Absolutely I'm sure that most people that are in the wilderness like this have some sort of weapon. Only a really crazy person is going to go into the woods where there may be bears or wolves or coyote you need a gun. And West Texas in the summertime you would need one for the snakes

I've been in quarantine for over a year now. Living off zoom and food deliveries really suck. Being stuck indoors really suck! You bring the outdoors to me while I sip coffee at 4:30AM on my office chair. Thank you for this! It has definitely been keeping me sane.
for me from and living in nz: i don't get the 1yr quarantine; as never heard of that before, though of course i have heard of covid and had it and thinking of testing myself now as been yuck today.
My mom is 85 and living alone I’m retired now so when she asked me to come take care of her in her golden years I was honored mom still lives on the reservation and we camped all the time back in the day .my wife has never been camping so it’s going to be fun I’m planning on a summer and winter trip hope my old body can handle it . I like spaetzle with a jagersnitzl. That is a hunters schnitzel with mushrooms. Almost what you cooked in the trip. I assume you know what a schnitzel is. If you don't there are instructions for cooking one online. I think a schnitzel could be cooked on a campfire.

To clean my dishes I have a long handle spoon with a silicon edge that acts as a pretty efficient scraper. Then I use a baby wipe to wipe out the dish with a little warm water. Then rinse with the hot water. I put the used wipe for dishes in a ziplock bag. Depending on what I ate I may reuse the rinsed out wipe. Hot cider and NZ choc sounds delightful.

Yes seen quite few warning lately coyotes are bad.carry off your small dogs or cats if out side especially at night or if have big dog they get one of there pack members to get your pet to follow after it whilt it leads tor dog right to the pack and then they gang up on your guard dog.
Thank you for this beautiful fire. I am sitting here at 12:30 p.m. in my motorhome and you make it seem I am right there talking to you around your beautiful fire on a winter night. My dog is on my lap and we talk to you and your dog as if we were right there with you and your dog. You have no idea how much you help me to make it through another lonely night. I love almost everything you love. I have mushrooms every day and a great cup of coffee for breakfast and even late at night. Only thing you like I don't like is hot sauce. I'm 75 years old and recovering from a cancer operation. I go back to my sled dog racing days and camping out with a great fire to warm up in the snow. When you pray I pray along with you. Wish I were there too! For years we camped 10 months of the year (once a month). As enjoyable as the summer was, the winter was just as special. You might say magical, as it truly is like no other time. Love that tent! Blessings ~

My dog is on my lap and we talk to you and your dog as if we were right there with you and your dog. You have no idea how much you help me to make it through another lonely night. I love almost everything you love. I have mushrooms every day and a great cup of coffee for breakfast and even late at night. Only thing you like I don't like is hot sauce. I'm 75 years old and recovering from a cancer operation. I go back to my sled dog racing days and camping out with a great fire to warm up in the snow. When you pray I pray along with you. For years we camped 10 months of the year (once a month). As enjoyable as the summer was, the winter was just as special. You might say magical, as it truly is like no other time.

This is amazing! I've only recently started camping and haven't invested in a proper tent yet. I love yours as it's a decent size and clearly able to withstand harsher climates
