    Based information. I'm impressed. Though I don't agree on the cravings part and cycling back to medium carbs. Carbs are addictive and have their feedback loop that needs to be broken down like an addiction with actual withdrawal period. That means being cranky for some time. There is no babying around it. Don't fees the addiction

      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +4

      Yeah, a lot of people feel this way and it certainly is valid for a lot of folks. But we find that cravings are more about physiological issues going on and when a person can fix those problems, removing the cravings becomes really easy. It's quite amazing. literally worked with hundreds of clients with significant trigger issues that have them go away when they fix the underlying cause. This video explains that a little bit better: ruclips.net/video/K3qMd0xDYVY/видео.html
      Hope this helps.

    How does one fix the digestion portion? Last year I had gallbladder issues off and on. I’ve been on low carb before and lost bunch a few years ago, been on it now for 6 weeks and haven’t lost but a couple pounds. I’m wondering if I’m having issues digestion fats.

    Video request/suggestion: on low carb, do we really need 4700mg potassium and 420mg magnesium? Per day. I saw some wise guys saying those RDAs were determined on HC diets and would be different for LC.
    I don't come close especially on potassium, I hardly make 2500, yet I'm ok with regards to 'signs of deficiency'.
    Also, swallowing powders and pills, just to chase those numbers, hell, I don't even know if they absorb at all..
    And, many of my older family etc, they way they eat, I can't see them coming close, yet they're fine from listening how they live and act
    Thank you for good info!

    Good video. I have learned a lot from your videos and book. Have you heard that Apple Cider Vingar lowers Potassium? Read that online. Is it true? Having a hard time with electrolytes and low blood pressure. Thanks

      Thanks! I have not heard that and I don't know of a reason that would be true. But this video explains who should NOT be using ACV: ruclips.net/video/Oi0Y9XSeSXw/видео.html
      and this one gives some insights into how to raise mineral levels if you haven't seen this: ruclips.net/video/t-67PAToBSw/видео.html

      @@KickItNaturally if you Google a ACV lowering potassium I think it's the second one that pops up under Gunderson Health. I'm interested in your thoughts... Why would they say that...?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +1

      I think I know, but not something I've ever really looked into. But if you watch this video, it will explain our natural circadian rhythm: ruclips.net/video/bhYhU2_LSfM/видео.html
      So if someone is already leaning too anabolic, and they took ACV, it could magnify that imbalance, and an overly anabolic state can displace potassium at the cellular level. So, it's not that it makes it deficient, it just puts the potassium in the wrong place.

    • @contrarian717
      @contrarian717 Год назад

      @@06XTOR have also seen this and feel uncomfortable using it

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад

      Yeah, ACV really only gives a very small boost to digestion anyway so when it's not right for someone's chemistry I don't view it as a big loss. Most people need to take the steps in this video when looking to improve their ability to fix low stomach acid issues: ruclips.net/video/Ry4ZgCT686Q/видео.html

    Can you talk about how long each step typically takes. I have major ibs and can tolerate very little variety of foods and I have adrenal reactive hypoglycemia and I don’t seem to feel okay if my carbs go too low. With someone with advanced issues like this what do you think we should do? Get further gut testing before trying keto?

      Hi @Hasai, every person will be different. But if you read my book that you can download for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free
      That will walk you through figuring the process AND figuring out how to fix the digestive problems. Or you can learn that same info in our totally free digestion course here; kickitnaturally.com/course

    Going back to carbs as a crutch will slow down adaptation, I feel.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  5 месяцев назад

      It absolutely will, but so will trying to adapt when your body does not qualify. So, using the crutch while you fix the actual underlying problems seems to be the best route for most people. Otherwise, some folks will never get there.

      HI @Karen Brumond, it's possible that you were making mistakes, but it's also possible that your body was not set up to thrive on keto. This video talks about people who should not use keto. It might give you some insights into what may need to be fixed before that would work for you: ruclips.net/video/YXX-oYWw79Y/видео.html
