Anita! You are “killing it”…destroying all those arguments, one by one about why it’s too hard to go carnivore! If it’s not the expense argument, it’s the lack of variety argument, if it’s not this, it’s that. You’ve shown all those arguments to be moot; if you want to be healthy, you’ll find a way. You’re a “way-maker”! Bravo!
@@darcy2965 I´ve seen video where man made his own mayo from bacon grease and eggs (plus the seasoning he putted there). Also seen people doing it from melted butter and eggs. Tallow, lard, butter... Hi Anita first time watching your videos, love the one pot recipes especially the meatloaf I’m 90% animal based, and working my around Australia with a 4WD and camper trailer so I have very limited space, but I do have a Weber I also use as an oven. Very impressed you’ve taken on the keto/carnivore concept for your health as seniors are generally staunch meat and three veg. Thanks for your simple cooking masterclass.
I was using oven for flanken ribs They cook great on stove! I can’t chew regular ribs I don’t need oven honestly Rarely buy roasts but those would work in a crockpot which I use for broth making. Just a skillet and a firepit would feed me in a pinch for weeks, months prob! (have to buy broth tho) I look at Van or Offgrid living a lot…
I’m all about keeping things as simple as possible. Season brand Sardines in water drained and then “fried” in Kerrygold or Costco grass fed butter till crispy and topped with seas salt. Also, a good make ahead are egg cups. Dozen eggs 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese, 1 cup shredded raw cheddar cheese salt pepper and whatever cooked meat bacon or sausage blend all together then add shredded cheese mix and spoon into 12 muffin tin and you’re good for the week 👍🏼can’t get any more simple than a taco bowl of ground beef raw shredded cheese Good culture sour cream and Primal kitchen avocado buffalo sauce 😊
Do not boil eggs. Steam them over boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove from stove and let them sit in the same steamerbpot with the lid on for 15 minutes. They almost jump intact out of the shells. Do not immerse eggs in water. Keep them above the waterline and steam.
These looked amazing. I love the simplicity of carnivore cooking. I don't have a working stove but I do have a small oven, air fryer, instant pot , crockpots and 2 different size electric skillets. I manage..lol. Thank you for your time in showing us these delicious recipes. I was especially thrilled to see the egg drop soup. 😊
Delightful‼️ Funny and fun. Just the way I cook too, for myself. Simple and easy. Thank you, Anita. I always stir beaten eggs into soups and stews for a “noodle” feel. Very satisfying. 💖
Hi Anita.. you really are looking like you're just dropping weight! I'm so happy for you. Thanks for posting this! I, too, enjoy my air fryer but also enjoy basic cast iron and stainless steel pan cooking. I don't think I've ever made a flank steak. I'm gonna try it! I hope I can find a good deal on it 👍🏻
Oven could be used instead of a crockpot, or even an Instant pot for the occasional roast or ribs. But a crockpot gives better results and doesn’t use near the electricity or gas. Of course, affording the roast or ribs is more the actual problem.
Hey Anita, new subscriber here, love your recipes, my tip for canned fish is that since the bones can be off-putting I remove them and eat them by themselves when I'm plating my sardines or salmon. That way I still get the benefit of eating them but my fish isn't crunchy.
Use your instant pot for boiled eggs you will never go back! 5min on pressure 5steam down 5ice bath done shells fall off for 10 -12 eggs I use 2 cups water
I do also use a stickblender to make my butter coffees or my buttered broth w/eggs. I make meat broth (chicken as beef doesn’t have bones anymore unless it’s ribs) and get it simmering then add lots butter, s&p and 3 eggs to 12oz broth. I use 2 tablespoons of butter in this. Stickblend and the whites emulsify, the yolks just melt in. Really creamy rich drink. Can just use 4 yolks but I hate wasting my pricey eggs!
Thank you for this helpful video, Anita. These days I use my frying pan more than any other kitchen equipment. I tried LMNT last Christmas, it was delicious and expensive but definitely helped with leg cramps however the cost especially in Canada is more than I care to spend except for as a treat. Recently while at the Qualicum Beach Apothacary I discovered a magnesium spray that she makes. What a game changer this product has been and not too expensive in the long run plus it helps me sleep!
This is good. We do often wish you tuber would cook with regular pot and pan. We did figure that out:you are the kitchen gadget queen. I often convert your recipes in fancy ninja instant pot in the Dutch oven. Thank you! Finally!
Oh, Anita, you look fantastic! Bravo and all that weight loss. And thank you for showing different ways to cook things and I read the video below mine that said how people complain of this or that or have a reason not to be able to do carnivore and she was right on and so are you. ❤
What a helpful video! Thank you! It’s especially helpful for my tiny RV kitchen I’m stuck with while we build our house. It’s going to be a while and I’m trying to adapt! I’ve even figured out how to do canning in this little kitchen. Go me! I love pressure canned chicken legs, breasts, and even beef stew meat, brisket and pork loin. I can take advantage of sales and not take up my precious freezer space for my meats. It’s saving so much $$! Yay! 😊 This video is right up my alley. You’re the best!
I have a dehydrator and jerky is so expensive. I've made all sorts of jerky in my dehydrator. chicken, beef and turkey. Not Pork. That worries me a bit, but I love having jerky snacks.

I'm so thankful for your channel. I'm just now getting started on carnivore and need to drop around 75 pounds at 44 years. Probably my favorite meal of all time is steak and eggs. Cooked just like they were from the movie Twister when all the storm chasers gathered around for breakfast.
This is so wonderful!! Thank you for all of the great tips. You’ve given us so many fabulous ideas for variety and simplicity!! I’m adding a few things to my “arsenal”.
The easiest way to cook eggs is to being them to a quick boil ( takes less than 10 minutes) Turn off heat. Cover with lid for 5 minutes for soft boiled, longer for hard boiled. Then drop them in an ice bath. I use my ice packs.
Love my cast iron skillet, I can’t stand the taste of liver anymore I used to crave it. My granddaughter is back in Nursing School a week from now giving me lots of kitchen time I am looking forward to. I will be making Chris’s noodles, bread recipes, mashed potatoes and your wonderful cream cheese muffins and other favorites. ❤
Thank you! That was great! Appreciate all the tips and quick easy meal ideas. After being a foodie and one who enjoyed cooking more elaborate meals, the last thing I want to do is spend lots of time in the kitchen while eating this way. Carnivore Diet is working for me and I like meat, eggs, butter and Redmonds salt.
Thanks Anita! I love your simple recipes! I’m always surprised by how much you eat in a day and still lose weight! I guess I need to address old mindsets. 🤯 I have a Chinese pork hock simmering away for dinner. Maybe I’ll just eat the whole thing!. 😂I haven’t bought an instant pot yet but thinking about it. I’ve always used a cast iron pan. 🌺
I appreciate this video. I’m not opposed to all those gadget tools but I have a very, very small kitchen. No place to store all those cool tools. So thanks!

Hi,77 yo Patricia originally from Chicago. Now in Longmont, CO. Desperately trying to utilize carni/ketovore for minimum 50 pound weight loss and healing of type 2 dm, hypertension, chronic pain. Eliminating carbs cold turkey was effective and a true miracle. Wgt NOT dropping off. Other things improving. My family and I are excellent cooks and had years of eating at top restaurants. NOT finding keto/carnivore DELICIOUS--exactly where is the FLAVOR??? Not giving up though, and watching multiple cooks to find flavorful options. Anyhow, I've found you to be the most delightful, entertaining , and down-to-earth cook and get a kick out of your relatively laid back style, sped up funny audio, interaction with Teddy, and mentions of your children and grandchildren. Will tune in more often!!😊
Hi Patricia, thank you for watching! I'm afraid due to all my sensitivities all I get to use for flavor is meat and salt! But I've learned to make the best of it and I now love the simplicity of it, it honestly never gets old!
Loved the egg drop soup. I'm not entirely carnivore, and added a few dandelion leaves to make a wedding type soup with the last bit of leftover chicken bone broth. I'm not really crazy about mustard generally, but a teaspoon of dijon mustard on the pork chops just when you add them in the oven varies the taste a bit and keeps them moist. And chicken fried in bacon grease is the bomb. I make it all the time, and sometimes bacon wrapped chicken. I think you had that on a previous vid. And that hamburger in a cast iron skillet....If you leave it too long and it gets EXTRA crispy, dump some alfredo sauce and more cheese on it and it is a white pizza with a meat crust. I'm thinking sausage would be good for this. Surprisingly, it keeps just fine in the fridge and heats nicely.
@@KetogenicWoman Love your channel. You have the best "normal" recipes. I was going to make bacon grease mayo and I dropped the jar with the bacon grease. It broke. I was so bummed out. 😢

Very impressed you’ve taken on the keto/carnivore concept for your health as seniors are generally staunch meat and three veg. Thanks for your simple cooking masterclass.
Love that! I hear from a lot of viewers who live in RV's and on boats! This way of eating has changed my life!
I was using oven for flanken ribs
They cook great on stove!
I can’t chew regular ribs
I don’t need oven honestly
Rarely buy roasts but those would work in a crockpot which I use for broth making.
Just a skillet and a firepit would feed me in a pinch for weeks, months prob!
(have to buy broth tho)
I look at Van or Offgrid living a lot…
@@suzannakoizumi8605 Use the air fryer to get any consistency you want. 260 degrees for 9 minutes for runny. 11 minutes for soft. 15 minutes for hard.
Definitely going to try this.
Why not boil? I see there is an alternate way but that doesn’t mean boiling is bad.
@elsahaas7116 agreed...I boil mine, add to cold water and heat up, they peel easily.
Love this, using normal pots and pans. Thank you so much! ❤🎉
Anita Breeze you are back to why I watch your channel. Thank you for Tuesday talks. You are such a motivator.
Wow, thank you!
Cracker Barrel sells Lodge cast-iron. Made in Tennessee. Lots of times they have sales on the items as well. Thanks for your videos, Anita!
Yes . I live in Tennessee.. awesome
Thanks Anita. This is what I like,”Quick and easy!”
Hi Anita.. you really are looking like you're just dropping weight! I'm so happy for you. Thanks for posting this! I, too, enjoy my air fryer but also enjoy basic cast iron and stainless steel pan cooking. I don't think I've ever made a flank steak. I'm gonna try it! I hope I can find a good deal on it 👍🏻
Flank steak is great for when company comes. They all want lean steak, lol! And it always turns out perfect.
Oven could be used instead of a crockpot, or even an Instant pot for the occasional roast or ribs. But a crockpot gives better results and doesn’t use near the electricity or gas.
Of course, affording the roast or ribs is more the actual problem.
I've been carnivore for over 7 months
You took a problem in your hands, solved & succeeded! You are living proof and I hope others will follow. 👏👏
Thank you!
Haven't had canned salmon in a white. Nor have I had boiled eggs in some time. Those with my bacon grease mayo sounds like a treat.
these simple, no fussd carnivore meals are great! thanks!
I don’t have a lot of kitchen gadgets, and I don’t have space for them either. So videos like this are always helpful ☺
So glad it was helpful!
Love the crab patty recipe, I guess any type of canned fish would be fine. 😋
Your photos prove to me that You Walk the Talk. I love your presence and presentation Thank-You
Excellent video! Everything looks wonderful!!! And you look amazing!!!!❤
🤗 Thank you so much!
Anita, thank you for these quick, easy meal ideas! More of these videos please ❤
Anita, thank you so much for sharing the recipes that are simple to make! Everything looks so delicious!
Hey Anita, new subscriber here, love your recipes, my tip for canned fish is that since the bones can be off-putting I remove them and eat them by themselves when I'm plating my sardines or salmon. That way I still get the benefit of eating them but my fish isn't crunchy.
I think that's a great tip! I just mash them in because I don't find them crunchy but people have different texture senses I think!
You are such an inspiration Anita! I LOVE your website and channels, you've given me so much inspiration in my own cooking. Thank you for all so far.
Thank you so much!
Lookin’ Great Anita!! Wonderful video, sometimes simplicity is the best!! I use my cast iron a lot!
It sure is a great tool!
Wonderful!
I only need electrolytes seldom now. LMNT is great, but as you say, it is expensive.
This is good. We do often wish you tuber would cook with regular pot and pan. We did figure that out:you are the kitchen gadget queen. I often convert your recipes in fancy ninja instant pot in the Dutch oven. Thank you! Finally!
I would highly encourage making “butter mayo” - easy to make and life-changing.
I do make it from time to time! It's quite good!
What is it??

Loved this video Anita! I make many of the items you made, and can’t wait until November, so I can have BBBE again.
Wonderful! And thank you! 💗
Oh, Anita, you look fantastic! Bravo and all that weight loss. And thank you for showing different ways to cook things and I read the video below mine that said how people complain of this or that or have a reason not to be able to do carnivore and she was right on and so are you. ❤
Thank you so much!
Anita, touche! Right to the point & proves that Carnivore can be simply tasty! Thank you!
Wow! Sounds like you are making the best of it though!
I have a dehydrator and jerky is so expensive. I've made all sorts of jerky in my dehydrator. chicken, beef and turkey. Not Pork. That worries me a bit, but I love having jerky snacks.
Thanks Anita! I was in a rut eating the same thing but you’ve given me some ideas❤
I'm so glad!
Love this ❤ I just purchased a cast iron skillet and I’m looking for delicious carnivore ideas. This video was very timely for me. I really appreciate your content
All glory to God, my brother!! I am so proud of you, friend. This video😢❤ thank you for your testimony. I cried pretty much through the whole video. I love you both! You are changing lives!
Excellent demonstration of one pan wonders. And now I’m hungry,😂🍗
GREAT showing how much you eat with the 75mg protein the four hardboiled eggs and a whole can of salmon. Putting those on my shopping list!! Thank you!
Thank you for these one pot meals just what I needed I usually only cook with a cast iron pan I don't have a lot of fancy gadgets and I'm always looking for a variety
Thanks. I live in a travel trailer. This gives me some good skilit ideas. Im looking forward to trying the egg drop soup. 🎉😊
In my RV tiny home. 😅 space saving is vital as well as low cost when possible!!!!
I'm so thankful for your channel. I'm just now getting started on carnivore and need to drop around 75 pounds at 44 years. Probably my favorite meal of all time is steak and eggs. Cooked just like they were from the movie Twister when all the storm chasers gathered around for breakfast.
Steak & eggs are one of my favorite meals too!
Fabulous Video Anita, you certainly gave me some new ideas for cooking.
I love the fact that there is very little washing up to do a the end of the meal making.
This is so wonderful!! Thank you for all of the great tips. You’ve given us so many fabulous ideas for variety and simplicity!! I’m adding a few things to my “arsenal”.
Look up poor man’s meals on RUclips there’s some quick easy meals
Awesome video Anita! Great as always! 😁😁😁
Thank you!! 😁
Thank you, Anita, you are amazing!
The easiest way to cook eggs is to being them to a quick boil ( takes less than 10 minutes) Turn off heat. Cover with lid for 5 minutes for soft boiled, longer for hard boiled. Then drop them in an ice bath. I use my ice packs.
Thank you Anita! Another great video. I love my Ninja to much to give it up though 😂 You are looking amazing ❤
I'll never give mine up! 😆
Anita, I love your channel and your videos.
Thank you! 💗
Yes, I got some new ideas. Thank you!
You are so welcome!
Thank you Anita for these amazing recipes ❤️
Wonderful video! I love the ideas, they all look delicious. Thank you!
That's the magic combination right there!
So glad you corrected yourself from saying 'against' the grain to across the grain, I also like to say perpendicular to the grain.
Yes, sometimes I say the opposite of what I mean and confuse everybody!
Your videos are always helpful and encouraging!
We are so proud of you and you're hundred and £45 losing weight is just such a problem but it's doable you're our inspiration
Thank you!
Thanks Anita! I love your simple recipes! I’m always surprised by how much you eat in a day and still lose weight! I guess I need to address old mindsets. 🤯
I have a Chinese pork hock simmering away for dinner. Maybe I’ll just eat the whole thing!. 😂I haven’t bought an instant pot yet but thinking about it. I’ve always used a cast iron pan. 🌺
I have 2 pork hocks in the oven at this very moment! Mine are German though!
are You grrls being racists anout Your pigs?!? HAHAHA couldn't resist 🤪😍
How do You know where they came from?? 🤔😎
LOL, you have a point! @@PinkLady54
Excellant video.
I loved the waiting for the oven dance. 😂😂😂
😅 I can get a little silly ...
New here. Congratulations on your weight loss and journey to a healthier you!
Wonderful, simple recipes. Thank you Anita.
I appreciate this video. I’m not opposed to all those gadget tools but I have a very, very small kitchen. No place to store all those cool tools. So thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Oh Anita, this is excellent teaching ❤. Thank you so much for sharing your vast knowledge. Appreciation grows by leaps and bounds 👏👍💯🥩🔥🌹🎉🙏
You are so welcome
I love scrambled eggs with salmon , I mix salmon and stir in my eggs then add to pan(butter) and scramble! Delicious
Wonderful. Not a carnivore and lost my weight with a high carb, low fat vegan diet but watching you was like dropping over a close friend’s house. I could almost smell the food. Although primarily vegan I do eat meat while in social settings and all your meals look tempting and delicious. Great job, my new friend. Be over for dinner, lol.
Thank you so much, usually vegans drop by to give me hate so I appreciate you! I have 2 vegetarian sons and we have learned to respect each other's decisions so I like that you can see there is more than one path to health! 💗
Your are just wonderful and warm... wish you lived nearby....I see you have many other videos for me to check out....God Bless and wish you happiness and health
Great ideas thanks. You can get silicone slip on handles for the cast iron pans. 🙂
Right! Small iron skillet, small nonstick skillet, and crockpot are my main
Thank you for more great ideas!
@@KetogenicWoman Love your channel. You have the best "normal" recipes.
I was going to make bacon grease mayo and I dropped the jar with the bacon grease. It broke. I was so bummed out.
😢
I agree about LMNT stops leg cramps
