    I just wanted to confirm Dr. Shika's plans do wonders. I had been struggling to lose weight for a past year. tried various diet plans nothing worked. I have been following dr.shikas guidance for one month from April 1st 2024 to 30th . And i lost 5 kgs. i went 76 to 71kg in a month. Ive been eating good food. i dont even feel like im on diet. Recipes are quick to make. My target is 60. Hope ill reach in at the end of July. Thank u Doctor. And people please give it a try. Worth it

    weight loss Mein ne kiya hai Bakwaas naa kare. Time lagta hai with exercise bhi karna parta hai calorie counting bhi important hai. Views likes panne ke liye bakwas nahi karna hai..

    Good day Dr.!!
    I've seen that in your videos you generally recommend NO SALT for salads.
    But what about people, who have a hard time retaining sodium levels in the body due to high blood sugar levels and frequent urination, which in turn causes dehydration and sodium dilution
    Due to ingestion of extra water, sodium chloride levels get diluted in the body.
    Should such people sprinkle little pink Himalayan salt/sea salt over their salads to up sodium levels in their bodies??

    Mam mera weight loss nhi ho rha apki diet plan use kr rhi hu 20 days phle strt kiya tha maine mujhe bhut bloating and gas kisi problm hua around 1 kg kam hua hai but jab bhi bloating hoti hai mujhe waps utna hi ho jata hai weight mujhe pcod bhi hai mai morning me alsi ka pani pi rhi hu or night me tezpatta ka pani phir bhi constipation and bloating hai..
