avoidance is #1? expousre is #1, gradually slowly in very small moderation this is the hormetic principal to overcome things and also allergies.

I’m having allergies right now when only tree pollen is out but every time I go for testing they want to test me for just the top foods and grass/ragweed- how can I get tested for all trees to figure out what trees I’m allergic to.
