I have debilitating migraines all the time and my doctor keeps giving me pills that don't work, I'm tired of it. I saw a video from the honeystead RUclips channel that was about how she uses feverfew for her headaches. Coincidentally, I had it growing in my yard and now one homemade capsule a day and no headaches for almost a year now.

@@femiidowu-read9620 " _educating_ " people improperly can harm them. One's intent ( " _trying_ " ) is neither important in this instance, nor sufficient for the purpose of their aim. Alfalfa is in the ragweed family. People who are not " _educated_ " about this fact can end up in the hospital because of this video.
HOWEVER, caveat emptor being the rule of the moment here, you are still taking 50% of something that has a higher likelihood of CAUSING an allergic reaction than preventing one, and 50% of something that would probably show some measurable evidence of helpfulness . . . possibly canceling each other out, wasting everyone's time, effort, and money. But you're right . . . let's focus on _feelings_ and " _trying to help_ " . That's WAY more important.
FTR, I'm retired now. Military to government service, to community service to retirement.
I don't owe anybody an explanation for my life's work. And if I applied your logic, then it is ME that is truly " _trying to help educate people_ " so that they do not waste resources or come to harm.

Well your probably not going to believe this but I am living proof. I got allergies at age 11 and when I was 37 it turned into asthma. I had 2 different inhalers and would have to go to the doctor about every 4 months for steroid and antibiotic treatment because I couldn't control the symptoms. I finally came to the conclusion I was going to die from this if I couldn't find another solution. So I found some info on peroxide and breathing problems like pneumonia. So I put collodial silver and peroxide in my nebulizer. 2 parts silver 1 part peroxide and after 3 treatments the wheezing started to clear. I couldn't believe finally something was actually helping clear my lungs. About a month past and my breathing was good enough I was only using my rescue inhaler if I had to walk alot and the other one not at all. So by 2 months no inhalers or doctor visits ever again. But my sinuses were still congestion and I decided to get a nasal sprayer fill it with the 2 parts collodial silver 1 part peroxide. I knew that it probably would burn but I wanted to be a normal person again. I sparyed it in one nostril and yes it did burn for about 10 seconds but stopped. I could feel it bubbling for about 5 seconds and instantly felt releaf. So in 3 days of using this spary my sinuses were completely clear I had not felt this good since before I got allergies at 11. But I was sure as soon as allergy season came back and the pine pollen I want be sneezing just like normal for me again.. But no everything has changed. My allergies would start in March and it's the middle of May. Nothing, no watery eyes sneezing, feeling feverish nothing. I can sleep all night and breath through my nose and no sneezing in the morning. It's truly a miracle from GOD I have found this. Maybe it could help others

After using it a few short years she no longer suffers from seasonal allergies at all and doesn't need to take the nettle anymore. Asthma is a life threatening condition. It's advisable to only try herbal remedies while having the medicine on hand. A friend of mine has an asthmatic son who has found a lot of relief from mullein tea, because it is mucillagenous (coats the esophagus linings) and calms the respiratory system. It doesn't interfere with Albuterol inhalers, so you don't have to worry about interaction there.

Earlier this month, our allergist has moved and we got a new doctor who informed us that singulair is considered a "black box" drug. I had to look up that term... it can cause depression, stress, and anxiety in teenagers... My out going, fun loving daughter has been struggling with all of those! I am so frustrated! I immediately purchased the capsule-it and the herbs. When she returns from Youth Camp tomorrow, she's starting herbal allergy capsules!😊. God Bless you from NE Florida!

I use grapefruit seed extract, cinnamon, mct oil( from coconuts), garlic, olive leaf extract, oil of oregano, caprylic acid(from coconuts) chlorophyll. I also take psyllium husk at night to help bind up the dying organisms poisons they release so that stuff doesn't recirculate making me feel crappy. Good. Luck! Molds and fungi love sugar....so be strict about abstaining from that! Remember...it akes time to kill all the pocket colonies they form I side you. Taking a good probiotic like Dr.O'Hiras has proven to help beak down the capsules fungi make to enclose their little colonies making them accessible to the herbs getting I'm and killing them!
