    Great calisthenics as always Summer, just to touch on pull ups which you've demonstrated before, I've heard that on average a woman can't do a single pull up unassisted but you've broken those stereotypes and been an inspiration! 👏

    Summer never stops evolving❤🎉 I hope I won’t too! It’s been almost two years since I received Summer’s online beginners’ handstand program. At that time, I wasn’t even able to kick up to the wall. Now I can finally hold handstand for several seconds if I am at best. This is all thanks to Summer’s program and it was a positive influence on me. I’m proud I’ve come this far! Thank you Summer ! 🙏

    Dang!! Girl! You're a real life Superhero! I was listening to all my joints creaking and cracking watching the video. I use to be real strong, fit and handsome. Now I'm just handsome. At 60 I just want functional fitness. 4 knee and 2 shoulder surgeries made me a mere mortal. But you!? Hasn't anyone contacted you about being in movies yet?

    For a future video: Can you prepare a tutorial on working your to keep legs straight when performing a handstand? My upper body strength appears present, but it’s difficult to keep my legs straightened while in the air. Are there progressions or individual movements to practice to help fix this? I thank you in advance.

    People I've taught the biggest coaching cue I've seen most often is letting their shoulders pull back instead of them being closed and pulled forward

    I've watched a number of your beginner videos - great content really informative ! One question, you look like you've down a tonne of weight training to get strong, did you feel this was required for Calisthenics or did it come as a result of doing body-weight training? If it was the latter, what strength conditioning progressions can you suggest? Thanks ! Looking forward to more great content.

      Thank you. I've solely trained calisthenics for many years now. I've certainly put on the most amount of muscle mass from calisthenics training. No, I don't think weight lifting is a required pre-req for body weight training. I train for skill acquisition, the muscles are just a by-product of that.     Do you have a top 5 exercises video? Say I have 30 or so minutes to go to the gym and have time for 5 exercises. So the 5 that are the most well rounded if that makes sense.

      I'm sure there's lots of places in a big city like that. Try googling a few local parks/gyms. I just train at home or at a rock climbing gym.

      Haha thank you for the compliment. Definitely natural. Even A cups will show if you go upside down in a lower-cut top and squeeze your arms together - as is my experience 😝 It also depends on what time of the month it is as they change depending on where I'm at in my cycle.
      I wouldn't ever get work done for my appearance - only for medical emergencies. Heck, I won't even wear make-up as I like to avoid unnecessary chemicals as much as possible.

      One usually lands by just bending the body downwards on the legs (skin the cat).
