I wanted to share a recipe of something I have been makin'. I'm on an OMAD and STRICTLY carnivore with Monday all day fasting! It's a 3 day - "fish casserole" kind of creation. Consists of a can of Albacore tuna in spring water, a can of sardines - wild caught in water and a vacuum packed large piece of wild caught alaskan salmon (coho or sockeye) from Trader Joes, all cooked on my outside covered grille. I put the salmon on a foil boat out on the covered grille and while its cookin', I make a foil boat platter with about 20" of foil, folded long way in1/2 and then cup up the outer edge (about an inch) to make a boat. Then scoup in the tuna (after draining water) and the anchovies -drained- and break up it all and stir it up. After the salmon cooks (about 15 minutes) I scoup it into the mixture and break it all up and stir it in. Then I scoup it all into the foil boat and flatten it out and put a couple scoups of beef tallow (fat) on top for oil. Then back in to the grille for about 10 -15 more minutes. But I also make about 6 local free range raw eggs whipped in a bowl and pour it on top and kind of stir it in. In 10 minutes I have a 3 day casserole that I divide in three and last me for 3 meals (days)! It only comes to about $5 per day to eat! It's awesome!!
Cooking food in ALUMINUM foil isn’t recommended, you’re leeching toxic aluminum right into your food. That’s why people use parchment, in the oven, instead of aluminum foil.
Thank you so much for the recipe help. I've been healthy keto for five years and I needed to move to the carnivore diet to heal my gut, skin, sinuses.... this helps
I made the first recipe (no liver, I ordered desiccated beef organs) and it was so good! I was skeptical.. but even my 6 year old said this is soo good! Thanks for the easy recipes:)
You can make ground beef soup with bone broth chopped up veggies like onions peppers zucchini carrots anything you like and can of tomatoes. It’s like a stew.
Pork lard fry up two sardines and then fry up the ground beef and add plenty salt......job done.......delicious Edit: forgot to mention in case it wasn't obvious, mush the sardines up and incorporate into the ground beef
Love these ideas! Just ordered my Primal Kitchen sauces. Also for those of you suggesting to put any of these in a lettuce wrap, you certainly can but that would be more Keto than Carnivore. Can’t eat those leafy greens on Carnivore (plus, I hate lettuce).
Thanks for the content homeboy. Your recipes gave me a great way to utilize collagen and turned me onto a great new spice and ketchup brand I never knew about. Nice of you to share.
I cooked some brisket in a slow cooker. I used Vital Protein collagen and put about 4 packets inside the slow cooker. When done I took all the delicious broth and bottled it. The taste was out of this world. So when I cook ground beef I put this broth in. Wow! For liver lately I have been making a jerky. With a little ground beef, seasoning, etc. that tuned out good.
Glad I found this vid, Im 4 days on carnivore diet so far and I'm already tired of eating pork chops. Beef(not minced) is more expensive so I'll try it either with minced pork or buy already minced beef. Thanks 🙏
Try to use paprika powder, curry or garlic to make better flavour to the meat. Also the black pepper, basil and the other green spices can make this food delicious. They can be acceptable once you put ketchup on the meat.
I'm not a big ground beef fan, but just decided to try Carnivore. There is no way I can afford to eat steak 2-3 times per day, every day, so I will definitely be trying these recipes! Thank you!
DUH! Such a simple solution to adding organ meats to one’s diet! (I feel relieved to be reminded that there are other ways to do things! Ground beef, plus organ meats! Super!) Thank you!
I have been making liver pate, meat balls for my great grandson's with a little liver in them. I love the taste of liver, I have no need to cover up the taste. Primal has some good quality products, all plants vegetables, and fruit have tiny parasite eggs, oxalates, liptens, fruits cause glycation, all toxic, fiber rots in the intestines, meat digests in the gut. Fats from meat, and butter, are quickly absorbed to make hormones and other vital things our bodies need. Ketovore adds low carb dairy, Carnivore is zero carbs very simple. Women need more fat omega 3's put you in ketosis, sardines, cod liver, find what you like and add them twice a week.
i just use scissors and cut raw liver up into small pieces, get some of that fizzy unsweetened flavoured water, take a tiny sip, pop a piece of liver, swallow, repeat until all gone, it's a little tedious i'll admit but my tastebuds swear by it. used to cook it and force myself to chew and swallow, trying to adjust my palate, after 2 years i gave up, im just not programmed to enjoy that flavour.
@@LauraBeeDannon Don't have to do many things, but things being difficult isn't a good reason for me not to do something. I agree people can thrive just fine without eating liver, but on a very strict carnivore diet I do feel a major difference after eating it and an inner craving for it periodically which to me hints at my body wanting the nutrients which are found in higher amounts in liver. This craving isn't like a craving for icecream or cake, it's not a craving for flavour, it's like a primal need feeling, like a thirsty person craving water which is rather flavourless in itself.
I like to do a taco bowl, sprinkle with a diy taco mix chop up red onions tomatoes, top with sour cream and avocado slices and cheese Or just like the first recipe but I add sliced hard boiled eggs
I would love to be able to use those sauces, unfortunately, most are made with tomatoes and chiles or peppers. I react to all nightshades, I won't won't weight and still have arthritis pain. I have to be a stricter carnivore to eliminate inflammation, otherwise I just keep hurting and having issues.
My favourite is mince and crispy bacon pieces with crumbly Lancashire cheese. I keep away from spices except swasoning with salt and white pepper, and also don't want oxalates from tomato.

I eat about 10-12 oz of liver every week. The trick for those that don’t like liver, season your pref and fry in bacon grease. I love liver, could actually eat it more often.
B. PH.....Unfortunately he is doing carnivore and does not eat plants! But you are right, I love liver and onions cooked in bacon fat and eat it with the bacon!! Yum! God Bless!
Man watching this makes me happy I know how to cook! I would modify this by making a delicious salty smash burger patty, frying the liver whole, and topping it off with an omelette, maybe skip the ketchup and go straight for the chilli or mustard
Hi..I think lamb or mutton liver is the least strong tasting liver..I am not keen but I lightly cook fresh chopped liver and mash it with a potato masher before adding into cooked ground lamb (or beef) but lamb hides the flavour more! I think upto about a third liver to ground meat ratio is OK. Try it! It is worth it for the nutrient density and also is one of the cheapest meats out there!
While the recipes themselves seem fine, especially the base combination of the beef, liver, eggs, and collagen, the added ingredients, other than the cheese and salt, are in the nightshade family of plants and those are not recommended for anyone with a hypertensive condition. The family of plants called "solanaceae" contain natural poisons called "glycoalkaloids" and these are present in tomatoes and anything that "adds heat". In my opinion, the best way to add heat to any dish is to use good, old-fashioned black, white, or red peppercorns that are coarsely ground. These are not in the nightshade family.
"Force of Nature" Meat Company makes an "Ancestral Blend" that has beef liver, heart, and ground beef all ground together. If you like liver, you'll love this blend.
Looks good, Similar to what I been doing. In addition to beef I also use, Elk, Bison, Lamb and salmon. If I add a little rice its the darker rice like red, black, purple. White rice is too high on the glycemic index.
For those of you who don’t like the liver taste you can soak it in milk before frying. It takes the liver outta the liver. Not sure why it works but it does.
Livers work as a body's filter, so that makes sense. it filters out the liver flavor because you're letting milk go through it.

God that last one looked heavenly, man. I'm legit going to have to try that soon. Beef, bacon, cheese, and bbq sauce. Not to mention liver. Amazing. Also, ignore the trolls, this is good content.
Appreciate that! Thanks man.
Yes, it looks decadent.

@@keylanoslokj1806 But highly inflammatory seed and plant oils won't? Nah I genuinely believe we've been lied to about animal fat being the problem. Especially if you're eating enough Omega 3 in DHA and EPA forms. (ALA barely converts). We already know cholesterol being bad for you was a myth. It's the triglycerides imo that kill ya. Oil and sugar are to blame, not healthy animal fats, high quality protein, and nutrient rich organ meats. My two cents anyway. Wish anyone and everyone the best on their health journey.

Great ground beef options! A hack i learned to tenderize burger is to mix in 1/4t baking soda 15 minutes before cooking. This tenderizes the burger and helps is to hold is moisture. Look it up and try it.
It's true. Chinese restaurants will often use baking soda to tenderize meat. 😋

Good idea how to incorporate liver into your diet!
Absolutely!
full vit c,,,,love liver,
Easiest way to eat liver is to just eat liver. In South America most people like liver. I learned to like it while living in Brazil.
Vital protein has a dried grass fed beef liver…..awesome food
An elderly woman showed me how to cook liver so that my children would it and like it. Soak chicken or calf liver in full fat milk for fifteen minutes. Strain. Cook in real butter. Voila. Love it
Ground beef is a great, affordable way to eat keto/carnivore. I like to add ground venison to mine.
Great video I'm almost 77 years old - male eat lots of ground beef and you gave me some good ideas to just kind of spice up and make some good Meals!!
When I need to prep a few days of meals I make 3 Critter Stew. Using just one pan.. Start with bacon, fry till fat is rendered. Drain, then fry ground beef. Drain. Then add eggs. Mix till eggs are cooked. I use one 12-18 eggs per lb of ground beef and bacon. Season to taste.
I'm watching your video while eating my ground beef. This time I'm having it with home made yoghurt. Thanks for your amazing recipes!
to cook liver has one trick. Never put salt onto the liver during the cooking process. It makes the liver as hard as a leather belt. Only spice is the ground black pepper and, if you want onion. Also, the liver get cooked/ready when it starts to let water out to the pan. After this you over cooked it. You can add salt after you cut the fire under the pan.
been on this WOE for a month now...came across your vid.....1 lb ground deer (i'm a hunter), added bacon pieces and a couple eggs....threw on some EBTB seasoning.....so DELICIOUS! Thanks for opening my eyes to some easy recipes. Will be trying all of them!!!

It's expensive, but I love the Carnivore Aurelius liver crisps. Took me like a week to get through the first bag, but now I have a hard time not eating the whole thing in one sitting. Great option for liver. I didn't realize how much I missed crunch till I got it back.

I noticed it! ouch! He had to have made that in advance and let it sit for a while before grabbing that handle.
An easy method of dosing and storing liver is to puree it and freeze it in an ice cube tray. Fill each cube in the tray to the desired amount... i/4 full, 1/2 full, or full. When the liver is frozen, store it in a plastic bag
I grew up with my grandparents in germany, i eat a little of my liver raw while im making liver and onions. Liver dumblings/soup is another option i like.

Don’t forget the old stand by, taco bowl. Homemade taco seasoning, cheese, sour cream, and (if ketovore) black olives, tomatoes and onion! Good eats right there!

Is tomatoes and onions cheating? these are plants!

Thank you. Bedridden and have been trying carnivore for a while but I was experimenting with cheaper meats and nope it's not the same. I love the way you add liver to recipes! All of the recipes look scrumptious! I will try them! Thank you!
Where do you get desicated beef organs?
Lamb Kidneys are good for you too!!
You can make ground beef soup with bone broth chopped up veggies like onions peppers zucchini carrots anything you like and can of tomatoes. It’s like a stew.

Pork lard fry up two sardines and then fry up the ground beef and add plenty salt......job done.......delicious
Edit: forgot to mention in case it wasn't obvious, mush the sardines up and incorporate into the ground beef
The last one I make a bacon cheese burger type the same way but instead mix in the catsup and some spicy brown mustard
As a sidebar, if you thinly slice liver thinly, skewer it and bbq it. It takes no time at all and is so tender it's lovely

The Buffalo sauce is awesome. One of my favorites from PK. I am amazed he can grab that cast iron by the bare handle when cooking.

Thank you!
Grass fed beef is so good! It really depends On the ground beef and how you make it.

How many portions do you get out of each recipe? Or do you eat all of the recipe at one sitting? Thank you and they do look delicious!
I'm a small woman and I could easily polish those off in one sitting 😂
I do the same, much easier to get it down
You don't have to eat it though.
ruclips.net/video/Xo94cHETUBM/видео.html why eat it?
@@LauraBeeDannon Don't have to do many things, but things being difficult isn't a good reason for me not to do something. I agree people can thrive just fine without eating liver, but on a very strict carnivore diet I do feel a major difference after eating it and an inner craving for it periodically which to me hints at my body wanting the nutrients which are found in higher amounts in liver. This craving isn't like a craving for icecream or cake, it's not a craving for flavour, it's like a primal need feeling, like a thirsty person craving water which is rather flavourless in itself.
good batch of ideas here, for breakfast. Avoiding the sausage and bringing more meat to the plate. Thanks
I throw in broken up pieces of pork rinds after cooking. It gives it crunch and if it’s a Mexican type dish feels like I’m eating tacos.
I do this sometimes too! Love a bit of crunch. When I rarely eat a salad I always add pork rinds.

This is inspirational! Was getting so bored with burgers, and yeah steaks are expensive
My favourite is mince and crispy bacon pieces with crumbly Lancashire cheese. I keep away from spices except swasoning with salt and white pepper, and also don't want oxalates from tomato.

I’ve been wondering how to brave adding liver without gagging! I will do as you suggest! Thank you for the great video!!
Did you try it yet? I’m scared.
Thank you!
