    I guess my digestive process has always been working optimally because my nails have always been thick and strong 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thin, brittle, peeling nails isn’t something I’ve ever dealt with outside of dealing with a nasty gel allergy damage and don’t the peri-menopause rollercoaster. But now that I swore that Gel stuff off for good and that damage is all grown out, and I’m fully in menopause now, my nails are back to their previous thickness and strength and I feel like myself again.

    Hey, T.C. If two different serrapeptase supplements each report the same number of units (example: 50,000 SPU) on their label, can I assume they're equivalent? In this hypothetical example, both supplements would only contain serrapeptase and no other ingredients. Thank you, sir.

      You would think, but the supplier each manufacture uses could be wildly different. But that can be impossible to really figure out.

      @@KickItNaturally That makes sense. Rats. Few things seem straightforward in the supplement manufacturing industry. If I knew more about it, I'd probably be even more confused. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I really appreciate you and your videos.

    I have gallstones.😔 So I got your weight loss book from Amazon, then got it on Audible and have read and listened to it a few times. It is stellar! I’ve started taking the beet-flow along with the digesti-zyme. I stupidly got a gastroplasty many years back that didn’t work for long-term weight loss but did give me a serious acid issue and far worse digestive issues. So my stomach now has this permanent lap-band situation. The Digesti-zyme has a small amount of HCL and a few times, it has refluxed on me. If I take pills with no food, they go through the 10mm entrance to my larger stomach. My food eventually gets there. How long does the Digesti-zyme stay in the stomach on average? I wonder if I take it on an empty stomach before I eat, it would stop a chance of coming up into my throat?🤷🏻‍♀️ P.S. Do you have a video explaining how to take each supplement properly? The bottle directions aren’t very descriptive.😊

    I don't like any sort of meats. Im not vegetarian, but I just don't like the taste. Is it worth looking into vegetarian options or do they barely suffice in protein?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Месяц назад

      the downside is that the processed vegetarian sources can be harmful. But I see a lot of clients who don't like meat because they can't break it down. So the body gravitates away from it. Once they fix digestion, their taste buds change. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. I have super soft nails and teeth. I also have Ehlers-Danlos, celiac disease, and bad SIBO. I can't absorb magnesium, and I have taken all the best types, and my BP goes sky high, even t hough I take three BP medications. And I mean sky high. I discovered vitamin patches, and they are fantastic, except for their adhesives they use. I am extremely, extremely allergic to all of them. I can put a patch on for 8 hours, and then wash the skin. The reaction doesn't happy for a day or two, or maybe three, but then iis very extreme and sticks around for longer than a week. I have huge red hives wherever I put a patch. Bandaids used to do this to me, but they changed adhesives and I can wear them now. So, gee, golly, I wish the patch companies would switch adhesives. They'd probably sell more patches, because I know that skin allergy is not rare! Taking magnesium, whatever type, orally -- I simply do not absorb it. It is the SIBO. When the SIBO is treated with a strong antibiotic, I get better, but not for long. So occasionally I soak in a tub with lots of epsom salts. I also get vitamin deficiencies. Biotin for one. Half of my hair falls out when the SIBO is bad. So I take liposomal B complex, chew on biotin gummies, and magnesium gummies, and take an oral sublingual immune complex, with D and A and elderberry and I forget what else. With the Ehlers-Danlos, my collagen is not right, I am super limber, have completely flat feet and saggy skin. Soaking might work better for me than taking oral supplements, at least until I get this SIBO under control. I am waiting for the delivery of the book Super Gut and I'm going to try that three-bacteria SIBO fermented dairy.
