I was looking for. How would I find videos by this specific instructor?
*My period coming back:*

(Sorry I know that joke isn’t for everyone)
Thank you
If you want to do next level replace the half jack with star jumps.
Pls make some various aerobic videos. I like the way you guide us and easy to follow.
Very well made, very useful training. Could it be that the video playback speed is faster than real time? So I have to set it to 0.75, but then it's a little too slow. Thank you for checking!
Thank you Carly, have a great day too! :)
muchas gracias !!!!! excelente clase!!!!
Pure fun😊
Nice one.
I did little but had stop but what i did was ok for me.
Yes good workout thank you! I always find that sit ups hurt my neck but no pain no gain I guess!
No talking throughout is the best!!!
Amazing!
Thanks
First time doing it, find it is very confusing! Seems to work though as I can feel blood circulation which I need with my sedentary work, so will give it some try before deciding.
