HEY I HAVE BEEN ON YOUR BUTT FOR NOT DOING STUFF THAT I THINK MY WAY IS BETTER , BUT YOU HAVE REALLY MADE ME RETHINK , YOU DOING GREAT !!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRAINING DOGS FOR 40 PLUS YEARS , POINTING DOGS AND RETRIEVERS , AND ALL DOGS obedience AND GUN DOGS ... LOVE WHAT YOUR DOING ....
That is a nice-looking pup. I would be interested in a litter mate or a pup from the same breeding. Is she from one of your litters or who is the breeder? Thanks!
Clover is my dog Memphis' puppy but she won't be having anymore litters. Shoot us a message on our website: loneduckoutfitters.com and we can chat about options. Thanks for checking in with us!
@@loneduckoutfitters @loneduckoutfitters I will email you at some point. We had acquired a pup 12 years ago, off of Craig's List (upstate NY, not too far from you). It was an unwanted pup. We don't give a rip about papers, bloodlines, or field trials or hunt tests. Nevertheless - the owner's said they were going to mail us the AKC or UKC paperwork, but never did. At some point we called them or emailed them for it, but never got it. We had their old vet records, called that office and I spoke to some old bag lady, with another old bag lady in the background, laughing at me. I simply explained the situation, that I had vet records for my pup, but I did not know where the previous owner got the pup from and was interested in knowing. This was sometime later; the pup was no longer a pup. The very reason we wanted to know was because this turned out to be a very outstanding dog. The pup in this video, looks a lot like our dog. Not all labs look a lot like and there are differences between family lines, with relatively fewer looking like ours. We still have him, but last year will be his last hunting season. We already got a new pup (and a new setter pup). But, if we were to find another with the same or similar bloodlines, we have the room, time, and resources. I will touch base with you at some point, however, it does not sound like you have any related dogs based on your reply. If that inference is incorrect, let me know.
How do you keep the dog right on your knee? I have a 6 month old who is doing pretty good staying in the general area, but he likes to pull ahead a foot or so, and I feel like I"m constantly popping him to bring him back.
thank you for looking into this and for the support. we're adjusting our store to include a ton of new gear and we're almostttttt finished with it. thank you for being patient!
I love that you walked back to her instead of releasing her to run to you. Good stuff!
Great segment!
awesome video! thanks for the tips. Had an issue with my female at a hunt tet last weekend. This will help tremendously!
