Most people like Dark Side of the Moon as their best album. My favorite is Wish You Were Here. I saw the tour in 1975 here in Kansas City at Kemper Arena. They played the whole Wish you were here album, then took a 15-minute break with the house lights on - which really threw those of us fans off who were "in another dimension". We were all looking at each other like WTF, oh well...enjoy the Happy Trails. Then they came back out and played the whole Dark Side of the Moon album. I later saw the Animals tour in '77 which had a wide variety of their songs. But nothing will ever top that '75 concert. It was magical.
My favorite is The Wall. Tells a complete narrative and has some of the best music ever written on it (Hey You, Comfortably Numb). Lots of weird stuff because Pink Floyd, amazing use of different sound effects, iconic pieces like Another Brick in the Wall and Young Lust.... just so brilliant. Though to be fair, any of those three albums are well deserving of being someone's favorite.

@@lovelyafternoon It was a very different world back then. When I was attending the University of Kansas in Lawrence in the 1970s (most people don't know that its most famous resident was William Burroughs - author of Naked Lunch and the "Godfather" of the Beat Movement), students would be standing/sitting around in front of Wescoe Hall smoking pot before classes. KU was widely known as a hotbed of Far Left anti-war radicalism back in the 60s and 70s. The Student Union building was set on fire and a bomb blew out the windows of Summerfield Hall - the business building. They called it the Berkley of the Midwest. When the cops pulled you over and found pot - they'd take the pot and let you go. We were pretty sure there was a thriving pot-trafficking business operating out of the police department. I first saw Pink Floyd in 1968 at the Sound Factory in Sacramento, a little storefront venue that lasted about a year. Playing “Saucer Full of Secrets,” “Interstellar Overdrive,” stuff like no one else was doing. About 200 people there as they played on borrowed instruments on their first US tour, just after Sid’s (whom they are wishing for) mental state precluded his continuing with the group. I know I was stunned by what I heard. Great job on this ladies, as always!

Great again, as per usual! Sounds like a little nod to "Great Gig in the Sky" at the end there too. Lovely.
I have come to the conclusion that these musicians can make any type or genre of music that they care to try. I haven't heard any of their cover songs sound less than stellar. My most sincere thank you for producing music that engages real emotions, not something shallow or false. Again I thank you and hope you will make it to Columbus Ohio on tour.
I am glad😇🤩to listen to your Pink Floyd performance - Pink Floyd "Wish You Were Here" - on Acoustic Guitar
An absolutely superb version. ..and i was around when the original was released.
