  • Candida Symptoms & 3 Steps to Treat Candida: bit.ly/2RV4XxQ
In today’s video, I’m going to share the exact diet, treatment, and supplements you need to help clear candida from your body. Candida is the overgrowth of bad bacteria in your body and includes symptoms like fatigue, leaky gut, yeast infections, cold & flu, digestive issues, bad breath, or a sluggish metabolism.
    6 Steps to Treat Candida:
    1. Stop consuming so much sugar (especially processed sugar)
    2. Eliminate grains from your diet
    3. Support your spleen
    4. Support your liver
    5. Support your intestines
    6. Take a probiotic supplement
Bonus: I’d recommend an anti-fungal like an oil of oregano or grapeseed extract for a maximum 10-14 day period and stay away from cold foods. If you follow these 6 steps, you should see great results in eliminating candida from your body.

it's been 3 month have you been cured from Candida yet? For me I had it for 3 and been using anti fungal cream doctor prescribed to me for 2 months. After 2 months of that I stopped on my own as I was getting rashes on my hands and feet. Then sadly, skin on my penis thinned out. Now I can't have sex or jack off again. So now I just want to get shot in the head or have a huge heart attack. They say a few people heal, but even then it takes at least 3 MONTHS to regain thickness and firmness of the penis again. I can't believe a licensed doctor didn't take me off STRONG STEROID CREAMS after 14 days like they are legally supposed to. I had no idea I was taking drugs and no idea I was supposed to be off them after 14 days. I just want to have a heart attack and die, this is definitely not the life someone should live, especially when they got over 60 years left to live!

Great video Josh. You mentioned the 'best kept secret' is to treat the spleen, in my clinical experience I'd say it's "identifying and treating the stressors" in your life. Stress undermines adrenal and thyroid function, and once cortisol and TSH become compromised your immune system goes south - increasing the likelihood of immune acute responses, allergies, auto-immune issues and eventually cancer. Most chronic candida cases that are unresponsive will have adrenal fatigue underpinning them, I've found this after treating Candida in the clinic for nearly three decades. I think you docs that focus on TCM tend to call it "kidney weakness". Second point is you may like to mention- if the candida patient can't stop alcohol (the WORST carb with Candida) until they recover (not even one drink a week) they may as well stay with their medical doctor and remain on drugs for symptomatic relief.

@@Feliciaa1992 I’m sorry your going through such a rough time. One thing I found that fixed my problem is to consider Iron supplement. I was anemic and my low blood cell production coincided with the fungal growth. Flucanozole will only make it go away temporarily. To fix the underlying problem maybe consider all the diet and nutrition options that you can. Best of luck!

It's not completely gone and I think that how I contracted leaky gut but thanks to you and your products, I am getting better. I have been gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free for over 30 years. for the last year I have been grain-free. I have been eating clean for over 4 years so I am eating the food you mentioned in the video. I will increase the foods for the spleen, liver and intestines and switch to your brand of probiotics. Thanks and blessings to you.

I've had other unprocessed honeys but the manuka I got made my throat a little tight & mouth itchy! So use caution if you have a bee allergy.

Everyone try to go to a steamroom/sauna for 2 hours. Just go out when
you feel a bit too uncomfortable then go back in. Keep sweating. I go in
and out about 10 times and rinse in the shower everytime i take a
break. Then when i get home I do a water enema(I believe this is key to
    do after).
Somehow this has helped me feel so much better. I have more energy,
better skin, and I feel happier. Maybe I had heavy metal toxicity.
I've tried so many things and this seemed to really help me and i dont
know exactly how it helped. Try it.

Very good information Dr. Axe! I am going to start the protocol next week. I will be taking a picture of the before and after since I have a problem with bloating constantly. Right after my pregnancy I developed seasonal and food allergies, bloating, depression, and acne; I know this is going to repair my system. In addition I had hepatitis when I was a child, so I need to repair my liver.
You said that anti fugal and supplements to be used only for 10 to 14 days. What do you think about adding to this protocol black walnut, clove, and wormwood for the first 14 days? will it be too strong for the body?

I have been dealing with digestive issues for years, I have a white coating on my tongue, small little bumps on my skin in some places, and a rosacea looking rash on my cheeks. I just don’t know what to eat if I cut out more foods than I already have like gluten, dairy, onion, garlic. I have only drank water with the exception of some protein shakes for years now. I am a pickier eater by nature and would not choose those sour and bitter foods, like sauerkraut. I do eat cinnamon though.
