For a future video: Can you prepare a tutorial on working your to keep legs straight when performing a handstand? My upper body strength appears present, but it’s difficult to keep my legs straightened while in the air. Are there progressions or individual movements to practice to help fix this? One question, you look like you've down a tonne of weight training to get strong, did you feel this was required for Calisthenics or did it come as a result of doing body-weight training? Thank you. I've solely trained calisthenics for many years now. I've certainly put on the most amount of muscle mass from calisthenics training. No, I don't think weight lifting is a required pre-req for body weight training. I train for skill acquisition, the muscles are just a by-product of that. Even A cups will show if you go upside down in a lower-cut top and squeeze your arms together - as is my experience 😝 It also depends on what time of the month it is as they change depending on where I'm at in my cycle. I wouldn't ever get work done for my appearance - only for medical emergencies. Heck, I won't even wear make-up as I like to avoid unnecessary chemicals as much as possible.

People I've taught the biggest coaching cue I've seen most often is letting their shoulders pull back instead of them being closed and pulled forward

I'm sure there's lots of places in a big city like that. Try googling a few local parks/gyms. I just train at home or at a rock climbing gym.
