4k Dog Training with a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Decided to do a small dog training session with my friends dog Charlie. She is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever Duck Hunting Dog. Very smart and very well behaved! She was a bit rusty here due to the excessive heat and not training her for a few weeks and me being out of my element, not use to doing a video on fast moving subjects but we will learn! It was fun and really cool getting to watch her train with her owner Ryan. We will do more of these videos depending on how well everyone likes them, we plan on getting some new equipment soon to test out in the field as well...a neat decoy launcher!!

Sorry for the ads everyone, youtube now forces ads on any video...even those of us who do not qualify for monetization!

It's ok buddy I look at the numbers and skip adds if I know the creator didn't get a cut even if it's tiny it's respect
We work hard to get there placing adds anyway isn't fair to the creator
And it should be our choice
I know some channels who never wanted adds
These channels should be able to opt out of adds if they don't want adds

I just wanna get to 1000 now and control things myself, Im not against it unless someone sticks tons of them in a video. That's so kool Walt, she's a real nice dog, your friend is blessed. I'd never seen this one before though obviously you uploaded it long ago. It popped up on my "recommended" under another video that I watched. No ads for me but then I pay for the YT premium. 💯❤👍

Freakin ads piss me off I cant even tell ya how many of my videos have them now! A few friends who have premium said they dont see em, maybe they are trying to push for people to buy that and why they are doing this...all a theory. Others have said they may do away with ad revenue for people completely as well, I'd lie if I didnt say Im not disgusted anymore. I feel its bullcrap they are pocketing off my hard work....free service or not.
Ok rant over lol, thank you...Ryan trained charlie so so well and shes such a sweet loving gentle dog! This video was weird, it went from no views to tons..strange! This was just a random decision video, the heat was getting to us all that day too lol. Not my best but its weird it did so well!!! Thank you for commenting, and yes this was a few years back

@@WaltRevenJr yeah, the amount of views is awesome. I would love 10% of that number. I really wonder about the platform, if they cut ad revenue completely from creators, it would probably mean an end to the platform.

Beautiful dog man! Well trained. I’ve been wanting to get a chessie for hunting. How do y’all keep Charlie for example, in a pin outside or in the house? I don’t have a yard so i would have to keep it indoors, and was wondering what effect doing so would have on my dogs training.

My buddy keeps Charlie inside, has had no negative effects at all on her training in all honesty man. They are well behaved and more driven I feel compared to a Lab, my dog is a labrador and she is just crazzzzzy and stubborn compared to charlie. Chessie's just seem more focused and better for hunting, thank you for the kind words and for watching. I have a few videos up of charlie training in my pet playlist if interested. Im a chessie owner and the first year raising him was hell. People would describe my 2 year old waterfowling chessie as a great dog now but he was an absolute monster growing up. High energy, aggression, stubborn. You HAVE to dominate this breed. And some arent as bad as others, just luck of the dice. Go through a good (expensive) breeder if you do it. Dont cheap on your companion youre gonna be stuck with for 15 years if hes an asshole
