I like the shield and hammer follow up, It is pretty unique to FFMA and seems efficient. Something to add to your bag of knowledge.

These drills apply really well to muay thai and mma. Thanks for explaining the offensive point you made, and the flow.

Parrying punches might work but elbowing a fist seems to be hard .

Adville747 it’s not that hard. I’ve done it hard sparring. I’m not a fan of constantly parrying because your opponent will time your reactions. But as you begin to study your opponent you’ll be able to know when you can pull it off.
This works best when your opponent tends to hang their punches and not pull back his punches.

it will work against ur average joe. u should probably run if u end up fighting conor McGregor tho😂

@@jojotwice8918 in ring yes, they have a rules mark will run away probably, but when outside real situation, anything goes 🤧 so conor probably run away if he saw someone using a knife 🥹

Very poor footwork and you're distance is all wrong you need to get closer. Don't forget you're triangle footwork, to be effective use more elbow more forearms

Distance was the first thing I noticed, as well. From where the attacker is standing, nothing would land anyway.

These moves are good against martial artists but not boxers. BOxers launch punches very quickly

So martial arts fighters launch punches slowly?

Maybe some people might need to put in a few more years of study. Theres some loose ends here.
