As for the IU diet I agree that don’t do this everyday, it’s clearly just less food and that can be very harmful for your body because it’s basically starving yourself. Maybe trying this for 2 days can be great then switching into a workout routine to loose weight can help?
This kind of diet has to be the craziest! I’m sorry but at 5’0, I actually wanted to weight 120lbs. Ofc, I am aiming for muscles weight more so than fat weight. Please try to educate yourself and live a more sustainable and healthier life. I hope this RUclipsr change the way she eats because we only have one life.
Just a tip for anyone who doesn’t want to just eat the sweet potato plain, I personally seasoned them with Cajun seasoning (you can use any seasoning you want) and made sweet potato fries, I sprayed a light amount of Pam spray (or if where every you live doesn’t have Pam spray just use a light amount of veggie oil not a lot!) and after that I baked them for about 14-12 minutes but if you want them crispier you can bake them for longer, for me it has the same effect for losing 3kg, hope this helps:)!!

if you want to lose weight DONT do this, please. yes, you will lose weight but you're basically starving yourself so your body will go into survival mode and stock as much fat as possible and you'll gain more weight than you lost. trust me, i did the same thing and only gain weight. don't starve yourself, eat when you're hungry. you deserve it, i promise

What the comment said is correct, the metabolism starts being more and more slow because it realizes you don't eat enough. The moment you eat something, even if it's healthy it's going to be stored as fats because the body reacts by "saving" it for later knowing that you are not going to eat in a long time. You can do your own research about it, but I recommend not using this method to lose weight
the height where 56 kg is overweight is only if you're 147 cm tall (according to BMI). that's the height of a child! so for anyone seeing this, 56 kg is an absolutely normal weight to be! if you're above 147 cm and you weigh 56 kg you're definitely NOT considered "fat"
i really do agree with not doing this diet every day instead i recommend figuring out your body type and make a meal plan according to that and a few tips that really helped me were: 1. Drink a glass of water before every meal it reduces the chances of you overeating :) (if you're Muslim you already might know this tip as its sunnah :) ) 2. that you should try having a bigger breakfast, you can skip lunch if you don't feel hungry 3. avoid from little unhealthy snacks here and there it has a HUGE impact, 4.for dinner something light is better suited. (im not saying to not eat i say that eat something like vegetables as their light and healthy) 5.try eating 3 hours before bed so your body doesn't store that food as extra fat :) 6. eat till you feel as if your stomach is 80% full :) goodluck ^^

I’ve done this a couple of times (even right now since i have to look in 3 weeks lol) + exercising for like 7 hrs a day, I would lose 7 kg/week. let me just say that my back really hurts if I lose weight rapidly and I have a hard time sleeping from the emptiness inside me. It’s better to eat small portions and not junk food, but definitely do not do this diet for long term. for reference, my height is 159cm and usual weight is 47kg

I've lost 17 kg so far during a duration of 8 months (yayy🎉), and I need to lose 5 more to hit my goal weight (63kg and I'm 173cm)!😄 But I've plateaued at 68kg for almost 3 months now, and I need to do something to "shock" my body.
Something I 100% recommend is walking a lot. I lost 20kg in a month from walking 4-6 hours a day. Now I am at 8 months and have lost 80kg! (I was really busy with travelling so I unfortunately didn't get as many steps in)

I tried it for a week and I lost 5kg but I added some more things cause I had to go ti school with my buddy Mr. Sun so I can't just faint that's why I ate half apple and a single chapati in morning around 7:50am then at 3:30 pm when I reach home I ate boiled simple potato with a boiled egg without salt... Then at dinner I drank cold coffee with less sugar and more. Coffee powder so that I can stay awake to study till 12 then before going to sleep I ate ice... Yeah u read it right ICE... 😂❄️ Then again the same but it helped.... With this I also got up at 5:40 then do some exercise and then walk 1 km to school in morning and another one in evening so yea... 😅
i’m no nutrition expert or anything but just take note if you want to do this diet, you are losing the wrong fat to get energy for your daily life. + Muscles (exercising) is the main reason why you lose weight ( healthily too!). each time you replace 1 pound of fats for 1 pound of muscle, your looks will slim down despite the scale weight!
My diet! (WARNING: I was a past trainee but wound up leaving due to health issues) Breakfast: Greek yogurt with granola and berries w/ milk (if you can't drink milk almond, soy, and others will work) Lunch: A salad w/ chicken, salmon, tuna, just a lot of protein Break! WORKOUT: Run in place for 2 minutes Hold a plank 3 time each in 30 second increments Stretch up while slightly sucking in your stomach (NOT A FULL STOMACH VACUUM) Dinner: Steak, fish, chicken, just protien along with vegtables (your choice) and digestive vitamins (optional) Good luck and remember, diets are good as long as they are bakanced, diets like IU are not healthy and don't give your body the nutrient it needs. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! If anything, I gained MORE weight when I tried to not eat. So, stay healthy!
its really depending on your height and also muscles. muscles weight the same as fat but they look slimmer so if you exercise and gain muscles you'd first loose weight but then muscles grow and your weight stays the same as before. because they weight the same but look slimmer. also im 1,68 and i weight 57kg and i look pretty slim and thats because i exercise and i get muscles. btw don't starve yourself, exercising is way better for your body health. ofc it takes some effort to feel good and see results but its worth it in the end. this is too long oop-
tip when eating the protein shake recommend eating kimchi or radishes it's taste kinda good together. what i used for the shake was chocolate protein powder, banana, milk/almond, maybe if you'd like strawberries.

Its always better off to exercise to get rid of weight, most short term diets help lose weight at the time but as soon as you stop the diet, it won't stay the same.

so a reminder, those types of diet olny work for a week . You can use it for exemple if you're doing a cosplay but you have to look more thin before going to a convention or anything idk it is fine but if you do the diet every day for more than a month you will see negative results but it depends on metabolism. Some of us won't take any kg but some of us insted of loosing you take more and more because your body is getting weak and put the survival mode because you didn't eat enough. No hate on the video !! I'm 12 years old I exercise to lose weight but I haven't tried doing a diet yet I only do a balanced diet but I keep binging so I made me gain more weight. when i was in 8th grade at 13y/o, i had very bad self-esteem as i weighed 72kg (for more context, i was at 163cm by that time) at the start of the s.y., nobody bullied me but everyone around me were pretty and their weights were significantly lower than mine. i started this diet mid s.y., around december or january and went on it for an entire month until i was hospitalized before my examinations ;-; however, i weighed 56kg. i suggest that you don't do it consecutively, it is very important to eat healthy especially if you're a very busy person attending school or working, and many more. don't do it for so long either as it will definitely take a toll on your health, it isn't worth it to get very sick, you may choose other options that are healthier.
The best thing is to calculate your weight when you wake up, and also go to the bathroom, and when you calculate your weight, do not hold the phone because it will increase weight.❤❤❤❤❤ And don't eat anything
ik its your choice to do this but i recommend you to not try this as it is very unhealthy and you would honestly gain back the weight you lost once you start eating normal food, this diet will completely wreck your metabolism and this is not healthy at all and will lead to issues like headache, passing out, being weak,etc.

I mean this is literally a Fasting Mimicking Diet. You know I realized so many of these super low calorie diets arent harmful when you only do for a few days. These get a bad rep, but when you call it FMG or water fasting its scientific and healthy. Honestly i find this better because now you dont have to put too much thought into what to eat. You same time, money, and mental energy, and its easier to be consistent with a strict routine like this

50kg is not Fat at all. A lot of people don't know but 13-15 year olds are normally around 40-50 the only time you should be worried is if you are extremely overweight at a young age for example 8-9-10 the only reason you should be worried is because this can cause medical problems such as diabetes.

My daily food intake is: Breakfast: one egg Lunch #1: spaghetti or noodles Lunch #2: idk it just varies Dinner: also varies Btw the lunch #1 is my lunch i eat at school 😅 But i will try this duet, jusy some alternatives since i dont any of these

NO don't do it. This diet isn't even good for you; its literally just restricting so much food and you're not losing ANY fat. You're only losing muscle mass because your body is in starvation mode because it doesn't have enough nutrients/food inside. DONT DO THIS.
What you lost was water weight and the weight of the food already in your body from not eating enough, 3 days will not cause significant weight loss. Do not try this, starving yourself sucks.

I’ve done this a couple of times (even right now since i have to look in 3 weeks lol) + exercising for like 7 hrs a day, I would lose 7 kg/week. let me just say that my back really hurts if I lose weight rapidly and I have a hard time sleeping from the emptiness inside me. It’s better to eat small portions and not junk food, but definitely do not do this diet for long term.

I've lost 17 kg so far during a duration of 8 months (yayy🎉), and I need to lose 5 more to hit my goal weight (63kg and I'm 173cm)!😄 But I've plateaued at 68kg for almost 3 months now, and I need to do something to "shock" my body.
Something I 100% recommend is walking a lot. I lost 20kg in a month from walking 4-6 hours a day. Now I am at 8 months and have lost 80kg! (I was really busy with travelling so I unfortunately didn't get as many steps in)

I tried it for a week and I lost 5kg but I added some more things cause I had to go ti school with my buddy Mr. Sun so I can't just faint that's why I ate half apple and a single chapati in morning around 7:50am then at 3:30 pm when I reach home I ate boiled simple potato with a boiled egg without salt... Then at dinner I drank cold coffee with less sugar and more. Coffee powder so that I can stay awake to study till 12 then before going to sleep I ate ice... Yeah u read it right ICE... 😂❄️ Then again the same but it helped....
With this I also got up at 5:40 then do some exercise and then walk 1 km to school in morning and another one in evening so yea... 😅

i’m no nutrition expert or anything but just take note if you want to do this diet, you are losing the wrong fat to get energy for your daily life. + Muscles (exercising) is the main reason why you lose weight ( healthily too!). each time you replace 1 pound of fats for 1 pound of muscle, your looks will slim down despite the scale weight!
My diet!
(WARNING: I was a past trainee but wound up leaving due to health issues)
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with granola and berries w/ milk (if you can't drink milk almond, soy, and others will work)
Lunch: A salad w/ chicken, salmon, tuna, just a lot of protein
Break! WORKOUT:
Run in place for 2 minutes
Hold a plank 3 time each in 30 second increments
Stretch up while slightly sucking in your stomach (NOT A FULL STOMACH VACUUM)
Dinner: Steak, fish, chicken, just protien along with vegtables (your choice) and digestive vitamins (optional)
Good luck and remember, diets are good as long as they are bakanced, diets like IU are not healthy and don't give your body the nutrient it needs. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! If anything, I gained MORE weight when I tried to not eat. So, stay healthy!

its really depending on your height and also muscles. muscles weight the same as fat but they look slimmer so if you exercise and gain muscles you'd first loose weight but then muscles grow and your weight stays the same as before. because they weight the same but look slimmer. also im 1,68 and i weight 57kg and i look pretty slim and thats because i exercise and i get muscles. btw don't starve yourself, exercising is way better for your body health. ofc it takes some effort to feel good and see results but its worth it in the end. this is too long oop-
tip when eating the protein shake recommend eating kimchi or radishes it's taste kinda good together. what i used for the shake was chocolate protein powder, banana, milk/almond, maybe if you'd like strawberries.

so a reminder, those types of diet olny work for a week . You can use it for exemple if you're doing a cosplay but you have to look more thin before going to a convention or anything idk it is fine but if you do the diet every day for more than a month you will see negative results but it depends on metabolism. Some of us won't take any kg but some of us insted of loosing you take more and more because your body is getting weak and put the survival mode because you didn't eat enough. No hate on the video !! I'm 12 years old I exercise to lose weight but I haven't tried doing a diet yet I only do a balanced diet but I keep binging so I made me gain more weight. if you're 5'4 you will still be considered a healthy weight even if you're 63.5 kg (according to the BMI chart) so you have nothing to sweat

when i was in 8th grade at 13y/o, i had very bad self-esteem as i weighed 72kg (for more context, i was at 163cm by that time) at the start of the s.y., nobody bullied me but everyone around me were pretty and their weights were significantly lower than mine. i started this diet mid s.y., around december or january and went on it for an entire month until i was hospitalized before my examinations ;-; however, i weighed 56kg.
i suggest that you don't do it consecutively, it is very important to eat healthy especially if you're a very busy person attending school or working, and many more. don't do it for so long either as it will definitely take a toll on your health, it isn't worth it to get very sick, you may choose other options that are healthier.

I mean this is literally a Fasting Mimicking Diet. You know I realized so many of these super low calorie diets arent harmful when you only do for a few days. These get a bad rep, but when you call it FMG or water fasting its scientific and healthy. Honestly i find this better because now you dont have to put too much thought into what to eat. You same time, money, and mental energy, and its easier to be consistent with a strict routine like this

They're just jerks, don't starve yourself but try to lose weight (in a healthy way) since it can be dangerous for your health if you don't. Try eating 3 meals a day, drink a cup of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you're hungry in between those meals, eat unsalted almonds, they keep you full and they make your hair and skin look healthy

50kg is not Fat at all. A lot of people don't know but 13-15 year olds are normally around 40-50 the only time you should be worried is if you are extremely overweight at a young age for example 8-9-10 the only reason you should be worried is because this can cause medical problems such as diabetes.

Breakfast: one egg
Lunch #1: spaghetti or noodles
Lunch #2: idk it just varies
Dinner: also varies
Btw the lunch #1 is my lunch i eat at school 😅
