@@thomasaraneta6061 honestly, If I didn't have a wife and kids I wouldn't really make the type of stuff nearly as often, but this makes it easy for all of us to eat the same thing more frequently. If I was single I would strip it down more for sure
Semper Fi Brother, I am carnivorish, 97 %, I loved this idea so I tweeked it a little, I egg, 1 oz. mozz. chs. 1/2 oz. ched, mix well in bowl, pour into pan, cooks up great in pan with butter, flip if you desire, this is also my chaffle mix. PS. just found your channel, and subbed. keep up the good work. PPS, yuor liver recipe was awesome! Jimmy
spread your cheese on parchment paper and put in the microwave until it bubbles and then drape over your kitchen sink spout and let it set up and perfect shell. This is way too complicated. BTW I have done this and it works.
Non dairy tacos can be found on Courtney Luna’s RUclips channel. It’s egg, pork rinds, you choice of fat (not butter if dairy is the concern) and water, maybe some salt.
For years I have been making shells out of mozzarella cheese. You don't have to use butter or anything. It comes out absolutely perfect and will just slide right out of the pan. You can add a little bit, or a lot of cheddar cheese on top for contrasting flavors. The mozzarella will yield a perfect crunch. Thanks for sharing the video, it was great!
You can!!! Again Yes, you can make carnivore tortillas and taco shells without cheese!!! Egg, pork rinds...(check out the whole recipe at courtney luna's recipe)...use tortilla press and voila! I just found it. It's delicious and dairy free
Hi Jerry, I make these in the oven and put the cheese on parchment paper. I cook them for about 12 minutes at about 425 degrees until they brown up. I then pull them out and put the parchment paper on my granite counter top and it cools it nicely. They peel off super easy and no need to flip them. Easy cleanup too. I can cook about 4-5 cheese shells at a time.
@@RRodriguez1904 I pull the parchment paper off of the cookie sheet and let them cool on the counter top on the paper. Within about 3-4 minutes they've hardened up a bit and are bendable. If you let them cool a littler longer they harden up more. Just dont let them cool down on the hot cookie sheet. Good luck! They're tasty.
Jerry, I bought that Roland Chipotle sauce. Question though, before I make mine, I dont like TOO spicy. Any recommendations on the amount youd suggest so its not too spicy? Like how much would you suggest to use for a pound that wont be TOO much? Thanks in advance!
Awesome! And I love your 10 Commandments behind the cooktop! We love spicey foods as well but like you, couldn’t find it w/o seed oil. I’ll look for this one.
Abbeville Family Healthcare the yellow lid by this same brand has seed oils do make sure to read the labels. I linked in the notes to this video one I found on amazon that is seed oil free
Greg Valentine the Can has a little soybean oil (from la costena) so where I live I buy the glass jar with red lid and it has none. But I didn’t see the one I buy on amazon, so I included a link in the video notes to one on amazon in a can with no aeed oils
Greg Valentine yes because the one I have i couldn’t find on amazon, so I found one on amazon without seed oils. In your local store they may have what I bought which is la costena glass bottle red lid
Made a pretty good, but small one, on my first attempt (because I have a small ceramic pan). I put a little butter in the pan first, not sure if it helped or not).
That Amazon link for the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce was NOT in a glass jar like that one you showed was. Where can I find it? It's in a can, but no seed oils still. Just as good?
It’s on my to do list! I am going to try to post at least once a week something that i tried that turns out good. My kids love egg salad/ deviled eggs I do with homemade mayo, so I am going to do that soon as well.
They make several variants. The ones in the glass bottle with red lid are the best I have found. No seed oils/ better than the canned version by the same brand
! or 2 grams of sugar is the same as zero physiologically. It's a tirvial amount that will have no impact on your blood sugar, but there is a glass bottle from la costena that has 2 carbs zero sugar still if you can find it
Adding any processed food is not carnivore it is a keto recipe. I like how people want to identify with a certain group and they will convince themselves that this fits. carnivore is zero carb and dairy has carbs.
The cheese I use has zero carbs, and it comes from an animal. I don’t identify with any diet cano and if you watch my videos I make that very clear. I also have Long since added certain low carb plants as meat enhancers, again, don’t care if it’s considered “carnivore” or not.
The Can is the only one I could find on amazon with no seed oils (some people prefer to avoid these) but the one without seed oil I buy at my local store is lacostena in the glass bottle with the red lid
You dont have to eat anything you dont want to eat, Leave dairy out if that suits you. I always seasoned with whatever I wanted, but there are some Carnivore thought leaders who think anything more than salt means not a true carnivore diet
@@JerryTeixeira well are you saying it’s fine to put taco seasoning in my ground beef? Because I’ve been eating steaks and chicken with just salt in pepper. And I’m really thinking is it fine to put other seasonings into my meat? I know you mentioned some hardcore won’t consider it real carnivore diet. But does it defeat the purpose of my results, is all I’m saying ?
The only reason it would be bad for you is if you have a sensitivity or allergy to the seasoning being used If not, it’s not like garlic had any evidence at all showing it’s bad for human health. Same with onion for example Carnivore was a great elimination diet for me, but I don’t see any reason why one would need to be extremely strict with it if there’s no food sensitivity issues, Make sense?
I don’t get carbs, but that’s just my personal preference. I am going to be putting up some content on how to figure out how much protein you need, and then from there how much dietary energy you need from either carbs, fats, or both.
@@JerryTeixeira that's awesome man I can't wait for that video I do work out and I am active all the time I try to be in-motion except when I'm sleeping. Smoking makes it more difficult to gain weight for sure. In fact, some people use nicotine gum as a “fat burner” or way to help boost metabolic rate. How are you eating right now? What’s an average day of food?

Steve Pimentel you are never going to grow on so few calories. You can build muscle even in a caloric deficit, but only to a certain point. And in order to gain any weight on the scale you must have a caloric surplus. I am obviously not a dr or an RD, but what if your liver condition?
Yes. I started out a lean 159 after I got out of the military in 2001 and now weight 179, so only gained 20 pounds and I have been lifting for 25 years
No, its not. Its ceramic coated, I have since moved to seasoned stainless steel. The extra iron load from cast iron I would argue is a bigger problem.
