Brave Souls Wanted! Factory Toilets In Desperate Need Of Renovation

Did we charge enough? This plumbing job was up there with the worse if had to do not for the difficulty but for the smell and general working conditions! We got asked to overhaul some factory toilets installing new toilets and a new urinal trough which is something I've never had to do but when the job came up i'm always up for a challenge and this was a job i had never done before. From the smells to the leaks see how we tackle this plumbing work, also revealed how much we charged for the job.

Them plumbers where you are must be picky….thats a bread n butter job. Nice one. I worked in municipal buildings before and the urinal wastes used to make me heave🤮. Takes a brave man does that👊🏼👍🏼😂

I remember one of my first apprentice jobs being a PPM to empty bottle traps on urinals🤢 Only positive is most smells no longer get to me🤣

Used to maintain a few factories,urinals where always the short straw job😢, those plastic flush handles won't last long in a factory 😂,we fitted push button flushes and we are always getting calls to replace the buttons.

Worst jobs have to be when you get a phone call and the first thing they say is "Hello I'm a landlord" you know for a fact they want it done for a tenner 🤣
Smashed them jobs tbh, I would've massively underpriced them so I'm glad you made this video and were honest if it ever comes to it for me I know roughly what to price it at :)

Funny enough changed a cistern and toilet last week in a factory, nice change as I’m usually domestic, the down side is waiting two months to get paid from sometimes.

I prefer commercial jobs.. as the customer isn't bothered about the price, the end product is more important, the bill is just a buissness expense... where as in domestic the bill is coming out of the customers pocket and it stings them more... Great job!

That was a good paying job! Never had much luck with the viva siphons, they always seem to stop working after a few days.

Worked out well in end…once I had burnt the smell off my uniform and put the toilets in the skip 😅

i can handle blocked urinals traps and waste pipe with a mask and gloves. It's shit and macerators where I draw the line, I just don't have the stomach for it, my body won't allow me lol.

Always silicone, the one you dont leaks down the thread
