- A ludicrous amount of walther pdp trigger pulls with their dynamic performance trigger dpt, performance duty trigger pdt, and a couple canik tp9da pulls with Galloway precision springs. This version is fixed to fully frame the video.

These modern SF triggers are testing the very bounds of safety.
I just got the PDP compact 4” and that mini wall is annoying. I have reached out the Walther but have not heard back. Is this normal for this trigger?
It's called a safety plunger. You can fix it with Sprinco kit.
What is the final full conversion trigger pull measured?
Final pull weight is between 4 and 4.5lb

It’s close, but now the dpt is worn in, it’s a noticeable improvement. Smoother to the wall, and a crisp break
I’m use to glock triggers so the factory pdp trigger feels really good lol.
Great video. Everyone is raving about even the stock PDP trigger online and even more so about the dynamic trigger. Nobody shows a slow pull like this showing the post wall creep. Honestly the stock PDP seems to have about as much post wall creep as a gen 3 glock. Kinda disappointing to see. Also, while the dynamic trigger seems to have a big improvement over the stock trigger, it doesn't seem to break like a carrot like some over zealous reviewers are claiming. Everyone just jerks the trigger from the wall to make it look like it. I bet they wonder why they hit to the left lol.
As for the last bit, I have broken it it in with at least a few hundred dry fires and ~500 live rounds. The break is extremely crisp. It is a top tier striker fired trigger
So what is your assessment when you compare it to the Canik DA trigger? Same, super close, Canik better stock trigger, not worth the messing around with Walther trigger upgrades get a Canik? I'm curious what your thoughts are.
@@gjk50002 walther pdp is definitely a better overall package compared to the tp9da. Front slide serrations are a luxury, optics cut, and overall feel. When just looking at triggers, the tp9da trigger with the Galloway reduced power spring is better than the stock pdp, but it is neck and neck with the dpt. Wall to break and reset feel very close between the two. Only differences I can really draw between the two triggers are the trigger shoe angles, and the canik trigger is a shorter reach from the grip
@@gammatheta491 has the mini wall disappeared after break in? Also was that install with the upgraded fire control assembly?
@@JayyBird93 it has not, but at this point I’m so used to the trigger I drive right through that and up to the actual wall. The final setup is the full upgraded setup including fcu
