After watching your bounty hunter video and built my own version of Samus's ship.....it's awesome. Thanks for giving me a new ship build to work on brother. Have a great day
There is a glitch on the Star Eagle that lets you get more of the advanced weapons before you unlock them. Move the weapon you want (laser or missile pod, I assume) to the weapon mount point on one of the fore landing gear modules. Duplicate the gear, and the attached weapon will also duplicate. Take it off, and stick it on your ship where you like.
The 3015s are very good early game and strictly combat oriented. If your playing the game and need cargo for weapons and research crafting the 4330s work well. I'd say once I hit level 40 or so, I have a decent armory and need the payload. I don't like burning payload skills until I'm further in the game. I build 4 ships around the speed, cargo, and max boost speed.
I got the Star Eagle fairly early on in my game, well before I learned about various stuff like prioritizing auto cannons over normal ones & such, so while the upgraded Star Eagle I came up with was good, it wasn't as good as it could have been. I want to revisit the concept of making it the ultimate Class A ship in the near future. Since I seem to have different priorities with ships than you do: I.e. you prefer to have specialized ships for different tasks, whereas I like to take what I call a "Star Trek Federation" approach with a fleet of ships that might not be the best in their category at one thing, but are very good at just about everything. So I'm figuring using the SAE 400 engines (full set of 6) with Vanguard Auto Projectors as primary weapon & Vaporizor 25MeV Auto Proton Beams as the secondary weapons (I'm not reaching for the G key to fire the 3rd weapon slot, so it's either turrets there or nothing, and since there are no A-class turrets, it's nothing). Might upgrade the grav drive (if I haven't already) & shields, but not if it causes my maneuverability to drop. One of the other constraints I have put on the project is for it to at least keep the overall look/shape profile of the original Star Eagle, which will provide some additional challenges, but I think I can pull it off. Eventually.
I’m a level 30 with ship building and piloting at level 4, just waiting to get higher level to get access to more parts, thanks for the options, I do have a level 60 first playthrough but not built around ship building so this is fun
Thanks for this amazing video,i always like the star eagle and was looking to upgrade it. As soon as i get those perks unlock THIS is gonna be my go to ship ❤
Thank you so much for the research. One little problem, there may have been a change with an 2024 update. There is a skill requirement needed to see the jump range to be what you demonstrated on your video. For the first grav drive upgrades Helios 400 Grav Drive and the R-4000 Alpha Grav Drive I had to have the skill Astrodynamics RANK 3 or the maximum LY would be 26 for these grav drives. When my character reached Astrodynamice Rank 3 the Helios 400 Grav Drive changed from 26 LY jump range to 29 LY jump range satisfying a requirement for a quest "Power From Beyond". Thank you very much for the great video and yes I subscribed. I'll be watching. Like to note that my first upgrade was the Helios 400 Grav Drive so the thrusters were moved to the sides of the reactor because of warning that the thrusters were not attached. Helios 400 Grav Drive does not have attachments on the sides and the R-4000 Alpha Grav Drive does have the side attachments. Please do a video where one may duplicate the color scheme of the Star Eagle to anything added. Thank you
I built my Kepler s in a similar manner, works great, dogfights are decent, unless I get them from a distance. Then it works great. 9k cargo, auto turrets and all the manual turrets I could attach. Front entry cargo bay. 👌
Ship parts (structural) that have leading edges rather then just flat, also matching parts, I think they call them nose caps I can’t seem seem to find parts that attach seamlessly to the back of it
Hey @ShipTechnician what's your thoughts on EM weapons? (Like which do you suspect is the "best" is; Should it be single or full compliment? etc.) While having all particle beams is nice for destroying your enemies and all... I feel it's a bit overkill XD and would like some EM weapons for pirating ^_^ [Spark 750 Suppressor] is usually my go to but I'm noticing wise the [Nullifier 1750 Suppressor] has the highest DPS with a full compliment (x4) but the [Tatsu 501EM Suppressor] has the highest DPS solo 🤔(the biggest difference of course being required levels.. and the Spark has the highest range) What are your thoughts?
Great question. You touched on the main points of consideration, and yes, particle beams are certainly overkill (sometime’s I enjoy that). If I can fit 4 Nullifiers, and in places where they don’t stick out too obnoxiously, I will do so. They have double the fire rate of the Tatsu, which better satisfies my impatience, provides better sustained EM damage than the Tatsu, plus gives you slightly more chances for the instant disabling of engines if you’ve leveled your Ship EM Skill to Rank 4.
This is all sweet, if that is you can get the ship to actually spawn when you get it. Only on my very first playthrough did i actually get it. Otherwise I've been awarded it but it never actually appears in my inventory.
This can be a difficult error to identify a solution for. I’ve found the best method is to use the “Select All” button on a piece of your ship, which will select everything that is connected, leaving only what is not connected alone. You can then either look for any parts that are not highlighted red, and/or grab and move all of the parts you’ve selected which should then leave only the piece(s) that are not currently connected such that you can fix them. Hopefully that helps!
Drives have different connection points. Sometimes it's just a glitch, I think, I upgraded my grav drive with all attachments and still could not get it to work.
Any tips on getting those engines to slot? I can't seem to add the extra 2 SA-4330 engines to fit - My numbers also seem different even though I followed the guide to be identical. I am relatively new, were there patches or something that change these things?
I made this ship look almost the same as the original but about 30% bigger . I started by making the wings into actual habitats . Then I put a 2 X 2 captain's quarters that I got from a mod in the center section . Then I turned it into a C-Class ship and installed the best weapons in the game . My favorite builds are small ships that are using big ship parts . The small ships are only faster because they're smaller and lighter . Not because their engine provides more power or boost . Think small car big engine .
A quick and easy way if u havent unlocked C-class yet is to just swap in a B class reactor, add the Vanguard shield which is the 2nd best shield generator in the game including C-class generators and add some Partical Beam weapons. If u have C-class unlocked u can ofc make this even better but even this small change shreads anything in its path. Your not gonna have enough power to power everything but u dont need to. EDIT: Also the only skill u need to make this change is the ability to fly a B-class ship becouse of the reactor swap and the Vanguard shield generator that if i´m not mistaken is a B-class. Honestly just swapping out the weapons for A-class Partical Beam weapons is enough to drasticly boost its combat power if your not rdy for a full upgrade yet. I know he said this wouldent take into account any aesthetica changes and i get that but god damn those 2 extra engines he added. Please no.
Any idea why the stats on the PBO-175 AHB and Vanguard Obliterator Auto projector are significantly different for me. I have ship particle weapons, ship design and piloting maxed and I am level 80, but both have lower stats. And where do you get the Exterminator, not showing for me at New Atlantis or my outpost.
Sorry but how do I get this POV in my starship? I just noticed that my hate for the starship combat is due to the lack of this feature during my gameplay 😅
I’m level 40 I’m Piloting Rank 4 and Starship Design rank 4 but the Fusor Reactor he references and the Ion Beam Reactor 1030 aren’t options for me.. I can’t figure out why could they have taken it out in an update? Could the changes I made before coming across this video affect it? Could it just be bugged?
Are the fusor reactor, the exterminator 95v and the pinch 8's, vendor exclusive? Because i don't see them at my outpost shipbuilder. Also its not letting me duplicate the engines to add those 2 extra
Not seeing some of these parts at my outpost landing pad shipbuilder. Am at level 83 with starship design, engines, Fusion and piloting skills all at max level What is the best shipyard to go to to build this or do you have to go to multiple shipyards?
@@ShipTechnician I figured it out….multiple ship yards and got ’er done. Thanks! But I have a challenge for you. …. The BEST “all around” end game ship. Max specs with White Dwarf 3015 and Assurance shield….4 crew…..Best weapon loadout WITH EM to board ships. AND…..HIGHEST CARGO you can get. All workbenches. Ladderless if possible. With decent “makes sense” clean layout. With the new empty interior bays, I think you might be able to save mass by inserting the empty bays, and then just adding things like workbenches and interior features. Make your own Armory, infirmary, etc…. Sleek and deadly looking In other words…..I want it ALL….LOL
@@ShipTechnician just put SARAH on your crew of the ship and you have Astrodynamics 4 also your weapon config is OVER the power limit and you even see that you dismiss the RED warning screen in your video. You wouldnt be able to exit the build screen with that warning. You CANT fix 6 of those.
Sarah’s skill can stack with your own, but her skill only reduces fuel consumption by 30% whereas your own astrodynamics skill at rank 4 reduces it be 50%. And you actually CAN fit 6 Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojectors, and I don’t have a red warning at the end of the video.
OK, I've been docked at a UC planet and I do not see Exterminator 95MeV Auto Helion nor do I see Obliterator 250 MeV Alpha Turret :( Let's verify I'm over level 60... Yup, level 71 :( So where do I have to fly to or do I have to make another base to get the weapons? I mean we do not seem to be talking about much improvement really like I used to use Disrupter 3300 at the start and then a small bump later and these are another small bump sooner :) OK, I found them at multiple places but only the PBO-175's where actually better then the Vanguards I wasted money on earlier :( hmmm :( Anyway, thanks for the guide, I didn't really need this slow plodding path but its OK I also did not pick the same motor either :) but I think I must have done something before hand because I do not have the distance you get I only got to 22 LY jump range, maybe I added a smuggler tank or larger fuel tanks or something :(
Nope. I play on Xbox, and got all my credits the old-fashioned way (buying the game day 1 and exploiting vendor-chest glitches before they were patched). The ship builds are all vanilla, no mods, no glitches.
Roleplaying issues for me. If I am playing a Freestar Collective Settler and joining the Rangers, I will not be joining the UC Vanguard. Sure I could come up with some role-play reasoning, but in reality I'd just be Metagaming and I know it. So getting that first mission for the Vanguard out of the way so I could do this just wouldn't be possible for me on a character that would also be a Ranger. Nice upgrade choices given regardless, I'd just have to go another direction with it. In fact role-playing I would want to support ship building companies in the Freestar Collective space, like Hopetech. So, have you done any 'Role-Play' builds?
For the SA-4330 engines, reactor, and top-tier weapons, I usually go to Stroud-Eklund Staryard in the Narion System. For structural pieces, I go to my Outpost Landing Pad vendor.
Great video, I'm following along as I progress my character. But I have a question, how can you have a dedicated cargo ship? I tried doing this, and every time the game set my cargo ship to the player's home ship. Switching back, the Star Eagle switches back to the player's ship, and all the cargo transfers back.
You are correct that if you switch ships the game transfers over all cargo to your new home ship. It will even do this if the cargo exceeds the cargo space available on your new home ship. In this way, if you have a ship with a lot of cargo that is solely for holding large amounts of cargo, use that when building outposts or other activities that require storing/adding large amounts of cargo to your ship. Otherwise, switch back to a smaller, lightweight fighter that is better for combat and more fun to fly, and you won’t lose your cargo, just your ability to add more (though with the new update you can add additional storage containers within your habs using the decorate feature, so you could offload cargo there until you switch ships again. You would need to pick it back up and have your character carry it, as switching ship will no longer transfer these items to your ship’s cargo hold).
@ShipTechnician Thanks! Great ideas. I've even just dumped cargo from my player inventory on to the floor and fly around that way. Tad messing, impractical, but gets the job done lol
Did you ever figure this out? I am also trying to follow this upgrade but got stuck here. I couldn't attatch them even though I followed everything else exactly the same
The class doesn’t determine how many weapons you can have. That is determined by the weapon’s ‘Max Power’. Take that ‘Max Power’ figure, divide it into 12, and the result is how many of that particular weapon you equip. So for the autoprojectors, they have a Max Power of 2. 12/2=6. So you can equip all 6. Also, this will imply that you need to fully power all of them, using 12 reactor power points, but you don’t. These weapons start with a full magazine of ammo, and only after you fire all of that ammo will they need to recharge. The recharge speed depends on how much reactor power you allocate to them, and the time required to full recharge decreases non-linearly the more reactor power you allocate. So even if you can only spare a few points of reactor power for these weapons their burst and sustained damage output is some of the best in the entire game
hmmm, what happens why you try to add them? Are they not available as options at the manufacturer you are at? It also could be a result of your character level?
Lots of misinformation out there. I looked up ships and upgrades and was told you could only put the class of parts on a ship that it started with. Now I learn after getting ready to go through my first unity that the reactor can be upgraded to C on a class a ship, basically making it a class C ship. I only watched this video to learn about best weapons. Sure glad i did.
Good question. I did a lot of outpost building early on and acquired a lot of materials. I also have some saves where I exploited early-game vendor chest glitches :)
I have learned there is more to ship builds than i thought fantastic video. I do have a question about the starborn ship though does it ever get better? I have played enough with it to take on almost anything but the legendary capital ships are a bit tough but i use a ship i build and the fight is over before i take much damage. I would love to stick to the star born ships but not sure if they ever get better anyone know if it does?
I’ve heard others report similar differences in weapon stats. I’m aware of a bug in shield health that can cause your ship’s shield health to increase or decrease in certain cases (which should hopefully be fixed in this latest update), but am not aware of a similar issue with weapon stats. Sounds like a good thing for you, however it happened!
@ShipTechnician . Different build. You were focused on total stats, with maxed weapons. I focused on functional performance stats and optimized other ship features such as:, cargo. My ship fights slightly better than yours and carries 4x more.
Very curious what you mean by “fights slightly better.” Would you be willing to share more details on what that means? The final upgrade(s) I outline in this video describes using the Shield with the most shield health, the Reactor with the most Hull, or HP, weapons which (at least in my version of Starfield) output the highest DPS, and engines that produce the highest Top Speed (exceeding all others in the game), while deprioritizing cargo (mass) to maintain not only max Mobility but also maximum engine performance vs. Mass (which the Mobility statistic in-game doesn’t take into account). The end result is the best possible combat ship build, in terms of statistics, at the cost of deprioritizing cargo due to the negative impact of additional mass on engine performance. If you’ve found a way to maximize these things further, that would be very interesting.
@@ShipTechnician I'm 1 tik lower on engine and 1 tik higher across all 3 weapons, same class of weapons. It's modest but the benefits of the cargo far outweigh the 3% loss of mobility as I'm focused on outpost building at rhe moment.
Thanks for the info. I think (and hope) I understand what you were saying in your initial comment, that your weapons “run higher." I’m assuming “tik” means reactor power (??), and having a net of 2 more power points to allocate, as you describe, would likely indicate you’re using the Fusor DC403? That isn’t a bad reactor, possibly top 5, but just coming in at #5 in my opinion. Or perhaps I’m misreading your comment and you have 4 more power points, which would imply you’re using either the Pinch 8Z or SF40 Sheared Flow. Those are some of the best reactors, but the Pinch 8A has nearly 50% more HP, and because “Auto” weapons start with a full magazine of ammo, the weapon DPS output isn’t actually hindered until the enemy ship is destroyed anyway, even high level ships on Very Hard difficulty. Also, if I understand you correctly, you’re running your engines at less than full power, is that true? If so, you won’t get their full thrust output, meaning you won’t reach top speed or get top acceleration. Completely understand that you’re prioritizing cargo instead of combat/flight performance. This game demands such a trade if we want reasonable cargo space for outpost building. But because of that trade your claim that your “ship fights slightly better," doesn’t hold up from a very strict combat-only perspective. But at this point, I’m very much splitting hairs, and it sounds very much like you have a great ship!
I do sometimes switch between ships and I do sometimes have a large cargo ship .. but I don't create / fly any ship with less than 3000 cargo after perks. So while i would go to 150 or even 140 top speed to do that, the weapons load out would be very similar. I always put on 3 rear facing turrets ro kill any sneaky bastards that get behind me and 6 Obliterators facing forward.. the last wespon will face forward as well and either be a good particle beam or EM weapon, depending on how i want to play this universe. But overall this is a great fast low cargo fighter. Those are just not my cup of tea. Personally .. I cheat. I use a mod called 'Tiger Shipyards Overhaul' (it has a 200 speed engine with 45000 total and 16500 maneuvering thrust), as well as mods that let me have more than one reactor and more weapons power than 12 per slot. Well, sometimes I also play vanilla.
There is a glitch you can do so you don't need starship design ranks at all to put any parts on your ship...I've been putting rank 4 parts on my ships since day 1 and have never put any skill points into starship design
I haven’t heard about that. Would you mind sharing more? That would be particularly useful at lower character levels when you may want to invest skill points elsewhere.
I’ve found your level has nothing to do with ship building ship design skill is what stops you. So it’s all about increasing ship design skill. That requires skill points which requires leveling up. But your actual level will not stop you from buying and using ship parts. As long as piloting is 4 and ship design is 4 you’ll have access to all ship parts.

Yes you still need to unlock the perk tree but that just requires skill points it’s not locked behind lvl. I’ve maxed out pilot b4 by lvl 30. Even if you have all the perks unlocked you still can’t get certain parts until u reach a certain lvl. It goes from lvl 5-60. You’ll need to be lvl 60+ and have all skills unlocked to obtain all the ship parts in the game. And beating some quests
Pains me watching this having just played almost 20hrs straight of Starfield, and only doing a couple side missions.. why?? Because i started a new game with a miney mod, and proceeded to spend majority of the time playing in the ship builder. End result was a highly manueverable fighter, and a space frigate of sorts. Both have horrible jump ratings and the fighter has to be adjusted consistently to meet the needs of the moment.
Bruh how are you getting those numbers for your weapons?!?! 160, 138, 212? Exterminators - 4647.5 RANGE and 70.97 DMG? Obliterators - 4290 RANGE and 20.01 DMG? No wonder you're melting ships...
Did I misspeak somewhere? If so, I apologize. I did do a deep dive on engine statistics, and you’re correct that there is much more nuance into them than those two stats: ruclips.net/video/6ekfDDZb5RI/видео.html Would love to know your thoughts and experience there.
You can have both mobility and top speed.. at the expense of low weight (ie cargo). I personally have no issues going 130 speed and 100 mobility to maintain cargo .. but being able to boost away and let your shield heal up in major fights like Kryx can make higher speed and lower cargo ships viable if you like them. But if you check out the top speed videos, boost speed and top speed are significantly higher on the 180 speed low weight ships. You just need to decide what you want out of your ship. But no, a 130 speed ship with 100 mobility and a 180 speed ship with 100 mobility do not handle the same or boost to the same speeds.
I’m one of the many unfortunate people who are not able to retrieve this ship.. the bug means that it will not appear in my inventory after completing the ranger missions.
this channel is mandatory viewing for any Starfield enthusiast

Thank you so much for the research. One little problem, there may have been a change with an 2024 update. Hey @ShipTechnician what's your thoughts on EM weapons? (Like which do you suspect is the "best" is; Should it be single or full compliment? etc.) While having all particle beams is nice for destroying your enemies and all... I feel it's a bit overkill XD and would like some EM weapons for pirating ^_^ [Spark 750 Suppressor] is usually my go to but I'm noticing wise the [Nullifier 1750 Suppressor] has the highest DPS with a full compliment (x4) but the [Tatsu 501EM Suppressor] has the highest DPS solo 🤔(the biggest difference of course being required levels.. and the Spark has the highest range)
What are your thoughts?
Great question. You touched on the main points of consideration, and yes, particle beams are certainly overkill (sometime’s I enjoy that). If I can fit 4 Nullifiers, and in places where they don’t stick out too obnoxiously, I will do so. They have double the fire rate of the Tatsu, which better satisfies my impatience, provides better sustained EM damage than the Tatsu, plus gives you slightly more chances for the instant disabling of engines if you’ve leveled your Ship EM Skill to Rank 4.
@@ShipTechnician Yeah I still have to get that skill leveled up. Thank you for your feedbak! ^_^
I need an excuse to use it again. Ill upgrade it to this. Thanks man
The 2 last engines looks way better where the radiator is on the"wing"
This is all sweet, if that is you can get the ship to actually spawn when you get it. Only on my very first playthrough did i actually get it. Otherwise I've been awarded it but it never actually appears in my inventory.
Why is the range on the Vanguard Obliterator Autoprojector 4290 for you and only 3000 for me? Am I missing a skill or crew?
Ship design is a real challenge. I changed the grav drive but ended up with a 'module not connected' error. Cant see how to correct it.
@@ShipTechnicianit worked for me thanks
Drives have different connection points.
Sometimes it's just a glitch, I think, I upgraded my grav drive with all attachments and still could not get it to work.
@@ShipTechnicianclever, will do this next time
Great Video !
Did the mission and it say l got this ship, but its not there. Have been looking forward to build this out of the eagle. 😢
Any tips on getting those engines to slot? I can't seem to add the extra 2 SA-4330 engines to fit - My numbers also seem different even though I followed the guide to be identical. I am relatively new, were there patches or something that change these things?
Great work, this is really informative!
Nice job!
Think small car big engine .
can you do these upgrades from any home base with large landing pad or do you have to go to a specific system ship building location
Please no.
You even made it look cool....
Well, a cooler shape at least. Still got that weird retro brown/white paint job though!

Looking forward to the deco possibilities in the upcoming patch.
For some reason I can't add 2 more SA-4330 engines where you did. What am I missing?
Sorry but how do I get this POV in my starship? I just noticed that my hate for the starship combat is due to the lack of this feature during my gameplay 😅
How did you get so manu credits???
did the autoprojectors got nerfed? to me it says that they do 11 damage
I love the Star Eagle
I’m level 40 I’m Piloting Rank 4 and Starship Design rank 4 but the Fusor Reactor he references and the Ion Beam Reactor 1030 aren’t options for me.. I can’t figure out why could they have taken it out in an update? Could the changes I made before coming across this video affect it? Could it just be bugged?
Try looking for the Fusor Reactor from the Ship Technician at New Atlantis. You should be able to find it there.
Am at level 83 with starship design, engines, Fusion and piloting skills all at max level
What is the best shipyard to go to to build this or do you have to go to multiple shipyards?
Which parts specifically? The outpost landing pad has a majority, but not everything, but I’m happy to find what you’re looking for, just let me know.
Sleek and deadly looking
In other words…..I want it ALL….LOL
Cant wait for the upgrade to go through so we can toss everything needed in a 1 by 1 and build some micro machines.
Can u explain why u went with the 3015's and not the 3030's?
I find the Shieldbreaker a better ship to upgrade. Everything’s on one level and with class C upgrades, I’ve a crew space of 7.
The Shieldbreaker is also a good base ship. I actually used that ship for a time on my first playthrough.
@@ShipTechnician Haha, I did the opposite, Star Eagle on the first go-around. Shieldbreaker on this one.
Where do you get the shieldbreaker?
Where can we find the Exterminator 95MeV auto Helions? I'm not familiar with that weapon
It won't let me upgrade grave drive its saying ship has unattached module
Wish we could show pics of show my badass star eagle
Is there a default button to remove all of the changes you've made? I want to redo my Star Eagle
I'm pretty sure I have everything set up per your instruction but I only have a 26LY jump. Am I missing a character perk or something?
Have you leveled up your Astrodynamics skill?
I wish you would just show us how to build the ship the best way instead of have multiple upgrade sections for reactors and other stuff
Could I interest you in the following video which does exactly that? ruclips.net/video/ydBPAPpb-wE/видео.html
I mean we do not seem to be talking about much improvement really like I used to use Disrupter 3300 at the start and then a small bump later and these are another small bump sooner :) OK, I found them at multiple places but only the PBO-175's where actually better then the Vanguards I wasted money on earlier :( hmmm :( Anyway, thanks for the guide, I didn't really need this slow plodding path but its OK I also did not pick the same motor either :) but I think I must have done something before hand because I do not have the distance you get I only got to 22 LY jump range, maybe I added a smuggler tank or larger fuel tanks or something :(
Try Stroud-Eklund Staryard in the Narion system
are you using mods to cheat all these ship builds ? and using console commands to get credits so you can buy ship components ?
Do you need to go searching for different vendors for all those parts or can you buy them all from one place?
For the SA-4330 engines, reactor, and top-tier weapons, I usually go to Stroud-Eklund Staryard in the Narion System. For structural pieces, I go to my Outpost Landing Pad vendor.
@@ShipTechnician okay thank you for the reply. I'll try that out.
Nice!
The Helios 400 Grav Drive attaches but it still says I have an error because there's an unattached module. And I did exactly what you did. Any ideas?
Hmmmm, have you tried selecting all modules, then grabbing and moving them aside to see what remains?
Dont know if this has happen to anyone else but the game wont let me put the 2 extra SA-4330 engine making me reach a limit of 4
Did you ever figure this out? I am also trying to follow this upgrade but got stuck here. I couldn't attatch them even though I followed everything else exactly the same
@Daniel-ll2bx don't know really but I just kept the original engines and so far it has worked for me
how many autoprojectors can star eagle have at class A ?
I cant add the two extra engines for some reason? 😮😢
hmmm, what happens why you try to add them? Are they not available as options at the manufacturer you are at? It also could be a result of your character level?
What is the requirements to build it?
Lots of misinformation out there. I looked up ships and upgrades and was told you could only put the class of parts on a ship that it started with. Now I learn after getting ready to go through my first unity that the reactor can be upgraded to C on a class a ship, basically making it a class C ship. I only watched this video to learn about best weapons. Sure glad i did.
Question how is it you always seem to have a lot of credits?
Good question. I did a lot of outpost building early on and acquired a lot of materials. I also have some saves where I exploited early-game vendor chest glitches :)
How did you get 5m credits
Contraband and crimson fleet contracts 😅
I have learned there is more to ship builds than i thought fantastic video. I do have a question about the starborn ship though does it ever get better? I have played enough with it to take on almost anything but the legendary capital ships are a bit tough but i use a ship i build and the fight is over before i take much damage. I would love to stick to the star born ships but not sure if they ever get better anyone know if it does?
The more times you go through the unity the more powerful your star born suit and ship will be
The PBO 175 auto hellion beam weapons are a bit better than the vanguards. With 4 of them on my ship it's powerful.
Bruh you just recreated the ship from Galaga lol.
I'm not sure why the variance, but my weapons run higher, and I have 5340 in cargo with shielded capacity.

Without the SAl enginess and the cargo, it'sss just a very different ship.
You can't really call it the Star Eagle anymore when u change those things.

Obliterators - 4290 RANGE and 20.01 DMG?
No wonder you're melting ships...
I would do this on my mantis that already scares them lol
I thought it was mobility, OR top speed? Both insinuates a misunderstanding of how engines work.
Did I misspeak somewhere? If so, I apologize. I did do a deep dive on engine statistics, and you’re correct that there is much more nuance into them than those two stats: ruclips.net/video/6ekfDDZb5RI/видео.html
Would love to know your thoughts and experience there.
I had to change the color as soon as I got it.
Don’t blame you. I actually feel the same :)
I’m one of the many unfortunate people who are not able to retrieve this ship.. the bug means that it will not appear in my inventory after completing the ranger missions.
I’ve put 6 days into this game and haven’t started vanguard hahahaha
The very first mission is super easy so I would recommend doing at least that to get the ship weapons.
