I practiced the routine before I taught the class. You'll be surprised how quickly the body adapts to this when you're consistent.

Great vid! Question: Is the ball supposed to be partially deflated? I'm used to working out with a more inflated ball.
I usually have my small ball more deflated. You can play around with it and see what you like. Because all of the weight is on the ball deflated is helpful. It is also helpful for classes where we roll on and off of it.

I love this class, I have already done it 3 times this month through membership. I did it with ankle weights and it felt great. Beth, is it ok to add ankle weights to small ball and foam roller workouts?
As long as you still feel a connection into your center, yes!
