    15 days back i started with 97kg, dieting exercise jogging everything doing regularly since 15 days, right now i am 91kg, 6 kg loss in 15 days is really a motivation thing for me, i also cried when yesterday 1 of favourite Shirt fitted me well which i use to wear 2 years back, still long way to go, my target is 65 in total 6 Months, wish me luck...
    1st Edit, Current Weight is 83, in total 1.5 Months 14Kg Weight Loss Done. Lot more to go.
    2nd Edit Current Weight is 75, in total 7 Months with inconsistent Dieting and workout coz of my work schedule, lost 22 kgs, so far so good.😊

    Lost 2kg in 15 day (1May-15May)
    I've been overweight as long as 1 remember and it's hard for me to stay consistent but since a couple of days I have been trying to stay consistent.... Please wish me luck I have to reduce 20kg.... I'm really depressed because of my weight..... !

    I have lost 8 kg in just 10 days by doing exercise twice a day and following proper diet and 3-4 litre of water and coffee with lemon empty stomach.and sometimes jeera water....this will help you try it

      So start your day with black coffee with lemon then do workout after that take jeera water or green tea whatever suits you as greentea doesn't suit me on empty stomach.
      After that take soaked dry fruits with brown bread and milk this is morning breakfast
      Then after that take a glass of warm water.
      In between if you feel hungry take one fruit before lunch.
      So in lunch only 1 chapati with full salad and dal .around 4 take light snack like black chickpea.after that do some workout again .after workout take one cucumber .do your dinner before 8 if possible again 1 chapati and curry poha light food oats .before going to bed take 2 glass of warm water .after one week you will be shocked to see the results if you don't want to do exercise in evening you can also do dance.

      Lost 8 kg in 10 days is not healthy weight loose,from this you can lose muscles,this is not healthy,instead of this try to lose 1 kg or 1.5 kg in one week ,you are doing good routine but we have different body types , may be this routine will not work on other bodies... For weight loss do workout whatever you like ( swimming, cycling,cardio , strength training, use any fitness app , skipping, running, jogging, Play games ) there are multiple workout, do changes in your workout...drink water 2-3 ltr in a day ( i think warm water is good for digestion) ...take protein in your every meal like egg, chicken, fish, soya chunks, milk, paneer, Dal, ghee , curd , whey protein and other proteins product ( eat whatever will fits on your budget)...add whatever fruit in day And don't eat packaged or junk food ( make your cheat meal day but don't eat very oily or unhealthy)... carbohydrates and healthy fat good for energy ( healthy fat like yellow part of egg) ....eat what you want but cut calories and add some protein in every meal and do workout evert day for 30 min or 1 hour .... and believe in yourself and don't get stressed that weight is not loosing...only do work for yourself and make your life healthy...best of luck for your weight lose journey

    This made me weep. I've seen many videos but this made me cry. Specially when she told about bodyshaming as a kid. As a kid you won't know what is happening, you'll laugh at others calling you moti, elephant etc. But it starts hitting you after a while. It stays. It's a scar.

    I am 17 year teenage girl with height 152 and weight 62 kg
    My family particularly mother sister father and best friend only comment on my weight because i let them say it
    People around me dont dare to comment on my weight because i am scary, my anger issues and my other achievement ,my not giving f attitude makes them shut their mouth so i was never bullied too much because i don't allow people to affect me .
    Other relatives teachers they do say to lose weight and i am ok with it .
    I do want to lose weight but i am preparing for an exam now i am already too stressed about it
    I don't wanna take any new changes and priorities now
    But my family doesn't understand this , though it hurt but i live with it and i know i will lose weight surely soon enough
    I am pretty beautiful just because of my weight my personalities overshadows so i want to lose weight also i dont want to have any issue with my health and i love traveling but to travel a lot i need to be fit and fine
    I love to do risk things and hard things but for that first i need to be a little bit more fit
    I fit into xl /xxl now
    I just want to go to m/l
    I don't want to be zero figure or skinny
    I just want to be fit not overweight

      I can relate to you very much and I am proud of you for being strong. I was bullied a lot by my family and relatives. I used to feel so sh$ty of myself lost my childhood and most of my teenage years..cuz they made me feel so insecure. I'm 19 rn when I look back to those days I realise that I was just so beautiful maybe a little fat..but I was so pretty. Let them say whatever they want as long as you are healthy, nothing matters.

      Ma'am because you lost so much in between other than weight you deprived your body of essential nutrient as much as I understanding , use aliv seed with coconut or make laddoos out of it like aliv plus coconut nd sugar it will regain the lost hairs

    I was alwz fit and slim girl with 47-55 kg but during pregnancy and pre pregnancy treatment my weight reach at 81 kg but when i was 9 month pregnant my weight reach 90 kg bcz that time i'm diagnosed with preclampsia but after 15 day of delivery my weight 75 kg now 1.5 month passed I'm starting exercises again tomorrow 1 August 2022 current weight 75kg i gonna update everyone

In morning 8 am i start doing exercise cardio and jogging for 30-40 minutes then i have my breakfast with eggs, appel sometime oats almost 150 calorie then in lunch 100 gram rice with any type of curry minimum 200 calorie in evening any kind of salad totally avoid sugar sometimes i eat ice cream don't forget your green tea that's it set one cheat day in a week in evening i did exercise like 30-40 minutes again totally 1 hour 20 minutes a day remember taking dinner light or before 7 pm it give earlier result for me

      Take suggestions from doctor or a certified fitness coach. Without any guidance it's kinda risky to follow any exercise..

    My grandpa was from the army.. hamare ghar me kahane se zyada running, exercises and fitness pe discussions hothe the.. especially wrestling or kushti and i use to hate it..!!
    As if that was not enough, i was 11 he threw me into kick boxing coz he couldn't find any good wrestling academies in Bangalore 😀
    At 27 i cannot thank him enough.. his son gave me life, he thought me how to live that life..
    RIP old man.. Miss him so much..
