  • This type of training is all about letting lose, not holding back and being free. Have fun, move around, get creative and push through the burn. I love letting my crew hit a phase with a freestyle station in it. Some will hold back and feel silly or unsure but just get down with them and show them how it's done and in time they will let go and just move.
