- Courtney and I travel from Fairbanks, Alaska to Seward, Alaska for an amazing girls only road trip.... and the side splitting harassment and hi-jinks never quit. We get dropped off at a remote cabin on the ocean and do a little sea kayaking and relaxing which evolves into a massive argument around the campfire that we have decided to let YOU DECIDE! Who is right? Leave it in the comments or take the survey/poll in my community tab here on RUclips. VOTE FOR KOOZIE (Me)!

You use a “Cozy” to keep a tea pot warm while steeping. A “Koozie” is to keep a beverage cool. I love you both.
+1 agreement here!
@@MHep-qy9yv Agreed - but also, koozie slang...bad slang.
/ (kuːz) / noun taboo, slang, mainly US and Canadian. the female genitals. a girl or woman considered sexually.
Cozy!!! 🤗
Definitely cozy
The further from cozy you go, the closer to koozie you come.
A Koozie keeps your drink cold,, A Cozy is for keeping things warm (like a tea cozy).. So, you are both right...
I had to look it up, I was all set to tell Brooke she was wrong, but alas there are Koozies and there are Cozies...
You say it's Koozie I call it Cozy,Koozie,Cozy, Jakoozie Jacozy let's call the whole thing off.
Koozie for a can and Cozy is like a tea cozy, which is a sweater for a tea pot.
@@FrugalGal No peace until 'Dippy' has her own mike . She's so funny, and most of it is missed on an 'omni.' You two are such 'perfect-compliments' that you must capture her 'off-mike' jabs . And for God's sake, please plan more adventures. You two complement each other like salt & pepper
A koozie, stubby holder is a fabric or foam sleeve that is designed to thermally insulate a beverage container, like a can or bottle. Wikipedia. A cozy: a soft covering to keep a teapot, boiled egg, etc., hot.
@@candacemeifert-polk7383 Exactly!
I’ve never heard of a cozy. I have heard of a koozie. You two are a hoot! Good friends shining together.
Koozie keeps cold drinks cold or hot food from going cold. Cozy is a feeling.
Loved this episode. As we get older adventures with a best friend are treasured times as they become far & few. In younger years these times were the norm. After marriage, kids, work & adulting these times are magical. Great video gals 🤗
Well said!
Amen.
You are so right. My girlfriends and I used to go on a trip once a year called Tripa Dubayuh which translates to 3 W's "Wild Woman Weekend" and there were 12 of us. As life started happening we just don't get to do it anymore. The ones who had babies did so later in life. We are all 55 now and I would so love to plan a weekend for all the girls again. We started out canoeing and later promoted ourselves to a pontoon boat. I miss my friends! I never had the kids but I did get married going on our 20th yr. I need some magic! Spring is coming!
Should have put some fresh picked berries in. Ur mix. Of. KOZI KOOZ
Man of war. Jellyfish deadliest toxin known to man.
Love when you two share an adventure with us. BTW, neither is prettier than the other, you're both equally beautiful gals. Thanks for the laughs and beautiful scenery, Brooke and Courtney.
I agree. Brooke & Courtney both are absolutely Beautiful Women, especially Inside & Out. Go Zippy & Dippy!😍❤Two very funny girls!😂👍
It's a koozie
Cozy is what you are when you crawl into a warm sleeping bag, and koozie is what you stuff your beer into to help keep it cool...LOL
Incredible, amazing fun video this is like a good shot of happiness to the soul, thanks for sharing.
I was born in Seward! 51 years ago LOL ❤
Also, yes, a Cozy is for a pan or pot, a Koozie is for a drink!
This video is a blessing after watching anything dealing with the messes going on today. It was interesting ,humorous, filled with fantastic scenery....just so enjoyable on every level. The laughter and sheer fun was infectious. Wild Woman and Tough Princess are quite the unintentional comedy team. The two of you had me laughing so hard with the bedding battle and butt to pillow revenge wiggles.
Thanks Brooke and Courtney for a relaxing 51minutes and 50 seconds away from everything we have to deal with currently. Temporary tattoos = no "What was I thinking?!!!"
LOL! I so agree with you, Aeval K!
Ditto!!
lol thanks!
Oh, yeah, and that scenery. 😀👍🏼 I could plant myself there in a beach chair and just keep looking around, for hours.
@@mariannesouza8326 Alaska is stunning. The mountains, woods, lakes, etc.,still pristine in many places.I loved staying out at night watching the Aurora Borealis. Walking out the door and meeting a mama moose with her little one a few feet away ..not so much... they can be dangerous.
I have always heard it called a Koozie. Koozie...Cozy...let’s call the whole thing off.😂
Funny 😁
Koozie keeps your drink cold,, A Cozy is for keeping things warm
When are y’all going to get on the water
Probably should have drained the water off and measure the water.because it looks awful
You know that birds carry small lous that live on there feathers
Wow is that the ice melting in the air making fog
You guys must be hungry
Absolutely 💯 % enjoy your videos !! You and your husband are inspiring people to enjoy projects !
Independent actors/real people and producers... More entertaining than 98% of what the studios pay a small fortune to produce. Absolutely beautiful scenery and what a fun video!
Thank you for taking us along on this beautiful crazy talk adventure
Someone patented a beer cozy and when a company wanted to trademark they used the name "koozie" instead for legal reasons. So "cozy" was the first and then "koozie" is the brand, like tissue vs Kleenex.
Exactly!
Very interesting. Thanks for that tidbit of information!!!
Years ago I was selling some "koozies" on Evilbay and had the listing yanked because I wasn't authorized to sell a trademarked item. Asshat lawyers do nothing all day but look for trademark infringements...
Yep, a widespread tale is that the koozie's origins date back to the British tradition of knitted tea kettle cozies. Instead of keeping cold out, the koozie keeps it in. Some postulate that even the word “cozy” was manipulated, both in pronunciation and spelling, to make “koozie” sound like “cool.” Dec 1, 2015
🎯🎯🎯
You girls have such a great time together,it’s good to have wonderful friends, stay safe and enjoy.
In my neck of woods … it’s a koozie !! I know y’all had a blast ! Thanks for taking us along with y’all !!!
I said this morning I'm going to go hang out with brook and see what she's up to 😊 you definitely make me feel like I'm there with you" love it 💘
Take it from a beer drinker, it’s called a Koozie!!!!
Yep, that's what my beer drinking friends call them
@@sunflowerlady1810 Mine to lol
Yep cozy is when you get one of those wraparound blankets that zip up and COOZY is wearing your put your drink inside so it stays cooler
Thats a growler.
They are advertised here in my neck of the woods as "The Cozy" keep hot things hot and cold things cold.
If someplace advertises something then it is the right name and pronunciation so I say COZY. You have lost BROOKIE
This video is wonderful...made me laugh out loud - you two are so funny together! Thanks for sharing the beautiful scenery and the joy/laughter..
If they could tolerate each other for a while they could call the show "Girls In The Woods"
@@LarryTaint-qn8pd😅
I'd love to see more adventures with you guys together. Enjoyed watching this one.
So many women are afraid of getting dirt on them, I’m loving this 💕 those mountains and lakes is heaven .
And for my vote; I understand what a cozy for covering up a toaster etc. but a koozie sounds like a name brand to me
I can't believe how beautiful that place is. If I was there I wouldn't know where to look it would be so overwhelming. Thanks for sharing your fun and amazing time. BTW: I've always said Koozie, but now I will call it a cozy once in a while. Just for fun. Thanks Brooke Your such good friends I say yes to a Tat, not on the forehead.
lol thanks
Oh my gosh what fun! Thanks girls❤️Let's go ☺️
I'm sorry, but in Virginia here, we have "Koozie's" that keep our cans "Cozy". Ha
Oh this is so beautiful.
I was born and raised in tropical island, to see this kind of landscape will be magical for me.
A koozie is for cold can drinks and a cozy goes over my grandma’s teapot, lol she got one on the toaster too 😂
She's cute but you are pretty AND independent, down to earth, and smart.
linda jordana heck yeah...that’s why we love her. She’s genuine and her personality is far more beautiful.
Cozy
It’s a koozie! Brooke is right on this one for sure. She needs a cozy at tea time. 🤣 looks like lots of fun.
LOVE IT THAT YOUR BOTH HAVING FUN AND LAUGHING AND JOKING. ENJOY YOUR TIME TOGETHER. BE SAFE DRY AND WARM.
Fun until she comes at you with the tools
Y’all are so funny!😆 Thank you 🙏 for sharing your fun gals trip! 👋😃🛶
What a joy you girls are !!
And Zippy just throws 30 pieces of firewood over her shoulder like it was nuthin'. GOOD GRIEF YOU GOT GUNZ GIRL LOL
Cozy, sorry Brook
In Scotland, it's a 'cozy', as in 'tea cozy' just the way your friend said it!! May be she has descended from Scotland (or Scandinavia), because you find this Scottish terminology in some other people's everyday terminology. - i.e. Some terms from certain countries or from a distinct area, i.e. from the Scottish Highlands, filter down the line from a Great Grand-parent, then Grand-parent, Parent, Daughter, and it doesn't matter what part of the world the great grand-daughter or great grand-son ends up, albeit USA, Canada or Australia etc. they still know the term from their parents and grand-parents heritage etc. etc. Ask your friend if she descended from Scotland. - I bet she does, red hair in all says it all as well (compliment). More lady-day-out videos appreciated please!! Love from Scotland, happily enjoying your video inside a cozy cottage, snug as a bug in a rug, on a cold starry night!! ;-) XX.
Is the cozy cobbler queen married? Lol😆
Are you sure that wasn't Dippy?

I learned a “koozie” was foam of sorts for cold beverage cans keeping them “kool” and a “cozy” was an English flannel or quilted bag for your hot tea pot keeping them “cozy”.
♥ Wished to have seen more of that forest around the cabin, it was amazing! ♥
Please more of u two going camping, u two are cool, funny, love ur videos, girl in the Woods❤😂
Yes, a "cozy" keeps a teapot warm. But a "koozie" I thought was a colorful rubbery stringy ball which is easily caught. You guys are delightful, I haven't laughed so much in quite awhile. So thank you; laughter is such a good medicine!
Thoroughly enjoyed AK scenery, absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for bringing us along!
OMG the scenery is breathtaking!!!
Where I grew up it was a cozy...I've moved to 2 different states and it's still cozy, I never heard of a koosie/koozie until now and I'm almost 70
Same.
Did you ever hear about that dad who caught a Huge fish on his daughters Barbie fishing pole? Omg Lol such a fun story!
And can we just address that view? Absolutely spectacular. You two are such fun! Thanks for sharing :)
Oh wow!
That looked like a fun trip. I would love to go sometime. I would hate to go home. The scenery looks breathtaking. I hope you take another adventure soon
I'm only halfway through this and my sides are splitting! Good, honest fun you two!
Cozy: a soft covering to keep your tea or boiled egg hot. Koozie: an insulated covering to keep your beverage cold. So cozy is the correct term if you are talking about covering to keep the food warm.
What a fantastic adventure with a great friend in fricking Alaska. Some will be jealous!
A "KOOZIE" is to a kozy, as a Kleenex is to a tissue.
👍
I wrote the same anology not knowing you had already said it!
Sisters Sisters!! LOL. Too cute! Grown women still able to act silly and enjoy the whole sister/friend vibe! 😄😊
I absolutely enjoyed this. Thanks so much guys this was so fun and hilarious to watch. :))
A Cosy a soft covering to keep a teapot, boiled egg, etc. hot. Koozie means an insulating sleeve used to keep a canned or bottled drink cold. I agree with Courtney. I have never heard Koozie before in my life.
In Australia it’s called a stubby holder, you girls are funny 😂, the scenery is spectacular the company looks fantastic ❤️you girls together 🤣😂😘🇦🇺
I agree 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Stubby Holder in SA or echo cooler and then my brother in rural NSW calls it a cosie lol
I love it when you whisper to camera/show food before eating.
You two together are awesome.
Here in Washington, I have no idea, but in CA it's a cozy! You two are in such a beautiful place! My Alaska cruise was cancelled due to the pandemic. What a crappy year 2020 was.. I am so glad that 2020 is now officially hindsight.
Oh my days…..I would have loved to join a trip like this. You two are so fun.
Even the internet cannot decide. I have called it a "cozy" even though it is spelled koozie (which I didnt know) In Washington, I have never heard anyone say "koo zy". So I think you are both right, depends on where you live lol. That was some amazing scenery, looks like straight out of a Survivor Man in Alaska episode( minus the cabin!)
Fantastic adventure !
You 2 was cracking me up"
Thanx
Until I knew there was a brand name, I called 'em "one of those things to keep the drink cold." But, then it was Koozie... But, I like Cozy. It cozies up with the drink. I know better than to say a woman's wrong, so you're both right! LOL
I love all your videos but this one I think was the best you guys should make more videos than just you two out there
Two beautiful queens having fun at an amazing place, thanks for sharing,- but the adventure was much to short!
It’s a Koooooozie! (Actually Koozie is a brand name 🤷🏻♀️)
A cozy/cosy is for a teapot. A koozie is to keep cool your bottled or canned beverage. LOL!
You two crack me up. Thank you for sharing your adventure.
Everyone around me called them cozys for a really long time even spelled that way on them until a brand came out calling them koozies. As the wizard of Oz once said " I have spoken". ( just kidding). Glad you had such a great time.
And thanks for doing this trip, so BEAUTIFUL!!
This was such a fun video! Nothing like two friends having a getaway like this… a good campfire and good conversation… can’t beat it… I’m shocked you guys didn’t cook anything on that fire like a good healthy piece of steak or a fish caught from that beautiful water! You very easily could have caught a steelhead trout (ocean dwelling rainbow trout) there in those waters! Beautiful scenery too! Thank you so much for taking us along on your adventure! You have some wonderful. E likes to look back on this time time together! Blessings from Oklahoma!!!!!
But I have to side with Dippy on the "Cozy".
I laughed so hard. If this is not me and my camping friend, I don't know what is. We take girl trips and carry on just like this. Thanks for all the fun! Oh, and I vote NO to the tattoos. You are both beautiful just as you are.
thanks yes it's great to have friends like this and let loose!
I say get the tats...you only live once...who cares. You do you ladies
I also vote NO to the tattoos. Tats are permanent and that cute little cartoon character you get on your arm won't be so cute in a decade or two.
Down here in the south it's called a Koozie. But Walmart has these under garments like long John's called cozies lol
So you beautiful girls in the woods both win!!
That proves that if a southerner says it’s Koosie then it’s got to be cozy. Smile y’all.
Fur lined Jock Straps are cozy too!
This video was great!!! Loved every minute of you two
That was the best comeback ever. Something like twenty years ago I was making SOS for dinner because I was pooped from a 12 hour work day, back when I was catering. My drunk ex-father-in-law comes in and asks what I'm making and I turn around with the straightest face and said s***, he looked at me for a second and then started busting up laughing
Brook is correct, and SOG makes good camping/hunting gear. Your both funny.
You too had me laughing so much!! You together make me laugh.
Koozie is the brand name. They are actually called can coolers.
Or mugs warm 🤣
You are both right
And a cosy is a fabric covering to keep things like a pot of tea or boiled eggs warm. The English have used this word since the Queen declared teatime at 4pm in 1840 or atleast soon after....it’s a much older word than the marketed term ‘koozie’.
I cannot over the scenery and views. I’m speechless. Wow! Just Wow!!
I loved this video it probably my favorite one so far. Thank you for showing us that beautiful mountain. And I'd have to say it's a koozie. At least that's what I've always said or heard
Just watched this one for the third time... You two 'crack-me-up.' Frankly, it makes my day... LOL
Brooke, you can disagree with the 'princess' all day, but you know she has a history of good decisions.
So squirrels may 'eat her face,' but we understand, and still love her... Survived on squirrel and rabbits in the early years, and never had one attack me. LOL (82 years in squirrel country.)
Cozy is a wrap that keeps your tea or coffee warm in the pot, while koozie is an insulating sleeve that keeps your beer can cold. Hope the argument doesn't continue, but if it does, you have a waiting audience. More 'Zippy & Dippy' please. -PP
hahah thanks!
This video was so much fun to watch enjoyed the bantering between you both, beautiful friendship 🤗
In the UK it's a cosy...we also have 'Sea-Trout', they are brown trout that live in salt water.
Ok, I've been binge watching your videos and absolutely love them!! Now, cozy or koozie? I agree with some of the others here, I call the thingy you sit cans/bottles in to keep cold a koozie. A cozy is something to keep things warm (in my book anyways). You two crack me up!!
I have to agree with Brooke on this one. I've always heard them called Koozies. I'm from Michigan too, but I've heard them called that all over the mid-west, and Upstate NY. You 2 are cute though, can tell how great of friends you are!
It's a koozie and there is saltwater trout
I caught many sea trout, and they taste better than a mud sucking lake trout.
Koozie is the brand name for a drink cozy. So you can both be right. 😉
cozy is just plain wrong. KOOZIE 4 LIFE

So it’s a beautiful trip you guys are having so much fun. Very beautiful scenery! The water was so clear and those jellyfish are awesome! So yes I guess it’s a cozy and koozie
Fun times.... so nice hearing girlfriends laughing.

Same here. Also In New Zealand 🇳🇿
Sog has been around 33 years & makes survival knives
Ya , I believe it’s called a koozie. Brooke is right.
Just love you guys!
Love your friendship!!❤❤
Amazing place you were in for this video! Sorry luv - Cozy! Like others have stated Koozie is a brand name but really beyond that Vase / v"ah"se, ketchup/catsup etc... but its a cozy LOL!
It also does my heart good to see 2 friends having such a joyous happy time together. Sadly there is not very much of this fully open happiness in our lives these days. Even on our last camping trip the talk kept turning to negative aspects of the year that is 2020 - so much so that I had to slam my foot down in "enough is enough"! We're out in beautiful BC wilderness on a beautiful weekend and we came here to get away from all "that" and to quote an amazing person "get outside and get happy"!! I truly love your positive attitude and look forward to each of your videos. Thank you!
Two Beautiful Ladies In A Beautiful Location , Great Video Girls
And BTW Here In England We Call It A Cosie
Bless Up Y'all
In Northern Minnesota we call them "insulators". We're highly technical. 🌲❤🌲
I'm from Minnesota, Twin Cities. We call it a koozie. Insulator, interesting.
lol
This is CRACKING ME UP! I miss my friend time so bad!
I’m late since I’m just seeing this adventure but I say Koozie in Alabama .I enjoyed y’all so much! Sitting your butts on each other’s pillows… I laughed so hard. I even got out some chips and looked for the ones with brown on them. Can’t believe those jellyfish!!!
Koozie
is for a can of drink, Cozy is a cloth thing you put over a teapot to keep things warm
Accurate in my experience
Koozy (koo-zy)...Brooke is right. Had this argument with a friend also!
Kozy is what it sounds like and reads but koozie sounds better like it should be. So it's a tie! Lol best friends are a treasure from the Lord. Your both gorgeous and no tattoo lol God bless y'all
You two are Hilarious, your like two sisters who have a wonderful friendship. You two need to do more videos together, loved it
What a beautiful place! Fun! In the deep south of Louisiana we keep our beer cold with a koozie. Your cabin looks so cozy!
