Dude you are my go to guy currently, no filler no time wasted, well thought out topics that are not repeats of previous topics. Keep it up.
Ayy we tryin! thanks my g!
You're killing it with the consistency and quality of your videos 🔥
Happy to help always ! thanks!:D
I had a reception that was too dark for my FX3 at 800 ISO and 12800 was slightly too bright. I didn't want to use FlexISO so I ended up using 12800 anyways and brought my exposure down with my variable ND filter. I had to tweak the white balance but I was happy with the result.
Dude, your videos are fantastic! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks !!
Shout out Toronto! Great post consistency, Kofi. You’ll be at the 100 club in no time.
Hope so! I’m just going to try n earn my stripes
Love the lights in the gym! Especially the contrast between red and blue and the warmth in the shadows. Something really soothing about how it looks to the eye!
Thanks man 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Seriously you have hands down the best content for videographers right now. Keep it up! Most of the top youtubers in this nische keep rolling out the same things so it's quite boring to follow. I'm always like "damn I wonder what I'll learn now" when I see you drop a new video!
fck man, Love that, thanks so much! I'm hoping I can drop valuble knowledge for peope on here !
Great content as always man! It's great to see original tips that aren't just borrowed from other creators. Keep up the awesome work!! 🔥🔥🔥

Great show ... good info. Cheers

Excellent video! Loved the 'Complementary Colour Lighting' tip
Yeh man! Learned that from shooting at neon studios
Dope. Finally a video where someone talks even a little bit about setting white balance in low light, multi colored situations. It would be dope if you would do a whole video on this subject.
I’m working on it 🙌🏾
@@KofiYeboah BET!!! Can’t wait!
💯 you are growing so much! Keep it going brother you always inspire me
I appreciate it thanks !

Great one, really helps a lot, I will be having you on my mind in the next low light gig this week :D Question: Do you have any kind of filter on your lens like black mist or similar? Or is it the edit? Looks great
I usually use glimmer glass, this shoot I just used the moment anamorphic adapter🫡
Your videos and quality of content is insane…. Thanks for sharing!!
How do you manage such buttery smooth shots with those quick movements you do without having a gimbal and using a camera that has no IBIS, I mean it’s gimbal smooth and the BTS looks like your just shooting by hand… but how??? I can’t achieve this on my FX30 … teach us please lol..
Aha I shall makes a video 🙌🏾
@@KofiYeboah I was so hoping you would answer with this…. Excited about this man!
Separately I saw a link to AOD…. Looks very compelling; would you recommend to sharpen the sword ? Thanks again for everything!
@@WillCaban yeah man 100%, they’re closed doors til
The summer I think, but catch them again once it opens!

I’ve been using motion vfx the whole time
@@KofiYeboah ok 👍 thanks 😊 I like your text
what’s the exact pack?? would appreciate it tons
You should make a video on fx6 settings walkthrough
There’s two and a short 👍🏾
Kofi, man! We thank you for the great stuff you're putting out here in parallel with your work life, must be very tedious and I appreciate the hell out of it, one of the few creators I'm watching constantly. Quick question: how do you approach the color grading workflow in terms of monitor calibration/ all around color grading setup (multiple monitors, Decklink, etc.)? Are you working on a calibrated environment for Rec709 delivery or you don't sweat it that much? This is not often discussed among amateurs but can affect the final result greatly. But to work in a proper way, it also costs a lot of money. Any advice for some of the guys like us out here that are trying to make money in this client filmmaking lane (shooting and grading your own stuff) but don't have the budget to build a proper grading setup? I, myself, am grading on a LG 4k Led monitor, 99% Srgb and also using my phone as a reference, not the optimal way but it's the only solution for now. Hope you can answer, thank you!!
I’ll be so real with you, I don’t have a super high quality monitor honestly, I’m pretty decent at grading, but I’m hardly a colourist 😅 but I have a computer video coming soon so hopefully that has insight !
@@KofiYeboah Phew, was hoping for that answer! Pretty encouraging with the results you were able to achieve until now under those conditions! It's very easy to overthink something like this and let it discourage me. And very quick with the reply! Love it, man! Looking forward to the video.
Yessir !
i have to know what typography pack that is. i’ve been looking for it forever
I bought every motion vfx plugin for resolve so that’s all I got for ya 😅
@@KofiYeboah dangggg all good. i’ll dig a little. i’ve just been looking for that exact pack for ages haha
My question is, If I decide to use a grey card with rgb lights for the background and daylight for my subject, how would you balance that out with a grey card? Which lights you use to capture the grey card? I'm a noob and what I know so far(I think) is the grey card can give you the best balance in your image. Can you make a video for rgb/daylight, lowlight greycard tutorial? I need help on those and great video keep it up!
Well daylight balance is 5000-5600K and then night balance depends on where you are but it’s typically higher to accommodate from the moonlight
@@KofiYeboah thanks for the feedback but if there's ever a deep dive into it I'll for sure be the first one to click on the video. Great information from your channel again thanks for the feedback.
A great video idea 💡✌🏾
Ever use the Alexa mini LF?
I don’t have that kinda money
I’m here just to see Kev with a shirt…
Well it didn’t last long 😂
Yeah never hold your breathe on him staying clothed
