Join two best friends for 120 miles on the Yukon River in Alaska. Lots of laughs. Lots of stupid. Toss in some amazing scenery in deep wilderness.
Still no campsites due to high water and let's see if we can catch a fish. We cast wolf tracks and find bear poop nearly the size of my dog.

My kinda yard sale, haha! That spot was worth the wait, could it BE any more perfect? And a little hint for the next possible shipwreck adventure, I bought a bunch of dollar store dog leashes that I looped through itself around a canoe mount, then clipped to my cargo. That way if there is a shipwreck, it all stays at the same coordinates at least. Not that I didn’t learn that the hard way, lol.

You are a unique person and Courtney and both of you are goofy. In a positive way, you make me laugh and look forward to your journey here. Mosse is an awesome dog that he looks like he is having fun, but he is watching and making sure you both are safe. I started to watch and was so intense of what you were doing that we had thunderstorm warnings. The next thing it struck with a loud crackle and caught me off guard. As you are done with you Yukon trip sitting in your home whether Alaska okay. Michigan the storms are rolling in and some are intense. Saty safe, warm/cool, and Blessings to all.

Anyone past the age of 45 just know how the creeping farts go...😂😂😂 they just fall on out with no warning 😂..you should get 4 long branches 2 each side of the boat with your ground sheet on the top of it as a huge shade .

I'm with your friend on the leader thing! I have fished freshwater creeks, rivers and lakes without a swivel and leader for decades or changing my line for that matter and never had problems catching fish!
