Thank you for bringing back a fond memory. Used to watch my father spread grass seed with one of those. And aerator cleats on his work boots.

This was wonderful to watch you restore! My grandfather used a seed hopper quite like this when he was a boy in the early 1910's in the fields of Kansas. He would sit on the head of the tiller and run the crank while his older brother covered the rows. Made me feel very nostalgic to see y'all use it. Thank you! 😊

Hi mr and mrs Veradona. Have just watched your latest episode and
As usual it’s the greatest. You are still the best ( in my opinion) . I am referring
To the “ seeder” of course. Apologies for not remembering your names.
Please keep up the good work.

Класс! Особенно нравится смотреть что всё работает после того как побывало в ваших умелых руках! А ведь действительно, для наших предков такие механизмы были настоящим прорывом, интересно наши потомки лет через 100 будут реставрировать то, чем мы пользовались?

I can think of no better way to spend a Sunday afternoon then with a cup of (lightly spiked!) tea, and a Veradona Restoration video. And this video was particularly interesting (and there was just enough brandy in my tea) so the interlude was doubly enjoyable. I doubt that the seeder looked any better the day it was brought home to its first farm home, and I am so pleased to see it meticulously rejuvenated and prepared to go on being a functional object of utility and art for years to come! Beautiful work (as usual!). Thank you for sharing your passion.

I don't know where you can get your details on an old seeder like this. My own memories are fuzzy at best but you really nailed it down. I had forgotten about the missing bag until you put that one on. The ones I remember were mere rags at the top, where the bag belonged. Well done my friends, very well done indeed. This Texan watches you with joy in my heart. 🇺🇸🙏🇨🇱🥮

You NEVER ever disappoint. Your work is AMAZING. As someone with family (sadly passed away) who had a farm I used to help on this would've been a boon in centuries past. It certainly would've help my late aunt with her veggie patch at the back of the farmhouse too! Sowing seeds by hand is tiring. LOL!

At the beginning I didn't know what this piece of machinery would do or would look like when you had finished. It was nice to see Veronika (and your dog!) helping you, we only ever see her hands in her recipe videos. I have to go now to watch you renovate a small stove. Thank you, Nick (UK).
