    This class is amazing. I have lower back issues at the moment and at the beginning of the week I was in a lot of pain. I have done this class four times now and I cannot believe how much the pain has been relieved! Thank you 🙏

    This was well received after the long week I had spending too much time sitting at work and sitting in the car. I love hip opening stretches. This was so soothing and was a great physical as well as emotional release. Thank you so much, Erin🙏💙

    Hello Erin, I've been having a tiny bit of ITB pain in the past 2 weeks and stretching more to heal it. I have not done yoga or stretch for more than 20 mins in a long time. I need to work on my patience. I just did this class. Absolutely amazing. Back, glutes, hams, and quads feel so good! Thank you so so much always! Have a great day to you and your family, Erin!

    I have tried different yoga videos on RUclips before and Five Parks Yoga videos are the only one which make me come back again and again. I love Erin's soothing voice, that the video is filmed outdoors with birds chirping and other sounds of nature as well as the relaxing guitar music during savasana. Thank you Erin!

    That was arguably the best hip and lower back stretch I have ever done. I appreciate what the pace being slow and deliberate to ensure gentle, yet thorough stretch without risk of overdoing it. Excellent!!

    Loved this! Agree with another comment - unique sequence for basic *essential* stretches made this feel special; Also I love the music at the end of shavasana - too many people leave that silent and then I have to keep checking to see if the video stopped. Keep up the awesome work! This will be a regular standby video for me!

    This was the first longer class that I did after pulling my left lower back out over a week ago. It is still tender but felt wonderful to stretch out slowly. Thank you again, this is definitely one of my go-to classes for my lower back and hips.

    This class has saved my back and hip! I was in so much pain. Couldn't get an appointment at the chiropractor. I had to stop my workouts and couldn't sit or stand for long periods. I did this class two days straight and by the third day, the pain was nearly gone. I love your teaching style. I've been doing your online classes for a few years now, but I have to say these restorative classes are life savers. Thank you so much!
