Tried this, but as soon as I poured the hot water, the coffee became like a hard plastic paste :( Stuck to the spoon - kinda like caramelized sugar. I take my coffee without sugar so I didn't add sugar to it. Any suggestions how to avoid that? Or was the water too hot perhaps...

You gotta keep mixing till it gets thick &, foamy It takes a bit of time but eventually it breaks down
