Jimmy Fallon was an entertaining host when you first started watching. Then everything felt repetitive. I think the celebrities didn't mind going on his show because they knew what to expect with him. I watched some clips within the last year and it felt the same when he was the host of Late Night
You should see Norm MacDonald on there when he’s talking about what people say about old Stone Faced Fallon, if you were on Jimmy Fallons show and you got a laugh, by God, you’ve earned it.
I bloody love this guy. He is subtle, intense and a true comedian. Very smart too. He reminds me of Dave Chappelle somehow because of those traits. I didn't like his new special as much as I liked Thoughts and prayers, but I am very fond of him and his work. This guy will have a great career and will become one of the greatest stand-up comedian, I am sure about that.
I've always liked Fallon, prolly because he was constantly bashed and I'm a damn contrarian...but I gained respect for him when he said that he didnt want to talk about Trump, because that wasnt what he does. He just wants people to laugh and not polarize vast sections of America. The fact that he likes going to dive bars and drinking with the Average Joes gives me even more respect for the guy. Hell of a way to stay grounded.
Fuck yeah. I used to drink with homeless people around a fire barrel down the street from my apartment, in my early twenties. Great people and great stories.

You all just clicked on this video to feed your self fulfilling bias. You already don't like him and you just want to see more people shit on him.
He turned the Tonight Show into a game show and never could wrap my head around that. Artist/actors/writers you respect are playing some stupid game while Jimmy is cackling at everything they say and do.
Mel Brooks has a great story about Dick VanDyke in an elevator at the studio. A tour group got on, and Dick did his shtick, and everyone laughed, but when they all got off he turned Mel and said he'd like to strangle every last one of them.
Has anyone asked Jeselnik if he was one of the anonymous staffers in the Rolling Stone story? The piece seemed to rely on anecdotes that were several years old and 14 of the 16 staffers were described as former employees. It made me wonder how long ago these former staffers had worked for Jimmy. Plus, how many of them were fired like Jeselnik apparently was?
I still took away from this that Fallon is a pretty nice guy off-stage, although he may have (had?) a drinking problem which I hope he's able to overcome. Hopefully he realises it's okay to be more authentic.
I was watching him a few years back and he was sluring his words a lot on his talk show,And I felt like it's just me noticing this,But seeing this now I'm very relieved lol.

Jimmy Fallon was an entertaining host when you first started watching. Then everything felt repetitive. I think the celebrities didn't mind going on his show because they knew what to expect with him. I watched some clips within the last year and it felt the same when he was the host of Late Night
Joe start telling these secret story’s on the podcast smh
It's like he's trying to get everyone to like him or something
jimmy fallon love coke and prossi's
It's not new kid👁 check out Howard Stern
@@juglord2744 someone is paying attention...
@@Jaqen-HGhar go find Arya and help her kill Cersie. I believe you still owe her
If jimmy wants everyone to love him I have one piece of advice
Stop. Fake. Laughing.
I think he needs to stop being fake entirely. Comes off so bland trying to appease to the masses.
@@licentiousdreams And trying to be gold at everything.
He’s a dumbass liberal prick! There’s nothing to like about that celebrity bastard.
Stop the late night show.
Sometimes the key to getting people to like you is to stop trying to get people to like you.
I love Fallon!
"I'll tell you another story when we get off the air." Well, that makes for a riveting podcast.
Oh yeah because he can publicly share every story he has... Oh wait, of course he can't
@@CastGamingVideos Sure. But you don't then blurt how you have an interesting story to tell AFTER your show.
Gahhhhh I’m dying to know who they’re talking about!!
Jimmy “fake laugh” Fallon
.. With wonderfully awkward moments I'm your host Jimmy "losing my shit" Fallonnnnnnn.... weeeeeeeeeeeee
You should see Norm MacDonald on there when he’s talking about what people say about old Stone Faced Fallon, if you were on Jimmy Fallons show and you got a laugh, by God, you’ve earned it.
ruclips.net/video/zSiFLo3apjM/видео.html
Matthew Hampshire can’t watch the show because it sounds so insincere. He is actually a talented guy but he panders to much to the guest and audience.
Hhmmm when you see how old this video is it is still relevant today 4 yrs later!
4 years later, the accusations arise once more. Interesting
Now I'm more interested in the off the air story at the end.
admtech69 joe have sometimes no balls man.
joe later kicked him in the ribs and said: That person is me you pussy.
@@buzinaocara hahaha unappreciated comment=)
Know about Ellen?
Had to be Ellen, Cosby or Kevin James who is supposedly a real a-hole.
Lol...pretty sure you're wrong about that
@@84Elenai Can I ask what other comedians you like just so I know what kindve stuff you find funny?
He's the antithesis of DC.
I love Jimmy Fallon!
"This is gonna make Jimmy unlikeable" pretty sure Jimmy does that on his own.
This is true. My buddy Edmond worked for him too and they always went out to random dive bars around the city.
Carig Ferguson, Conan, Old David Letterman......hands down the Best
I feel like Jimmy Fallon comes off genuine
Joe, we would really love to hear these "off-air" stories. Either that or ya know, STOP BRINGING IT UP, YA KILLIN' ME!
This confirms everything I've ever thought about Fallon
Personally, if being liked by everyone is genuinely Jimmy’s goal for his career with a pure intention. I’m totally cool n on board with what ever his up to, though it is a cruel cruel world filled with lies n distrust, so I understand where all the hates n criticisms may have come from. And I won’t be surprised if it lead one man to seek comfort through sm late night booze with the buds.
I can't stand everyone bitching about how "fake" he is. Then why are you watching his show? If you really don't like him don't watch it. Simple as that. Also why does it matter if it's scripted? Does that make it less real? Come on guys they're performers. That's their job. You really think Conan and Kimmel don't have a million rehearsed things lined up for them to say? You all just clicked on this video to feed your self fulfilling bias. You already don't like him and you just want to see more people shit on him.
He turned the Tonight Show into a game show and never could wrap my head around that. Artist/actors/writers you respect are playing some stupid game while Jimmy is cackling at everything they say and do.
Cackling is the perfect description of what he does. Such a try hard
Conan destroys Fallon any day.
And holy shit do I wanna know who Joe’s story is about.
In one of the other comments, someone says it's most likely Ellen
Its definetely ellen
@@jackstewart753 fitzsimmons could not stand her

Anthony is most assuredly the product of Ben Affleck, Scott Peterson, and Dane Cook putting their seeds together.
And jason sudeikis
Is your mom involved in some way?
How did 3 unfunny people create a comic genius??
Ohhhhh the humanity!!!!
Plus, how many of them were fired like Jeselnik apparently was?
i love Anthony Jeselnik he is righteously funny
Let him be .. he’s not a jerk.. in today’s world that’s golden
But he's fake. The only people that I personally know that like him, are elderly people. But again, it's pretty much manipulation.
The fact that "comedians" hire writers to write their jokes defeats the whole point of being a comedian
I don't think anybody considers him a comedian. It's about being a host.
no one can generate that much material night in and out. of course they have writers. lolol
2:01. A solid impression
To be honest knowing Fallon is actually enjoyable as a real person and not like his tv self makes me like him a lot more
Man I used to LOVE Anthony’s show on Comedy Central
Ronimus Prime shark party!
This is relevant again 4 years later
i just spent my first winter ever in the snow and hes right its beautiful when it snows and then it needs to go
That wheezing laugh by joe rogan around 2 mins made by chest hurt laughing
This guy really grew on me over time one of me favorite comedians now :)
i love fallon. hes from like 25 mins away from me. when he got onto snl i remember the highschool blew up. Saugerties high school. upstate ny
I still took away from this that Fallon is a pretty nice guy off-stage, although he may have (had?) a drinking problem which I hope he's able to overcome. Hopefully he realises it's okay to be more authentic.
We all got problems Joe! You included!
Joe "I'll tell you that story when we get off the air" Rogan
One of the newest comments, and I just seen this...I definitely wanna see that clip
.Fuckin now..
Yup, what a stupid frustrating thing for a MC to say on air, for fuck's sake.
I was watching him a few years back and he was sluring his words a lot on his talk show,And I felt like it's just me noticing this,But seeing this now I'm very relieved lol.
"they didn't like my jokes cause they would have made Jimmy too unlikeable"
He was able to accomplish that without your jokes, Anthony
This is one of the reasons why I love JRE. Joe and his guests will talk about topics and issues that the mainstream media avoid.
finisher489 for sure bud. It would’ve been better if Joe shared his personal story with us though
@@MrWorstnameever it must have been a real doozy,,bc for him not to say it tells you something.lol
I feel like Jimmy actually is a cool and somewhat funny guy. He's super musically talented. I think he just went the right route
Horatio said that he and Jimmy were high-functioning alcoholics during the SNL days and that they got in more than a few bar fights. Jimmy had a rep as a brawler when he drank.
I love these guys. Both hilarious. Epic stand-up specials.
The look on Anthony's face after he says 'but he did it alot'.....subtle but brilliant.
What's brilliant about the fact he couldn't hide the pleasure he got from calling someone (he obviously doesn't care about) a drunk?
