How do you make YOUR cappuccino?
Every time with Latte Art,
I882 vergnano
@@ruedigerdecker9906 My man ! good answer !
@@r.k7851 It's an Italian coffee brand right?
Traditionnal all the way. Next time I am offered a hipster so-called cappuccino, I will return it, just like they do in Italy.
Beautiful!
Great video! There's also a third way that I find most common in 2nd wave shops... 1/3 coffee, 1/3 macro bubbles, 1/3 air 😆 At home I like to make make it as frothy as possible while barely being able to draw latte art (texture wise, that art isn't important).
Thank you !!
Latte art Cappu looks the best but a foamy capuchino tastes the best
Keep it up man.Best coffee making videos are always from you.
Thank you soo much !! :)
@@CoffeetoArt You're most welcome
Second method all the way! I have customers from as far as Chicago (I'm in Cincinnati) come to visit me and have me make them cappuccino. Some people come every day for them...the guy from Chicago told me that cappuccino is hit or miss for him there, but he said I consistently make his favorite cappuccino. His friends who live here say he asks about ke often and wishes he could come more often. Im just happy that people like them!
So sweet❤✨🥰
you're absolutely amazing! 🤌🏼
Amazing ❤❤
My guy love it
I used to like the classical capucino and at first ate the foam with a spoon and next drank the liquid remainder. Now I prefer the 3rd wave. With my own latte art, of course.
I prefer the 3rd wave too !
Thank you❤
You're welcome 😊
Superb 👌👌
Amazing 👌👌👏
Thank you :)
I just need to know where to get that first glass for the third wave cap and what size it is. I can't find it anywhere!
Is that it? Wow it’s a lot simpler than I thought
😋
what is the difference of latte & third wave cappuccino?
The amount of milk. This is all about espresso/milk ratio. Lattes require more milk than cortados and capps !
❤❤❤
Which Home Machine do you prefer, I mostly make cappucino and want a easy steam that moves easily.
Depends on the budget but Avanti Capri and Rancilio makes some good home espresso machine !
Wow very nice and interesting
:) thank you !
Thats what we call as machiato, when u scope that big stain foam out by the spoon
Yeah ! In a few places it's a macchiato :)
Missing your videos men! Keep posting!
Sry man !!!! I was so busy lately ! I'll keep postong soon for sure !
do i need to heat the milk up first before pouring because im just gonna use a mixer to froth it
Yes you would need to heat it up, unless you arent looking for a warm beverage. Genereally heat to about 155°F before frothing. Or, I heat mine for a minute in the microwave.
Thanks for tips making cappuccino
Good job and the best 👍🏼
I'm making cappuccino in the at Warkop BRO Adventure
Oh your an Indonesia barista ! Nice to meet you. Seems to be a lovely place !
@@CoffeetoArt thanks bro 🙏🏼 and A you're welcome
I'm still in the process of making the BRO Adventure warkop so that it can be enjoyed by many and develop to help many people work so they can get out of unemployment.
Y cuanto de azúcar lo echan
Hi, base espresso is double shot??better than single shot??
Yes, base is double shots. I prefer double !!
Onela beybi gibi oynuyor cafeyle
I'm very good at making foamy cappu
edit: i know its easy, but there are some tricks that differentiates a good one from a bad one
At the end of the day each drink is based on it's cup size right?
In a way yes ! It's about 'ratio' Quantity of coffee vs milk. :)
What's the difference between cortado and cappucino then?
The coffee & milk ratio ! A Cortado is more like 1/2 espresso 1/2 milk !
What kind of milk is best for making cappuccino?
For traditionnal cappuccino, cow milk as it produces more foam.

what's h the cup size ? how much esprsso ?
Cup around 6 oz for 34-36 g. of espresso !
2
Okay but why 3rd wave cappuccino looks like a cafe latte to me? 🤔 so now can we serve cafe latte saying as 3rd wave cappuccino?
So, what's the different of third wave cappuccino and cafe latte?
also wondering this.. how is the first not just a latte? Also how many oz is that glass?
Hey guys ! A cafe latte usually has more milk than a cappuccino. The ratio is different. In this video I use a 6oz glass, the ratio can easily stay 1:3 because I used a double shot at 18gr. of dry mass. Just to give you a visual idea, if you use a 12 oz cup, you'll need way too much espresso to keep the 1:3 ratio ! Cafe around the world don't want to price cappuccinos at 6-7 $ to gives different optional size. It's just too expensive for the customer. They offers latte format to use less espresso. I hope it hepls :)
@@CoffeetoArt 0:22 if we use 1:3 ratio, and you are using 34-36 ml espresso, it should be 102-108ml milk. How can you said 1:3 but the ratio espresso:milk is 35:150 = 1:4,2 and 35:200 = 1:5,7
@@nightlessluck steamed milk weighs less !
Use half & half (breve) not milk. The drink should not exceed 6 ounces. My opinion.

But my customer sometime want to the capucino coffee with latte art 😢😭 i'm barista so sad
Why is a 3rd wave cappuccino called a cappuccino when it is not (Cappuccino means little cap)? If people like this drink, fine, but they should fine another name for it.
Hey ! You are right. It only depends on the location. here, in Canada, cappuccino's and latte's are made with almost the same milk texture, it's only a ratio matter !
@@CoffeetoArt I use to live in Montreal near the Little Italy and it is not the way they make their cappuccinos. I don't know what happened (perhaps Starbuck?) but 20 years ago, the only cappuccinos you could get in Montreal were the classic Italian style ones. Even chains like Second cup would serve real cappuccino (Ok, not the best ones but there was still foam on the top).
@@missj.4760i know what happened. Exactly the starbuck style coffee shops , they couldnt handle the classic way because there is too many orders and less time for a take away style coffe shop , in this modern ways hou cant make cappu latte and flat in same jug and same foam ,taste meh ok but. No love in it anymore
La segunda es horrible
hahah This is my opinion too !
What I’m i actually doing wrong
Just one way to make cappuccino! If is different than original way, is not cappuccino!😅
Is like carbonara pasta with bacon and chicken!😂 Is not carbonara!😂
Ok !
Do you even know what does mean "Cappuccino"😅 and do you know why is called cappuccino?
If you knew this 2 simple question you wouldn't do the video...😂
Sorry.. nothing bad, just Italian history 🤗
There's 2 ways to make Cappuccino. Historically speaking, there's enough data to back each single one ! I have a decent load of respect for Italian espresso machines and tools, but for the "process of making coffee" I prefer other sources. Nothing bad, just somewhere else history ! Thank you for your comment :)
@@CoffeetoArt i understand, and I respect your idea, but as I said the name was made after the actual "cappuccino", and if you know what does mean and who make the name, you will understand, why, if is different isn't cappuccino. 😇
You could call "English cappuccino" 😅! 😃
@@CoffeetoArt Both cappuccino's we see today are modern interpretations of the original drink made in Vienna in the 1800s which was made by diluting the strength of coffee with cream until it was the color of the Capuchin monk's robes. I've heard some people think the foam resembles a monk's shaved head, but the Capuchin monks didn't shave their heads. Maybe the hood of foam could also represent the monk's hood? Either way, the original drink was just a measure of the strength of your coffee so both interpretations should be correct.
