Meditate and don't give up. I've been in the same situation years ago. Went from living in my car and flat broke with a literally broken ankle I had a plate and screws put in to fix it. Couldn't barely drive let alone walk, couldn't afford pain pills or physical therapy. Today I'm happily married living in the country and own my own homestead on unrestricted land enjoying nature and freedom away from the chaos of society. I had no family or friends at the time since I was in a new state, and I cut my family off years ago due to their psychological and physical abuse. I had to earn every single thing the hard way alone. Try to find some local resources that may be able to help you out, and just don't give up. It'll make you bullet proof for life when you come out the other side (not literally but just about in every other aspect it will). Meditate so you know what you truly want and need to be happy in life, and that'll help you focus in on how to actually make that happen. Don't give up, stay strong. You may feel alone, but you're not the only one who's in your shoes or has been in your shoes. It is possible to go from surviving to thriving.

Hang with the Mexicans in homedepot parking lot asking people if they need help with projects for $ start making cash and experience and make life work. No reason for a grown man to be in a piss poor place living in a car complaining on RUclips about your situation. Make moves. That's what I understand. Plenty places offering aid if your disabled get you a desk job. Get enough money saved for a bus ticket out there to a place that's worth living at that don't support drugs and low life's.
