Thank you. I’m hoping to put in for a squad leadership at my next big milsim after having done it at several local events, and this will help tremendously if I’m selected.
you have put alot of thought into ur kit nice job. i know its taking me a long time to figure it out and im still working the problem, but thats cause i run two seperate styles one more of a woodsball dmr role and the other is a cqb role so i run two seperate setups . you have earned a follower my good sir

Sure if the enemy has time, he can do whatever he wants, but if the battle is intense, ain't nobody have time for this.

Pro tip, run nothing on the back but whatever can be routed through the molle and run a backpack so everything is available to you without external assistance, and you can the shed weight if needed.
Camelback MULE is my go to and houses everything you need for a whole day away from camp.
If you really want to carry more nonsense, or you're a medic and need to carry bottles, you can upsize to the HAWG.
At this point i dont use a side GP pouch anymore cause itll all fit into the MULE plus some, easier sidearm draw.
Are you allowed to use LBEs for NATO as long as you wear multicam?
Solid advice, I may have to do a little more leadership at Gun Gamers events since they stole Rick for cadre duty, lol

I'm confused. I thought MSW NATO forces were only allowing multicam/ OCP.
How / why are you mixing UCP with it?
We do a “throwback” rep once a year with UCP. If you have over 9 players in the same camo pattern, they’ll allow you to use it with Cadre approval.
