    • @eliabarradas5612
      @eliabarradas5612 6 месяцев назад

      @@iam4600 well, I was told that it’s the gallbladder itself not contracting. No signs of stones or sludge from the ultrasound. He said my wall is basically diseased. Which idk how they even know that. Anyways, so far I’m consuming mahi , cauliflower mash, a green shake that uses green foods that get the bile flowing, lots of healthy fats. Taking ACV in the am and tudca on an empty stomach….beet flow and dr.bergs gallbladder formula… I’m a CrossFit athlete and never get sick. Main symptoms are always being bloated, some gallbladder discomfort and never lose or gain weight no matter what I do/eat. and very rare painful diarrhea attacks. Similar to when they inject you with that stuff from the Hida scan. Otherwise I’m good, lol. so I won’t be getting it removed.

    I ordered the beet flow and the HCL. I found out later that the Beet Flow is high in oxalates. Interestingly, I had a drink of chamomile tea, vinegar, lemon juice, and cinnamon and it stopped my diarrhea. It is the first time I had a normal stool in 9 months.

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +155

      The high oxalate foods are a problem for people who don't have good bile flow and the body cannot excrete things the way it wants to. So we find that for people who are running in horror from oxalates, if they just improve bile flow and digestion, all the sudden they don't seem to have a problem with oxalates.

      @@KickItNaturally I am going to use the products, but I would like to know if I should take 1 beetflow per meal, before, after, or during, and if I should start the HCL product at the same time and how much and how often. I eat a ketovore diet, mostly animal products with an occasional bit of veg. I am 69, type 2 and have been eating a low carb diet for quite a while with a few hiccups in between. Been dealing with this chronic diarrhea for 9 months or more now. I just started carnivore about a month ago. I could say more, but just to assure you I have had no end of tests to see what is going on by family doc, and gastroenterologist with no help. I will read your book soon. 2) use supplements (such as Beet Flow made from concentrated beets greens juice) to thin out the bile
    3) coffee enema or coffee suppository to dialate the biliary pathway

So just make sure you're subscribed to our channel and we appreciate you watching and helping us spread the word about these videos. It's important information that has changed the lives of thousands.
      For your questions, we love ox bile, but only if someone has lost their gallbladder. Otherwise, we prefer to see someone improve their natural bile flow function. Because ox bile is alkaline and if it has to go through the stomach, it can reduce stomach acid.
      The Beet Flow has very little beet root in it because the most effective part is the concentrated beet greens juice. But improving either side of digestion is always good for kidney health. If you have kidney stone concerns, check out our podcast episode on kidney stones here: kickitnaturally.com/gallstones-kidney-stones/

    I subscribed to your news letter and just started reading kick fat in the nuts. Your story is crazy! 23 doctors. Much respect man. You’re a natural comic with your little comments. So glad you never gave up. Now you’ve helped so many people.
    For me, 6 years and 16 doctors to figure out nothing. A myriad of symptoms like daily diarrhea, neuropathy, presyncope, dizziness, ear ringing, headaches, migraines, blurry vision, chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, biliary dyskinesia, bloating, abdominal pain, memory loss, brain fog, insomnia, exhaustion, temperature disregulation. So many medical tests like you. THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars. I never gave up either. Thanks for doing what you do Tony!

    Been carnivore for 18 months with almost no deviations. I did AIP for about 8 months and I started having pain in my liver area. Dr weren’t concerned about my labs. Finally went carnivore and it resolved a whole lot of issues in my body but I started having liver pain again and the only way I could get into really ketosis was to actually take fat fried up and eat it with my meat and so I was eating a whole whole lot of fat and I started doing gallbladder, cleanses and I have gotten out a lot of stones and the time before the last time I got a tremendous amount of sludge out and I always feel great after them but when I start eating fat again, I start having pain again my ALT and my AST have now gone up quite significantly and I believe that that was due to a doctor gave me an estrogen bump with some pellets I took for a little bit of a boost in testosterone I’m 58 and ever since then I have had really just bad issues. I ended up in the ER with a gallbladder attack which I had never had anyway I’m hoping that thinning my bio will help. If you’ve got any other suggestions I would really appreciate it. I did have an ultrasound done I did have gallstones in there, but that was before I started any of the cleansing. I just finished my seventh gallbladder flush, and like I said, I feel great after I have it but then I starting incorporating fat into my diet and I start having pain again I do think I need to back off the volume of fat I’m eating and just eat the fat that comes normally on the meat and not anything extra

      Too much meat! Our species is omnivorous and not carnivorous. Your body is not made to digest these absurd amounts of meat and animal fat daily day after day. Which methods are the most effective and safest if you have a gallstone, approximately 1.6 cm, that is stuck in the cystic, gallbladder duct? I would think it would be best to try to reduce it first, then dilate the duct for easier, painless passage. I don't want the stone to get lodged in a smaller opening or in the common bile duct causing pancreatitis. Any thoughts?

    • @linneaweilacher8939
      @linneaweilacher8939 27 дней назад

      @stellaluciaagaard4922 What he is talking about is necessary before the pancreatic juice can do its job. Bile emulsifies fat so that the pancreatic juice can break down the fats. Basically fats must be in small droplets before the pancreas juice can do its job. The bile moves into the same duct that pancreatic juice flows and together these end up in the duodenum, the first segment of the small intestine. This is where the most digestion and reabsorption happens because of these digestive enzymes the body produces. Fats that aren't absorbed in your small intestine pass to your colon, causing fatty stools (steatorrhea) and may cause your poop to float.

    Geez those suppositories are $100! Who knew concentrated coffee could cost so much? 😂
    An enema is messy but a fraction of the cost - I would also feel less nervous about an enema since I’ve never done either before.
    I will say I just found the channel after dealing w/ another gallbladder attack & going down the rabbit hole of your videos - so helpful!!

    • @KickItNaturally

      Right? I feel like coffee enemas are just as effective and can be cheaper to do. I just find that I have a much easier time talking clients into doing the suppositories over the enemas. Just because the enemas can be messy and more involved. But I'm fine with either. Just remember that the suppositories and the enemas help by dilating the biliary pathway, but you still need to take steps to thin the bile out too. Especially if you're dealing with gallbladder attacks. And I'm assuming you've already seen this video on how to improve gallstones and such: ruclips.net/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/видео.html

      Digestive Pains can be hard to really figure out without knowing a whole lot more, but if you watch this video about difficulty gaining weight, you'll see that poor bile flow can cause weight gain, but it can also make it hard to gain weight if the poor bile is restricting proper digestion. ruclips.net/video/xD6P5ldIMJA/видео.html

    I had my gall bladder removed just a month ago after 15 years of problems and I tried so many things to keep it. Having even more issues now that it's removed. Unbelievable cramps, gas pains, feeling full really quick, chronic constipation, too much loss of weight (I was too thin before the surgery and I already had a fatty liver). Started ox bile and it seemed to help the first few days and then constipation became unbearable! I tend to lean toward chronic constipation but this is worse than ever. I'm stopping the ox bile for now until constipation hopefully clears up and trying things like choline, taurine, lots of ginger tea, beets, beet greens, bitters. HELP! I'm here bc I just watched your 'signs of low bile' and a light bulb has gone off in my head! I have chronic diarrhea off and on and have had for YEARS. Also I have very little appetite and sometimes a few hours after eating I just become very nauseated and then lose everything I've eaten for no apparent reason. My stool is light colored as well. I have had indigestion for several months now that is so bad I feel like it's actually burning holes in me. Water will calm it somewhat- licorice, mint, coconut, pickle juice are all things that have worked a little, but the burning has seemed to be constantly getting worse. Anything that cools it down doesn't do so for more than an hour maybe.
    I am now taking a digestive aid that has ox bile and amylase, protease and lipase. Along with it last night I also took a 125 mg of just ox bile. For the first time in a couple of weeks I had NO indigestion after dinner. I actually wanted to cry!!
    SO... now am looking to find ways to raise my own bile production.
    Your previous video was so enlightening that I subscribed and moved to this one. I truly would like to thank you from the very, very bottom of my heart- all the way to the top. I had never gotten the whole picture before (I can be a very impatient person which I'msure has added to the problem😣).
    Again, thank you!!!

      So happy to hear @Donna Garner , the ox bile can REPLACE the bile and it can even stimulate the body to make more bile IF that is the problem. But for 90% of cases, the bile is just too thick and sticky and needs to be thinned out like we talk about in this video.
      But it sounds like you may have other issues going on too with the burning. No bile flow can create a duodenal ulcer like we talk about here: ruclips.net/video/2JuuZ5X0vF0/видео.html
      But the best bet is to just go through our totoally free digestion course and that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion need help and what steps to take. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

    Nobody seems to talk about malic acid and pectin from apples and ACV. I really think you should look into it and make a video, also bowel flow seems to affect bile as well. I know a lot of people that it helped personally and there are quite a few anecdotes online

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +15

      Hi @Rust Cohle, malic acid is great to help melt down stones and we use it for that purpose. I talk about that in this video about gallstones: ruclips.net/video/qPn_iPkj2Yw/видео.html
      But it doesn't do anything to thin bile. ACV also does not directly thin bile, but it can help correct a catabolic imbalance, and a catabolic imbalance will thicken up bile. I talk about that in this video about 10 causes for bile sludge: ruclips.net/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/видео.html
      Hope those help.

      Hi @carol I , So sorry to be the one to tell you, but if you're using that formula, you absolutely 100% must watch this video here: ruclips.net/video/6EhZiBE2SBc/видео.html
      There is nothing wrong with the ingredients of the formula. And if a client was having a gallbladder attack and had that in their house and that was all they had, I would tell them to take it because the ingredients could help pull a person out of an emergency. But when you understand how the digestive process works, you understand that taking ox bile WITH your meal will turn off the digestive process. So you can use those ingredients, you just don't want to take them all with the meal. Some of them need to be taken away from food.
      And this video explains how turning off the ability to acidify your food properly can actually lead to gallbladder sludge in the long term: ruclips.net/video/PjL-0HYGLYQ/видео.html
      Dr. Berg seems like a great guy, but nobody knows every single thing about how the body works and the assumption should be that we all get some things wrong. Telling people to take ox bile with food is definitely something he is getting wrong. It would be like driving your car with your foot slammed down on the gas and the break at the same time. Hope that helps.

    I’m listening to your podcast and so far it’s great, I just wanted to mention adequate potassium and zinc and thiamine are really needed for stomach acid production and when there’s low stomach acid taking HCL can further burn the stomach and cause ulcers. It’s best to be careful with HCL. A lot if the time mineral imbalances are root of a lot of issues. Have you guys ever heard of hair testing?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  2 года назад +31

      The body does need a lot of minerals to make HCL, but the body needs HCL to be able to break down food correctly and pull the minerals out of their food. That is why a person can get stuck with low stomach acid for years or decades. But even the medical world now knows that stomach ulcers are caused by bacteria in the stomach that should not be there. And that bacteria often gets in due to a lack of stomach acid.

      The stomach is designed to hold extremely acidic liquid. It has a thick protective mucus layer that prevents the stomach acid from burning the stomach. Pretty sure that mucus layer protects from HCL supplements the same as it would from your body's stomach acid.

    I try to connect the dots of my health journey for the last 15-20 years and thanks to people like you I have some answers already and some action plans. There is 1 thing though that I still can't find explanation and I ask everyone who is more knowleagable. So, when I eat a fatty meal, or don't eat anything at all but having a beer, the skin on my face becomes super oily for no time. So oily I would name it waxy, as I have to apply 3 soap rounds to wash it. Where does it come from? Do you have any explanation?

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  Год назад +1

      Hi @Peter Lane, it can have a variety of causes, but in most cases it can have to do with the body using the pores as a detox method because the main bile flow detox pathway is not working correctly. I explain this more in this video about acne. Just know that this issue can result in acne for some folks while it can result in oily skin for others:
      ruclips.net/video/oqbfElpgg_U/видео.html

      HI @Melanie R I can't give advice on specific situations like this. But I have heard from others that coffee in an enema or suppository form does not process like consuming coffee would. I don't know if that is a fact, that is just what I've heard. And if I drink cofee, I'm awake until the following week, but enemas and suppositories don't effect me at all. That is just my own personal experience and I have no idea how that would go for you.

    • @Medietos
      @Medietos Год назад

      Melanie R: CE is much more talked about ( I never heard of suppositories before). I suppose you can take just a part of a supp, just as cooking your coffee (simmer 13 mins) weaker to begin with. Do it in the morning and you have plenty of time till bedtime. But it is normally nothing like drinking it, even if one may get a high sometimes. Naturopath prescribed me to stopped drinking coffee 25 years ago (have had a little a few times in the last 2 years though). sometimes I get no coffee reaction at all and can even do it late at 7 pm.
      It doesn't have much effect if too weak for the habit (2 tbsp for ½ liter water, which should be 2 cups of water, spring- if you have) , although to begin with and getting used to it is fine.
      Idk whether it is a sin, but i have added a little Yarrow-flowers to my enema coffee for the past 8 months, in order to soothe my Liver, because I have such sleep deprivation which makes it hard for my body to hold it inside for the full 15 mins. So I a better able to hold it with the Yarrow in. since it is a Liver plant anyway, I can't imagine it being wrong. Except maybe the Liver is supposed to not be so soothed when getting the CE, for the effect to come fully...If you get fair sleep, you should be all right If you have god, calm, spiritual thoughts, prayer , medittaion etc before and duringthe CE, that will help you to be calm and not nervy/stressed.I wish you well with this..

      Coffee enemas are great and we view them as effective as the coffee suppositories. But the coffee enema only works to open up the biliary pathway and make it easier for bile to flow. But for some people, it won't help much if they don't also take steps to thin the bile so it can flow better. The most effective strategy seems to be to do a Beet Flow flush, like we explain how to do here: ruclips.net/video/9eVxqTMu14s/видео.html
      on one day, and then do a coffee enema on the next day. And then do that combo about once a week for 4-6 weeks.
