    Sprained my ankle after a soccer game. Applied this with an ankle sleeve on top. My mobility returned in matter of few days. Thanks!

    Brilliant - sprained my ankle Sunday afternoon, watched this video Monday morning and strapped as per instructions, added a compression sock for good measure - Tuesday morning swelling much less and feeling much better. Thank-you :-)

    WOW...success!!!!! I wiped out on a trail race, had swelling, all the other tutorials had someone else doing the taping, and was a different method than you are using, not only did you apply it yourself, but (personally) it was in the precise location for both support, recovery, and pain relief!!!!!!!

    thanks very much for this, I sprained my ankle 3 months ago, and can now do quite a lot with it, need a bit of support for some activity's, I am hoping this technique will help me

    I have just taped my ankle using this method. I am returning to basketball tonight after I rolled my ankle a month ago. Here's hoping it does the trick

    If I still can't walk on it should I be taping it? Or is this only if you intend to bearing weight on it in early stages or rehab?

      Please consult with a doctor and a physio therapist. Taping should be done for rehab or even as a preventative measure. If you can not walk on your ankle, it may be indication of some ligament damage or more. Please see your health practitioner as soon as possible!
