If you want to find out your weaknesses and where you need the most work, this is your place. I just found out just how pitiful my balance is. Need to keep coming back to strengthening where I most need it.
Hello Erin, I hope you can answer me. I just wanted to know, is it normal in yoga practice to feel the need to yawn? It interferes with my deep breathing practice. I have a hard time taking long, slow deep breaths (which is why I end up yawning). If I don't yawn, my deep breaths are very quick 'in' and unsatisfying - as if my lungs are not filling up enough. I know there is nothing wrong with my lungs and I'm definitely not a smoker. Is this deep breathing difficulty common with beginners? I started doing yoga in September, so it's only two months. On a side note, I absolutely love the sound of the cow bells in the wind. So relaxing!
Thank you for this excellent chair yoga routine. Do you have suggestions for yoga poses for scoliosis patients? Many of my chair yoga seniors have scoliosis and walk with canes. Thank you again!
