    Morning drik ::Alovera juice
    Breakfast ::Masala Aloo sandwich or 3 sandwich or oats chila....
    Mid morning snack:: water melon or any fruit portion control
    Lunchtime::Oat cold coffee without milk plus 1bowel of salad or any other recipes dhahi aloo or 7 oats smoothy recipes
    Evening snack:: Aam panna or lemon water plus roasted chana
    Dinner :: moonglets or Soya chunk or 3eggs recipes or...
    Night drink: soonf tea
